Got exhaust put in right away , had the request done perfect for what i wanted and also has warranty so thats a plus! stayed past closing to take care of the install , appreciated this since its hard to find places that do put the customer first.

Tom and Steve are the real deal. Great guys! Easy to work with and straight shooters. Highly recommend them for exhaust work. Will be taking my other truck in soon for exhaust work as well.

Probably some of the nicest people I ve met. Recently put a new 350 in my 1984 and took it up there to have the exhaust installed and a few other issues that just had me stumped. I couldn t spend anymore time on it due to other projects. Took them a few days to get everything done and fixed. And the price was very close to the estimate. They did a fantastic job on my exhaust! I m so happy with the way it looks and sounds. Thank you guys so much!

One of the best shops around. I wanted exhaust mods on my Challenger. They knew all about my car, showed me the underside, and helped me make exactly the right choice for my mods. Clean shop, heaters to keep mechanics comfortable (late Jan.), Coke machine, restroom, and lots of awesome cars in various stages of assembly/restore. Waiting area is full of race car pictures, parts of cars, a great hotwheels collection, coffee and conversation. I saw some of the most rad race cars while I was there and had a really great time while I waited on my car. The price was a tiny bit more than I had expected, but high performance isn't low cost. Work was top notch, I'm very pleased.

Steve has put duel exhaust on several of my vehicles. The service is second to none. They just made my Harley Davidson F-150 sound like it should. Thanks Steve

I needed to rent a uhaul and a tow dolly. Tom went above and beyond to help me and my family. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was ready. The tow dolly was previously brought back with a broken light and unfortunately they couldn't fix it. I called roadside to come and Tom stayed with us an hour after closing until he needed to get home to his family. If you're in Kilgore, these guys are amazing. They will take care of you any way they can.

Super friendly, and professional. we stopped here in the middle of a road trip back home due to our catalytic converter giving out and they were really friendly and new what the issue with our car was right awyay. Really friendly staff and great prices! Got a resonator delete here for $80 while other places were quoting me 100+ more. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for any future exhaust work.

Thank you to the amazing staff today for helping me out and letting me watch and learn while you worked on my Jeep! I will definitely be back when I need more work done. Great crew, great prices, and great customer service. Was honest and upfront about it and even helped me out without charging me a few small things I had been trying to get done for awhile. Friendly:Had me in and out in an hour. No pressuring, or talking down to someone who knows less about vehicles than they do.Professional:Price ended up being slightly higher than quoted, but only because they had to fix a problem a previous shop had created. I'd rather have it done right anyway.Fair:Price adjustment from the original quote was incredibly generous and substantially lower (~30%) than the actual cost of labor/materials used.Highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

Very friendly, professional folks here. They did exceptional exhaust work on my old rusted Suburban to make sure it was road worthy. I am very happy I chose Kilgore Muffler & Performance to work on my vehicle! I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. Went for a diagnosis. The man I talked to didn t make me feel dumb while I tried to explain what was going on with my vehicle. He was nice and acknowledged every customer he saw. My car ended up being in to bad of shape to get the repairs done since it s an old car ;it s not worth fixing. Value of car < engine and timing belt problems. But all and all I will definitely go back and refer friends and family when/if the time comes. Awesome customer service.

Came in with a bad exhaust and they had me out very quickly! the price quited was right on and the service was not only quick but the mechanic was retentive about his work. Very well done!

Took my truck there for then to look over my exhaust and they ended up changing my muffler out but the price was expected and it was what I was told it would be. Good service! Would recommend them...

The people at Kilgore muffler are always the best to handle whatever job you have for them and stay for the longest hours to get your needs helped. One of the best in Kilgore and will be for the longest time. Highly recommend them.

Took my car there on a Thursday morning about 9:30. I was quoted a week before at $260 to put parts on that I bought online and took there. So this was just labor. No call Thursday evening about my car. I figured it might take a bit longer if a bolt broke or anything so not to huge of a problem. Friday around 3 pm I called to see what was going on. Oh a bolt was broke and they were having to get it out. Took longer than expected. Understood. Not one mention of hey this is going to cost way extra. Weekend comes and goes. Monday at 1:45 I call and am told oh its done got done an hour ago. Ok Ill pick it up. Oh well owner isnt here to give the price. Well I was quoted $260. It should be around that. Wife calls to complain because she needs the car to pick kids up and take them to docs. Oh total is over $600. Wtheck happened. Oh we worked on it 10 hours but charging for 8 plus the $260. First off. 10 hours and youve bad the car since Thursday at 9 am. Oh you dont know what goes into doing this. Ok. We werent told of extra price. I dont have that kind of money. We were thinking no more than $360. Not one person called us until I asked for the owner to call me. Not once. In 5 days. Then we get it down a lil bit because they didnt tell us itd be extra. Still way more than expected. But was also told if I didnt take that theyd keep my car and make me pay the full price. I would have said no i cant afford that ill come get the car. I go pick it up Tuesday morning since I had to leave for work before they called back day before. And i asked for old part because i had plans with it to fix it and they cut it to hell. To use a part off of it. I know what they were doing. Told me oh i had to in order to get it off. No you didnt. Then get home and look under the car and they did a horrible job and used a differebt flange. Good job guys.

Met Tom, to get new exhaust on my 2020 Camaro. Tom did an amazing job, nice custom bends and took his time to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Kilgore muffler

"We'll call you with a price first."Nope. We're gonna 'fix' it and charge you if it works or not."Well, after you spend this $400 then you need to spend another $200 to fix this, which has nothing to do with what you just spent $400 on to make the problem go away."This is what you get at Kilgore muffler. Don't waste money or time here. They won't communicate, or tell you what the actual problem is. I'll do it myself from now on.

If I could rate this with negative stars I would! I rented a U haul on Saturday from this place and I was told that as long as I had the trailer returned to Lindale within 24 hours I would only be charged for one day as long as I checked in with Lindale upon dropping off. When I went they were not there so I was going to check back with them on Monday. Long story short I was given misinformation and an incorrect contract with someone else's name on it. Finally after several calls all the way up to corporate I was given a refund for the extra day I was charged. A big headache!

A lot of exhaust shops told me they could not do my work. Once to make a set of headers stop rubbing against the frame of my Nissan Hardbody truck, and again 6 months later to install the headers for my 2012 Nissan Altima. If it is exhaust related, this shop can do it. My contact's name was Steve.
