Quick and easy oil change and state inspection. I stopped here in the early afternoon on a weekday. There were 3 cars ahead of me in line. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff are efficient, well trained, and courteous. I highly recommend this place for an oil change.

So we live over an hour away from their location. We called and confirmed they had the equipment, personnel and fluids needed to do a flush service on my radiator. They assured me they had what they needed and could get it done. We get to the store and we weren t greeted with a smile or hand shake. The staff was not friendly at all. We sit behind a car getting their service done for about 15 mins. We get pulled in and were advised to park up front and they would get started. Waited about another 15 mins or so before an employee came up to the window and said uh yeah so I don t think we are going to be able to work on your truck . No, sir we apologize for the inconvenience, let us recommend somewhere when I approached the employee that answered the call and confirmed they could do the work all he said was yeah we can t do it. So I headed down the road and found a much happier more professional place

I stopped by this location while traveling through Texas & I was told that they were closing for the day & that I would be unable to get an oil change. I arrived @12:20pm to their location & their hours of operation says 8-2 so I didn t understand why they couldn t change my oil? Instead of making a fuss I asked if there were any other places that I could get an oil change & he referred me to Walmart. If the hours differ from what s posted online a heads up would ve been greatly appreciated when I called to ask if they would be able to change my oil.

Got here at 11:20 waited over an hour finally was done at 12:39. There were only 2-3 cars in front of me and 8 behind me. I spent $80 and all they did was change the oil. They didn t check anything else at all. The other guy just stood there while the person underneath changed the oil. I m so frustrated and Will never come back here again.Service: Oil change

I went in for a quick oil change. I found the service to be very fast and professional. I love that you can just stay in your car as they work from the pits below. The crew was so professional and proficient I had them change my wiper blades too. They were completely familiar and well stocked for my bmw.I highly recommend.

Very fast and friendly service. John helped us out and was very knowledgeable and they did everything so quickly and efficiently. I was concerned seeing so many cars in line when we pulled up because we had an HEB curbside order to pick up, but they served everyone quickly, probably about 15 min a car. I highly recommend.

It s the only place I go. They re friendly and they really know what they re doing. They don t try to take advantage of people like me that don t know two things about cars. They re honest and dedicated to helping their customers as best as possible. I always get coupons in the mail that help me stay on top of my oil changes which is amazing and incredibly helpful. Because you don't have to drop your vehicle off and leave it, there is usually a line waiting.If that doesn't bother you, these guys are fast and efficient once it's your turn.And if you are due a vehicle inspection, they can do that in minutes as well.So I have found a reasonable wait in line worth waiting for.

The company must have changed. Didn't have my info in their system. Wouldn't be a problem, but they filled me with full synthetic - I have been going there with this vehicle for three years - always used a blend. They had to ask for name, number, address - so I think it has changed. Charged $20 for the 2 extra quarts of oil; added $2.99 for a "Premium Oil Filter" - which I would not have opted for but they didn't ask; added $2.50 disposal fee. Again, if they had asked, I would have taken the waste. Guy took out my air filter, asked if I wanted a new one. That one wasn't even dirty. When I told him "no", he couldn't get it back in. When I left, I saw the sign says Valvoline Express Lube - if I had noticed the change to an Express Lube, I would have found somewhere else. Riverside was always good. This is the third Express Lube I have used - not just a local one - one didn't even change the filter, another tried to run up the charge for a headlight to $50 (and that was pre-Biden times). I hope Kerrville attracts another company.

Absolute best oil change I've ever had! My oil was leaking and they showed exactly where it was and what to tell the mechanic! Then he put a thicker oil in my van so it wouldn't leak so fast. Lastly, he told me how to keep up with the leak until I can go get it fixed! 100% recommend everyone go here!

No Uber, healthcare worker, student, or state employees discount. They would rather have 100% percent of nothing instead of 90% of something. I'll find a place that respects my community service efforts and wants my patronage..
