Had to replace windshield wipers after the freeze, one was missing a part the other had been doubled up on the wrong part for my car. Went back and the gentlemen there helped get everything fixed up for me in minutes

Well for the second time at the same autozone , I was hunting for bolts , I was pressed for time , the bolts worked just fine , but went and asked for another set , the smart manager just laughed at me , he thought I needed them. But the fact he laughed at me like haha we don t have your bolts.. how is he still managing autozone. He really doesn t like his job. He should want to help the company . I m don t with this autozone I ll do O Reillys when I m in Kilgore .. I m being nice by the way..

Definitely like this AutoZone. Very helpful and attentive. Not sure what they pay Ralph but they should double it, he is gold. Straight to the point but offers advice and thorough.

Great service and help. Staff are happy to go the extra mile. Sadly the product I purchased didn't. The dent puller suction device was useless!. It wouldn't even stick to a flat surface! Don't waste your $16!

Always helpful and friendly service. Also they will help you out on the install of some things.Example: I bought new wipers for my jeep. I wasn't quite smart enough to READ DIRECTIONS. So a guy came out and showed me how to do one. After having seen it done I was then able to do the others myself.

AMAZING experience. Elena the manager was so so so helpful and informative . She actually knows what she s talking about when it comes to cars. She gave me straight forward answers about every question I had. Super friendly and caring! Which is hard to find when you are really needing someone to help you with your car. Thank you agian!!

This place is awesome. The 2 gentlemen that were there this morning brightened my day!! I bought a car yesterday and the check engine light came on so I ran by there for them to give me a print out of what's wrong. Thank the Lord it's nothing major. I wasn't very happy to say the least when I first got there but those guys had me laughing and changed my whole attitude before leaving. Thanks Auto Zone!!! Kudos to the employees. Great job!!!

The people at this AutoZone are actually very helpful I've gone in on my own and I'm I'm a girl and you always think that somebody's going to try to take advantage of a girl but they didn't they they told me that I never actually needed to buy a cheaper product than I thought I had gone in there to buy so they were actually saving me money they helped me install my windshield wipers and when I got the wrong part on my own they corrected it and showed me which one was the right part which also ended up being cheaper than the one I was getting very helpful staff they've read my codes when my check engine light would come on for free I just love having people around like this that can help when we don't know what we're doing thanks so much highly recommend this place

The greatest customer service ever, The manager Elena was so helpful ,she went out in the rain and installed a battery for me!! And she still had a smile on her face when i left And the best thing of all is that she was able to help me in my own language. Thank you Autozone.

Great people updated, after 3 months of dealing with AutoZone my opinions have changed slowly but surely the only great people have been few and far between they are not only rude and arrogant they have yet to get my deliveries right as a matter of fact today I was told that 4 items was a large shopping list and I shouldn't expect it all right wow just wow

Called earlier asking for Cr123A batteries as it was listed on the website. Got told they have them in stock in the store for 7.99. Drive up there and the manager tells me they don't stock them at all. I thought a woman had spoke to me on the phone (I never got a name of who I was talking to). I told him that but he mentioned they don't have female workers and I probably talked to someone else. I showed him the phone call 20 minutes prior and he didn't bother even asking his employees if someone had taken a phone call about Cr123A batteries 20 minutes prior. Poor management practice here, you just lost a customer.

I was having trouble with my car not starting, and my battery would not get a complete charge. I couldn't get the battery out of my Audi Q3, but was able to get it jumped off. Took car to Auto Zone in Kilgore, Tx and they installed a new battery for me within 30 minutes. The guys were extremely helpful and went way above just selling me a battery. Will definitely refer friends and family to them.Thank you guys!!Deb

Ok if you don't really need help from an "expert." They wouldn't swap a battery out for my wife because they were afraid it would "mess up the computer." They told her to go to a shop on the other side of town. I replaced the battery when I got home from work without any issues.

I love this autozone! Adam H. Is awsome!!! I was stranded and he drove 20 miles out his way after work to come put drain plug and oil back in my car! I can say this place goes above and beyond!

Ordered 2 fuel tanks for my 84 k10 and a selecting valve, free delivery maid in Canada LMC truck was double the price 100 shipping and handling + 20 per tank oversize charge

Poor service three people a girl and 2 guys stood around while there was folks in the store joking about whatever while customers were waiting to be helped .... And while asking the girl that worked there for help had a rude come back like she really did not want to be bothered with doing her job won't be back have had different employee of mine say the same with that store.......
