At first we couldn t strike a deal and both parties understood why which doesn t happen often walked away to another dealershipGot close to a dealSo I went back to Patterson And Called my contact Austin to my surprise Austin had found a truck the same type only used with low miles but in my range trying to get me what I was asking for but I liked y to he new on much better looking and had the extra equipment I wanted so told AustinCan I make one more offer he took my offer to his sales manager Drew and he accepted the offer and even wanted to add in the brake control with the deal so I own the new truck and Patterson got a loaded great low mileage Ram 2021 witch I bought from Patterson new Austin and Drew along with Mr Hunter I m finance was great to work with I will send people to Patterson KilgoreEnjoyed my time there and glad to be back into aChevy Truck

Don t make appointments online! We drove 45 minutes for an appoint we made on line for a diagnostic service. We received a confirmation email for our appointment. They had the email but were actually a week behind. No one called or emailed us before our appointment. The service writer said we could leave the car and they would get to next week. A phone call would have been nice.

I was there to get my truck serviced and was helped by a wonderful saleswoman named Vickie. There was no pressure and she steered me to a great used truck that they had and made me a great deal on it. The finance department was great also. I will be doing more business here and hope to see Vickie again.

My experience at Patterson Chevrolet Kilgore was top notch. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and spend money that I would have never thought to spend. However, the staff was amazing in assisting me in the process and making my dream of owning a Tahoe High Country come true! From my salesman Seth, Rickie the manager and the finance guru, I am really impressed. Much better service than Peters Chevrolet Longview. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I took my car to get serviced ended up having to keep it there over the weekend due to a part not making it in time. When I returned to pick it up Monday evening there were cat prints on the exterior and interior of my vehicle. It had climbed all around in my vehicle. I called services the next morning and was told to bring it up to get it completely detailed. Once I got back into my vehicle it appeared as if they only wiped down the seats and grease spot and shook off my floor mats. The exterior still had dirt where the cat had climbed on it and the interior still had a few dirty spots as if it were quickly wiped over. There was never an explanation of why there was a cat in my vehicle or an apology. Very disappointed. Before and after pictures of the vehicle.

We needed a car, same day. My husband and I drove to Kilgore because we couldn t find the car I wanted in the metroplex. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and which car we wanted. Chrystal had the car waiting when we arrived. After a quick test drive, we bought the car and completed the transaction the same day. Everyone was friendly and they stayed past closing to ensure we were able to get the car the same day.

Got a new car today and I highly recommend talking to James Stoker if you re in the market for one! This market makes it really hard to find cars in general and after looking at 8 different dealerships and dozens of cars I finally found one that had a vehicle I liked and felt comfortable with the price of. James was honest, helpful, responsive, and didn t try to push me into a car I didn t want or couldn t afford. He actually kept me updated on the status of a car I had my eye on and let me know the morning it came in so we could go buy it.

Always a great experience at this dealership! I bought a gorgeous truck last weekend that had everything I wanted and the service was impeccable. Ty was very knowledgeable and informed, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Of course I'll return when I'm ready to upgrade!

The best Chevrolet Dealership I've visited and/or purchased a GM product from by far. My internet salesman, David, was waiting on me as I entered the lot. He a had a few vehicles he believed I would like. He made the purchased process as easy as it has ever been for me. The financial guy took great care of me. He was very nice and understandable to my needs. Furthermore, my other 2021 Chevrolet truck had a nail in the front tire. The service department took care of it quickly. Overall, I give thus Dealership 100

I was a little disappointed that the appt I scheduled via the MyChevrolet app did not appear in their system, despite me getting multiple emails and texts acknowledging and confirming the appt and all of my service requests. I now have to take my vehicle back (during work) to take care of a recall because no one was there on Saturday to do that, and that's very inconvenient. With that being said, the staff is super nice, and I did get my oil changed and tires rotated fairly quickly given they didn't have my appt on their books. I will continue to go, but I will just call to schedule my service.

Very capable staff. I simply called to see if a car that was on the dealership website was still available, on Tuesday. I came to look at the car that day, meeting with the salesperson I spoke to on the phone, Hunter Ward. Over the next few days Hunter and I spoke via the phone, he was diligent in answering my questions. I informed Hunter I was going to purchase the vehicle and would be back to the dealership to sign paperwork and have him take me thru the car. I traveled to Kilgore on Thursday, traveling 65 miles to the dealership from Shreveport LA, to get the paperwork done and have Hunter spend time taking me thru the car. I informed Hunter I would be back on Monday to pick up the car, very smooth and painless process. The dealership, from sales to F&I was extremely attentive, polite, eager and honest. Wonderful car being experience.

If your buying a new car they treat you like royalty but if it s used then forget it your just chum! Never have I had such a bad experience with a dealership. We checked out the dealership in Gladewater and that s where you can find exceptional customer service! They went the extra mile. Kilgore fell short on all levels. The service department is lazy when it comes to 3 party warranty. The salesman don t care to help you if your buying used they also flat out lie to you when it comes to financing a used car. We got a loan from the other dealership at 7% when this dealership was trying to tell us it would be a 22% for THE SAME BANK!!! Like flat out lied.

Make an appointment on line about a week before to change oil and rotate tires. When I arrived they said they were running really late. I said that is why I made an appointment and why do yall book too many appointments. They told me they had no control of the bookings on line. Why is that. You need to communicate with each other. I think I may have to chance service.

Colt Schoenthal sales manager is the rudest person. Tried to hand him my business card he didn t take it. I asked him for his business card and he threw his at me. Maybe he was having a bad day but I will never do business here!

My experience was very good. My salesman Paul was friendly, helpful and made me feel welcomed. The money side of the process was easy and pressure free. While on the test drive I had a phone call from a competitor dealership which did not go well and I told that salesman I refuse to come to their lot and was staying where I feel welcomed. Overall experience was very good. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Very dishonest dealership. They said they were going to sell me a car at MSRP but added $2,595 for a "consumer protection package" that covered door dings, key fobs, and up to four times without telling me until I noticed a discrepancy in the price. I told them that I didn't want the "consumer protection package", and they refused to take it off.

I purchased a used vehicle on 1/12/2023 and it broke down on me on 2/16/2023. I had to tow it to a Ford Dealership, where they informed me that the Transmission, Oil Cooler, Valve Assembly, and a sensor all needed to be replaced. The parts and labor for these repairs amounted to a whopping $6,000.When I purchased the vehicle, I was assured by both the Sales Agent Desric and the Finance Director Blair that I would be covered by an extended warranty (I could purchase and did) would start 30 days after my purchase. However, when I contacted the warranty company, they told me that the warranty actually started after 60 days. When I brought this to the attention of the Sales manager COLT SCHOENTHAL, he initially told me that the warranty did start after 30 days, only to later admit that he was wrong and that it starts after 60 days. It's concerning that the individuals selling the warranty are not even aware of the accurate time frame of the warranty they are selling.Furthermore, the dealership advertised a "Free Lifetime Powertrain Warranty" on their website, which was different from the warranty I purchased, claiming that there were "No Special Conditions," "No Asterisks," and "No Hassle." However, when I spoke to the Sales Manager about this, he told me that I hadn't actually purchased this warranty and therefore, they could not help me out even though it was supposed to be free.My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. Not only did the vehicle break down just over a month after I purchased it, but the dealership's extended warranty and "Free Lifetime Powertrain Warranty" claims were both false. The fact that multiple employees of the dealership provided me with conflicting information about the warranties says a lot about their level of knowledge and professionalism. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fast, friendly easyThey did not top off DEF and they did not adjust tire px after they rotated. Maybe people think that no one checks that stuff. Pretty upset about it since besides this patterson was a 10 out of 10

I have had nothing but trouble with the service department for the last year. I was having transmission trouble and they told me nothing was wrong after having my car for months then of course they ended up having to put in a new transmission. Out of the last year they have had my car over three times almost 4 months. When they fixed my transmission they had rented me a car from enterprise. Once I got my car back they told me they would take the rental car back. Well it set there for 5 more days and insurance didn t cover that and I can t get them to take care of it. I can no longer rent from enterprise because of an outstanding balance that is not my fault. Now I took my car up there last Monday and was told they would have it looked at in a couple days. It has been there 8 days. I have left 3 messages talked to two people and still no one has called me back. How can a service department be ran so poorly. Last time I was told they got a new service department manager and things would change. They haven t! I m done with this place. It makes me never want to purchase another vehicle that would have to be serviced there! They deserve a 0 star rating in my book!
