I brought in an H3 for a power steering leak and a Charger for a knocking engine. The best thing about this location is that they give you credit for knowing your car. They are thorough and conscientious, but they don't try to talk you into doing something that doesn't need to be done. Their prices are reasonable and so is their timeliness. The communicate well.

I was raised around cars and couldn't figure out where oil leak was coming from nor did I have the right tools. I took it to one auto body shop and they gave me a huge quote and a diagnosis that was really absurd. Took it to Alonzo and his team checked it out. Just a simple "hey your bolts are loose on your oil pan". They had me fixed up in minutes. Three weeks later and the leak is still gone! Great service and quick!

Friendly service but not dependable, they will give you replacement parts and service you did not ask for or need unless you catch them first. They told me my battery was fine and then tried to replace it 2 minutes later. I explained that my battery terminal might just be loose, and they said they would tighten it. When I went to pay my bill, was charged over $37 each for two new battery terminals. This was not discussed in advance and likely not needed since they were just replaced less than 2 years ago.

They were super helpful, we got stuck on the side of the highway and the place AAA told us it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at us. Luckily we found them and they had us in and out in a hour and a half. It was a small fix and they didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Plus they we're nice enough to let us wait with our puppies. 100% would reccomend them again.

Five stars for Alonzo and his guys!! They got my problem accessed and solved in less than 2 hours..I was back on the road in no time!Nice cool and comfortable waiting area!!I asked about a place to eat within walking distance and Alonzo recommended a Chinese place that really turned out to be a nice surprise !!

My brother broke down on I-10 one morning while on a cross-country trip.. We'd like to thank Alfonzo for being spot on on his estimated Labor Charges and for committing to having him back on the road "by Lunch"... after the tow truck dropped off the vehicle and my brother arrived from O'Reilly Auto Parts with parts in hand... they got to work on it as soon as they could... and he was back on the road as Alfonzo promised...by Noon. Thank you for honoring your estimated charges & time commitment from the initial telephone call for service.

Excellent customer service. I was away from home in Kerrville when my alternator went out. They were able to get me in fast so that I could get home. No other shop in town would even try to squeeze me in. I really appreciate the fast turnaround!

Good , quick fair service. From oil changes, tire rotations, radiator repair, all been good. Friendly clean waiting area. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance if you stuck there for a few hours.

The service at Ultimate Automotive & Tire was great. Honest men at honest prices. I live two hours away and was on a time crunch. The man at the counter guaranteed they could get it done in time for me to be where I needed to be and they kept their word. If you're in Kerrville and need repair service, you can trust these people.

I have been going to Ultimate for 10 years. I am always satisfied with the work they do and the price. Alonzo is a good honest person and will treat you right. I highly recommend Ultimate Automotive.

Thank you guys! Fast service and nice price. The staff seemed very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. We were passing through Kerrville on a big road trip when we started having issues. Stopped in to Ultimate Automotive and they had us on our way in no time.

My fiancee and I had the wheel of our car almost fall off on a trip to Houston over Labor day weekend. Two adjacent studs had snapped off the wheel and we were forced to spend the night in Kerrville. The next morning we headed over to Ultimate Automotive to see if we could get the car fixed fast and he replaced the studs for very cheap and had us out the door in about 30 minutes! We were very appreciative of the help and would not have been able to continue our trip without these guys.

OMG! Can I just say, "HOW REFRESHING!" to have a major problem with my Jeep, and get an HONEST company to quickly find the problem, give a reasonable fee to fix it, and have it completed before the end of the day! Thank you! My 1st time using Ultimate Automotive and I will be back!

Needed two tires dismounted/mounted/balanced. Everywhere in kerrville wanted over $60 bucks minimum, with an extremely long wait. Called ultimate on Junction HWY, $50 total, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Before their state inspector quit, I also went here for a motorcycle inspection. Was equally as easy and less than 5 minutes. Will continue to do business here.

Alonzo totally saved our family move.. our vehicle needed repair; AAA and our insurance wouldn't tow so we nursed our car in. They fixed it right away! Strongly recommend - dependable, friendly and professional! A+++

I recently moved to Kerrville from Houston. I looked for a shop with the character of Ultimate for the 15 years I lived in Houston . . . found it in Kerrville! Alonzo and his staff are thorough and truly care for your car. I had a car with a Volkswagen with a lot of problems and they worked with me all along the way fixing everything. I would recommend them to my mother!

TPMS idiot light came on. Pumped tire to 36psi. Idiot light stayed on. Next day tire pressure at 34psi. Pumped up to 36psi again. Next day tire pressure at 36psi. Yeah. Next day tire pressure at 34psi again. Took the 2007 Silverado to Ultimate and 45 minutes later the slow leak was fixed and the idiot light was off. Thanks! I'm happy.

I needed a total brake job. Alonzo and his staff did a great job and in line with the quote they gave me, I would have no problem taking my truck back to them.

Great place to get tires I need the tires they ordered them and they will work with you I have two jobs I had a hard time finding time to get my tires done so at my convenience that's how they set up my schedule when it was convenient for me I highly recommend These Guys these guys are great

Went to get my car inspected. Was told and i quote " not my problem" then the man walked off. He was not busy in fact the man and i we're the only ones there.8

Not Happy at all, I will not recommended , Alonzo was Nice but the staff was very unprofessional, They just made a Asuncion about my problem and charge me for nothing, The Mechanic was very unprofessional and not accurate, Not satisfied at all never again,. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED.
