Soooo thankful for DK tonight! Had a flight tire on the side of I20 tonight right at 9 pm in the pitch black. Just my daughter and I in the car, and 2 miles to the nearest exit. Called them, and he was super responsive, kept me updated on ETA and had us back on the road in a jiffy. Incredibly nice and made me feel much less anxious about the whole situation! Would definitely recommend!!

DK Roadside Assistance is AWESOME! They were able to meet us within 5 minutes to get us back on the road quickly. Dailon was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are ever in need of any type of roadside assistance, I would 100% recommend DK.

This man came out in the rain to assist! I didn t physically have my card, so he allowed me to cashapp him. He took me to a tire shop and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Truly grateful for his services.

I had a blowout on my Travel Trailer on I-20 at 7pm on a Sunday night.DK didn t hesitate to answer.They replaced the blowout and had me back on the road in about an hour.

DK Roadside Assistance was a great experience for me. It ended up almost two grand cheaper than the International dealership was going to charge me, and Dillon and the crew treated me with kindness and respect. This is the first review I ve ever left for anyone, so just know that it s real! I would refer DK Roadside Assistance to anybody. If you need help and you re in the area- start with them!

I want to absolutely ,thank Dailon for being a life saver,I had a blow out on 20 west stuck on the side of the road ,and not even the police would come out to help.,but in the freezing cold weather, Dailon came thru respectful, professional, and prepared, to get me up and running out of the cold and for that ,I'm forever grateful Thank you my friend, your are a Blessing. Thanks to DK roadside . I was broke down couldn t get my vehicle cranked. Called DK roadside they showed up within 20 mins and got me up and going within the hour. Recommended

I contacted them like 2 days ago, and they already came over and got my car fixed up and running right. Very kind people, good service yet quick, and most importantly very reasonable prices!! If y all need any work done, I highly recommend DK Roadside assistance!!!!

WOW this young man has renewed my faith in the human race... I absolutely HIGHLY recommend you use him for all of your mechanical needs... Very sharp, very kind, very polite young man. Dailon is a class act ... He offered his professional advice and helped us out with our air conditioning issues and definitely knew what he was doing... My roofing crew got a flat tire on our way back to Dallas from Marshall and we came across these gentlemen who didn t stop until they found the tire we needed to get us back on the road. They were the only ones who were able to help us compared to the other roadside assistance teams in that area. I highly recommend you give them a call when in need of a fast quick solution!Service: Tires

My car stopped turning over due to me switching out the key fob cover. DK went above and beyond to help me while my car was broke down at my job. They called around, posted on FB, found the problem and were just so helpful and kind. They are definitely highly recommended by me and my coworkers as we all saw how hard to worked to find a remedy. Before it was all said and done, I was up and running again. Huge thanks!

I have sent SEVERAL of my friends there who need their trucks worked on and ALL of them have bragged on how great the service is and the owners attention to detail. They all also bragged on how efficient he his and gets their trucks back on the road in a timely manner! Traveling from Texas to MS , DK ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SAVED MY LIFE! I had a blow out and they pulled up in less than 20 minutes . Changed my tire in 5 mins and recommended me a great and affordable tire shop! One guy even ripped his nail off in the process of changing my tire . I appreciate the service GREATLY!! I did business with this guy back in June of 2023 he was supposed to install a new turbo and 6 injectors needless to say less than 60 days later truck is back in the shop for the same thing if your a owner operator or company driver I highly recommend you stay away from this guy he s a complete ripoff and a compulsive liar he doesn t stand behind any of his work wouldn t even give me the original receipts for parts for warranty please stay away from Dk roadside service unless you want to get ripped off stay away from his shop by all means guy does not stand behind his work and further more to add insult to injury it cost me a total of 12 thousand dollars with parts and labor and travel expenses had we wait outside his gate for almost a hour in the dead of night knowing I communicated with him what time my flight was landing and took his precious time getting to his shop so who would have a pleasant attitude if you spent money with someone and they took 17 days to do a job that only would ve taken about a week and yes you did shuck and jive you are not a reliable mechanic and I m standing on that anyone going or coming should not deal with you at all your not professional and your a scam is what you are you charged me 300 for a diagnostic test that you never did you charged me for a starter that you took off a old engine it caught on fire 2 weeks later the turbo you put on failed within 60 days and you never gave me the original receipt for that I paid for with my money not yours I paid you every dime you ask and you have the nerve to call me a liar little guy you have some nerve honesty you do but anyway that s neither here nor there and to make matters even worst you stopped and solicited your services I didn t call you remember you inserted your self in that so yea I have every right to be disgusted in your service and I hope and pray you don t take advantage of any other hard working people ever again in life DONT DO BUSINESS WITH DK ROADSIDE HE WILL RIP YOU OFF please don t do business with this guy it s a lot of others around that will do way better work talk to you with dignity and respect but this guy has to be the absolute worst service technician in Kilgore/ Gregg county Texas

I had A hose that needed to be replaced. Gave Dailona call and he had it repaired in under 30 minutes. Super cool guy. Work fast and I definitely recommend him for any truck repair needs

Power fluctuations making codes show up in diagnostics, called DK roadside for help, Dailon showed up in no time, started troubleshooting and found two bad batteries, left and picked up new batteries, was back on road in 2 hours. Dailon was very professional and respectful. Not much of that around anymore. Was surprised at my cost, hell I even tipped him. Would definitely recommend DK roadside for repairs!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I had a low tire light come on in my SUV. I drove to their shop and they checked my tire and put air in it. He showed me the tread on my tires and suggested I get new ones. Will definitely use them in the future . I highly recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

Gave me a great deal to fix my ac at the Loves truck stop. The loves was closing didn't even want to talk to me Owner of Dk waved me over helped me out tremendously thank you DK for helping keep me and co driver cool again

From what I know if you are on I20 in Waskom TX all the way to Van this is the mechanic to call if you want it done right. He is very knowledgeable of work needing to be done on 18 wheelers. Highly recommend

This company wants to work!!! Excellent, expedient service with very competitive pricing. I highly recommend this company and will call them every time our drivers need assistance for tire or mechanical issues road side. Excellent company!!
