Very friendly and knowledgeable. Wasn't exactly sure what all I needed done to my truck. The owner pinpointed what needed to be addressed and didn't try to upsale me anything I didn't need. Very quick turn around and great price. Dont hesitate visiting them for any repairs or vehicle needs!

Got my Sebring in quickly for a battery exchange. Knew what was going on, very quick, friendly, efficient neighborly service.Didn't sell me what I didn't need, told me what to look out for in the future, will be back. When in town.

I have used kilgore automotive since 2007... the owner Wesley is a great mechanic... his shop has always completed great quality work in a timely manner... as the owner Wes is on-site and keeping his eyes on the quality of work his employees provide...

Went to get an oil change they just so happen to find a small oil leak and turns out they say they have to do a diagnostic test on the truck to find a oil leak that s a 125 bucks they seem very money hungry would not recommend

Wayne is great, works as fast as he can and trys his best to keep you updated. My husband was having his car fixed and ended up wreaking my car on a small curve causing damage to the tie rod but Wayne was able to fix his car then we took my car in for repare and Wayne did us good I highly recommend his services, I trust the the guy and his fellow employees. Great guy and nice people.

I've been using Kilgore Automotive for the last 10 years. I've never had a bad experience there. He's done major repairs (like replacing my motor) & today he just did an oil change.He's honest and doesnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge. It's nice to have a mechanic I can count on to lead me in the right direction on routine maintenance & repairs. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, & informative. They come highly recommended!

This is the kind of company I like to do business with. They've been in business 30+ years at the same location (around the corner from the old place anyway), Westley and his staff are friendly, straight talking, and easy to trust, and his lot is full of vehicles waiting their turn. I had spent $700 with another shop on my brakes, brought it back several times, and they were still terrible. So I gave up and brought it to Westley. He said the other shop installed new parts but didn't adjust them properly. He adjusted and cleaned them properly, the brakes are perfect now, and he only charged me $80. If I can find anything negative it's that lots of people know this is a great repair shop so you might have to wait a day or two before he can get to you. I might be in front of you too, because I'm going to keep giving Westley my business.

Got my wife's car fixed in a quick and (surprisingly) very affordable manner. Owner very personable. Took my truck in for preventive repair and he told me it wasn't needed yet. Chainstores would have probably done it and then some. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here now instead of the "Super Center" on the north side of town.

First visit - January 2021 - Very intelligent mechanic, found problem within an hour. Catalytic converter problem. Fixed easily.Second visit - Febuary 2022. Found problems in no time. Replaced Brake Master Cylinder, spark plugs and wires, replaced brake line, distributor cap and rotor. Runs like a champ now. This is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. Every time I come here they do me rite. I never have to worry about being overcharged and they always fix the issue. Definitely sticking with them as far as car maintenance goes

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Very dishonest & highly unprofessional! Had stuff done to my car twice each time something else came back broken. Do not waste your time with these people!
