I gave them 1 star because I had to. The mechanic had said he would be on his way in approximately 30 minutes and to text him what was wrong. I did that after 30 minutes I attempted to call the original number only for him to call 1 hr 15 minutes after 1st initial contact from a different phone number. Then told me what he was working on was taking longer than he expected and he would be another 45 minutes. Keep in mind I was stranded on the side of the road 2 hrs from home. Then I had my husband call him and he said sorry his truck broke down 11 miles from me. And, that he would be on his way shortly and he would meet my husband so they could get my truck fixed and back on the road. Again another lie!! After my husband arrived and we were in town getting the parts we needed for my truck. Low and behold another call from the mechanic!! Saying he was going there (to my truck) now! We bought the parts and pieces we needed to fix my truck drove to the truck thinking he would be there as he said he would and bam yet another lie! To sum this all up there was NO NEED to lie all of those times he could have just said I can't fit you in today. Not leave me hanging on the side of the road expecting help only to not have anyone coming. Thank God my husband was only 2 hours away!! If you like dishonest have at it but don't trust your loved ones to this guy!!!!

WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Cody Thompson is a WANTED CRIMINAL who took all the cash we had ($500) from my disabled husband and I, who were broke down and stranded visiting our daughter 4 hours away from home in White Oak, TX. Not only did he NOT complete the job he was paid for, that he told us would only take 4 hours, but he SNUCK OFF the job leaving our truck in WORSE UNUSABLE shape than when he started AND took our tools and equipment we lent with him, after 13 hours and 2 days of working on it. Even refused help when another mechanic from this COMPANY came by and offered assistance. LAW WAS CALLED AND FILING IN GREGG COUNTY CIVIL COURT.Service: Transmission

Waited an 1hour and 40 mins. Said he was 25 mins away. Tried calling him three times and he never answered the phone. Not sure who gave him a good review it must be a relative or something. I was stranded 3 hours from home and Cody saved my skin and my truck working non stop to get me back on the road, great price and dedication, I wouldn't use anyone else in a tight spot. Thanks again!

I got stuck in Kilgore with ignition/spark plug issues while traveling on business and Coty did an exceptional job getting me back on the road with great service and a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Number disconnected
