This is new service for me. I did have to call when my first pickup was missed but the gentleman who I talked with was very apologetic and promised next business day pickup to "make it right". That happened and I am very pleased so far.UPDATE: This company has been amazing for me. I can't say how much I appreciate their service.

Service was ok but when I cancelled my service I asked for the can to be picked up, then I got a bill for $72.00. I called and ask what it was for they didn't tell me there was a charge to pick up the can,if I'd have known that I would have taken it and thrower it in their lot.

Horrible! Avoid if possible! They don't adhere to their own schedule and miss pickups all the time. And when you file service requests for those missed pickups, they STILL don't come and make it right. What a waste of money!! If I could switch to Live Oak, I would!

If I could give this company zero stars I would! They started out great but the last 6 months has been a pain to say the least! Every other week I would not get trash picked up! Last time they serviced my address was on May 18th 2023. I called in the 26th because they failed to pick up on the 25th. Was told it would be Tuesday would be the quickest they could get to my address to pick up since Monday was a holiday! Nothing, wife called Wednesday and was told they would expedite the claim which we ve heard before. Mind you I have on May 11th paid 3 months in advance for services that stopped a week after payment! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Save yourself the headache

When we moved to TX we had RS and they were sparactic of picking up our trash, we then relocated to another area in TX and decided to stay with them just for ease. But since we were the only ones out in the country we were forgotten multiple times. In the 5 weeks we had RS, I had to call EVERY WEEK for them to come pick up our trash. The gals with customer service were very nice, but somewhere down the line of communication the pick up guys could not do their job! Very disappointed in the quality of service. Canceled our service

Avoid this company at ALL COST. Terrible customer service if you can even get in touch with them. I requested our services be canceled 3 months ago and have called at least 12 times since. I finally got a call back today saying they d send someone out to verify we weren t at that location any longer then they d pick the dumpster up and send us a bill for the last 3 months.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY they get by on saying they re hiring for helpers but once they get you started with the company your only a temp until they don t find you useful enough anymore and then they will text you yes text you out of the blue and let you go with no explanation or notice do not waste your time with this company they don t care about their employees health or families they support. Will be contacting osha regarding the horrible conditions as well.

I have had republic for 5 weeks. They have failed to pick up each week.I ordered 2 bins. They argued I received 2 despite my camera showing dropped off 1.They apologized and said they failed to see I ordered 2.They have scheduled a drop off 3 times for another bin. Still no bin.I now want to cancel the bin but they just put me on hold for an extremely long time.Terrible service Service: Trash removal & disposal

The company"all American trash disposal" closed the business without any notification to any of their customers. Honestly we read the side of a neighbors trash can way back when we moved to the neighborhood, and picked them for service. Now we are attempting to find new service. The Republic trash truck drives past my home on the service day!!!, Yet when we called to set up service, we were told the end of their service stops five house to the north of our home. How is the same street out of service area. Trash business must be real good to pic and choose at such close proximity. Only gave a one star review to allow other people to see this review and decide for themselves is these bigger companies really want to be in business as a service or I guess just make there own rules. Honestly I feel like my home is just the other side of the state line or something.

Two components to our issue: 1) We were scheduled to have our 20 ft construction dumpster removed on Feb 17th. This was 2 days after the freak snow storm that hit Texas and left 12 inches of snow and ice. We didn t think much of it when they didn t come due to the extreme weather conditions. 2) We had changed the gate code to our property. I called and notified them of this well in advance as I knew they would need it to retrieve the dumpster.On Feb 23rd they finally attempted to come for the dumpster. No one notified us, but that wouldn t have really mattered assuming they had the gate code. But, of course, no one communicated the new code to the driver and he couldn t get in. (To be fair, he tried to call me but I was taking a nap and didn t see the call.) In the end the fault is with them though for not using the correct code, and for not notifying us of the new pick up date. A few days later they successfully came and removed their dumpster.We paid what we owed for the original services but they are attempting to charge us over $400 for the failed attempt and the rescheduled pick up. I called customer service over a month ago and explained in detail my dispute with the bill. She was very understanding and supposedly multiple tickets were created and sent to various departments to look into the issue. Today I received an email stating they ve made multiple attempts to contact me and I now have 10 days to pay or be sent to collections. NO ONE has contacted me (by mail, email, or phone!) since I made the call to customer service.I will probably attempt to visit their office in person because after reading all these reviews I don t see this getting handled correctly over the phone or internet. Wish I had read their reviews before using them!Services: Junk removal, Construction debris removal

We use Republic Service dumpsters at each of our construction sites. They do a great job and are very professional. Our account manager, Kyle, did a wonderful job setting up our account and personalizing it to fit our needs. We also love the online payment options. Very unprofessional service, lack of communication is an understatement. Paid my deposit for two dumpsters & never heard back from them. I set up services with Republic today and spoke with Shakerrie Walkers. She was knowledgeable and so friendly and got me squared away so quickly, even getting services set up for the following day. I was in a bind with my previous sanitation service going out of business and trash was building up. She worked quickly and gave me the best rate I could ask for! Thank you Shakerrie!!

I really should've read the Google reviews first before hiring this trash company. A company with a 1.3 star rating says a lot. Republic Services' customer service department was not only difficult to deal with, they were snide, and incredibly condescending. In a 45 minute phone call, I was talked over and interrupted, spoke down to, yelled at, and then put on hold for 22 minutes. All of this in an effort to pay for extra days for the roll off dumpster at my job site. I would not recommend this company for any services.

We used Republic dumpsters recently on a contracting job. They were quick to service our needs and the customer service rep, Barbara was excellent! We highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future!Murray Excavation

THE WORSTTTT!!!! I have sold my property 5 months ago! I called to stop my services twice that day and was insured that they are canceling my services HOWEVER a few months later I notice I'm still being charged!!! I called and demanded a refund. They said they will submit for a refund. I continue to see charges on my account so I emailed and explain that my service has been canceled most ago. They say well that was just "your last bill" I was like ummm noooo. Today I see yet another charge. I call and keep getting transferred to different departments ( I would've driven up there in person at this point) however there is no address I can find another than a PO BOX. I talk to 3 different people today none of which seem to care to help. I ask for a refund they say we can't do a refund until you stop services! I LITERALLY HAVE AND AM TRYING TO!!!!! So they transfer me and the guy says his department "does not have access to cancel my account" I tell him transfer me to a manager he doenst want to!!! Now I am on hold and no telling how long I will be for. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!Service: Yard debris removal

I've called four times to cancel service. I've been told 4 times someone would call. It should not take 4 weeks to get an account shut down. Don't waste your time and money here. They clearly like to take advantage of business customers and have zero customer service skills.Ok, it's now officially been another week of no contact. Really loving the complete and utter lack of communication and customer service skills with this company. I've now emailed their credit department as I'm not paying our bill until we are cancelled. It's now past due, maybe that will spur a return call. Clearly money is the number one factor here.Another update on the continuing sage. I did finally call today and someone was finally provided our sales rep email after 6 escalation tickets. Instead of being apologetic the rep wants to argue that we are still in business at our old location. Instead of working out the issue she sent someone to drive by there. So that's what apparently took 4 weeks to respond. She's too busy playing private eye. WOW! So I've sent a copy of our lease. I think we know where our business is running. So sad that we are even having to argue this. If any other business customers are in Longview and you are dealing with Barb Attaway good luck!

Contacted this company through their internet services. I had my can delivered, but they did not get picked up. After calling for 2 weeks and finally being able to contact someone, they notified me that i was not even on their route and that they would reimburse me my deposit. They picked up the cans a few days later. Well it has been 3 more weeks, and i can not contact them it goes to a automated voice over describing high call volume. Plus i still have not received my reimbursement for my deposit, and they sent me a bill for their services. If i could give no stars i would.

After a year of service with us and numerous times of missed pick ups our cans were picked up and we were not notified at all they were discontiuning our service. After spending hours on the phone an agent finally found that they canceled our service before the end of the payment periord because they do not have anywhere to turn around. (I really had thought someone had stole our cans) Now they are trying to charge me for picking up our cans and we were not the ones who canceled service. I can not get anyone to call me back to address the issue or the bill.

I called to set up services for our new home. The lady on the phone was very helpful and scheduled my can delivery for the following week. The day my cans were to be delivered (6 days after my call) she called back to tell me they don't service my area and there's nothing they can do. It's a really sorry company to not know their own service area and waste a week of my time.

I have been very pleased with Republic Services! I contacted them when we moved into our home, and within 2 days we had a can for our trash! Great company, great customer service!

The lady in the kilgore office was amazing and so helpful. The people from 1 800 number gave me nothing but trouble. I won t use the 1 800 number again they wouldn t honor their original price and they took my money and never delivered the roll off. Luckily I finally got my money back and then went to the kilgore office and they got me taken care of. They even delivered it sooner than they said they would. I d like thank the lady who helped me but I don t want to put her name out there for internet weirdos. She really saved republic a customer.

Don't bother with the company.I've called this company three times as well as used their online service and have not been able to get trash pickup started. Each time they tell me they need to do a "site survey" to ensure they can pick up the trash. Of course I got their number from a container across the street. I am sorry for the person across the street as I am sure the service is terrible or as mine is just merely non-existent. The biggest excuse for their failure is that they are in Arlington and don't know the area or that they need to hear back from a supervisor.

Do not use republic services. I requested the cancellation 2 month ago, they still charge me. I called them more than 5 five times, they said they will call back in 24 hours. but they never heard anything. I called them today, still waiting their call. Opening an account is easy, but closing an account is impossible.

The customer service representatives are compassionate and friendly .. when you finally get through the automated system. But that's not enough to keep me as a customer. Two missed pick-ups in six weeks is unacceptable business practice .. to me.

The first month they did fine but the second month they never picked up my trash!! I paid my bill on time so that was not the probable. I called after three weeks of no service and they said that they had had some trucks down and I was on the list to have it picked up that day, a week later and they still had not picked up my trash!!

Shakerrie Waters who works at Kilgore is the best,I apply a new service last week for Jacksonville Tx.And she helped me take care the mistakes I had made.So I can get the service sooner.She is very professional,expert,nice and friendlyI would like to sayThanks Shakerrie. You are the best.

I moved to town 6 months ago, and the recycles have been picked up two times. I have contacted the company they reschedule to pick up but no one ever comes to pick up the recycles. CSR are very nice on the phone but this company is unable to provide the service we pay for.
