We have serviced all of our cars here for years. They are good and honest people. Sometimes it isn't the cheapest place, but in this case I place less value on price than trust and community engagement/sponsorship and good service.

Air filter not changed but the good part is u can hear them SLAMMING the hood down when they are done And if u bring it up to to guy he ll explain in detail how it isn t he problem. I would think a ASE trained person would know how to close a hood according to him he was told to SLAM it and it wasn t his & /=+# problem and the head babysitter say he would look into it lol thanks for not putting washer fluid in it also Y all definitely met my expectations and by the way I would just like to thank you for rotating the tires even though I specifically asked them not to be rotated because I wanted the thicker tires on the back for traction control with a vehicle made out of aluminum you would use better thicker tires where the most traction was going to be required so since I am not doing anything tomorrow like working and I am going to just absolutely clean off My schedule I will text you want you intelligent individuals can kindly put the tires back the way you found them and use this thing they call a torque wrench and talk him down to spec s if you have anybody there that is qualified to operate a torque wrench if you re not I will kindly go back to the place where I bought them and I will ask that professional to do it correctly and they will be more than glad to fix your work

Dave and the Quick Lane crew are always professional, helpful and efficient. They will explain things thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. They are also honest about your wait time and will let you know if it's better to schedule an appointment. There are free bottled waters and snacks. I can easily set up my laptop and work while I wait in the seating area. The restroom is clean.

Steve Black thanks for helping me get my Daughter Brianne her Jeep Wrangler, these vehicles don't last on the market very long, and you definitely help answer all my questions, took my information, submitted it, and delivered it to my home in EL Paso, Texas. Shout out to Juan Rod. from ELP, we have definitely stomped on the same ground growing up in the neighborhood (tough). When I head in your direction, one day I will stop by and shake hands. Thanks again for your professionalism, and for the calls (just the right amount to close a deal), wasn't to hard to make a decision once we saw what was available with Ken Stoepel Ford.

About a few months ago, had to take my car down to quick lane due to my car not being able to break. A very nice gentlemen mr. Logan Landen was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me out with my car issues. He also is very convincing on getting new tires as well, and I am so grateful I did my car runs very smoothly now .! Will definitely be back for an oil changeServices: Tires, Brakes

I tried to use their service. I went to the quick lane for a state inspection. The tech told me it was a 2 hour wait, I asked if I could make an appointment for another day. I was told it s a $7 inspection, I m not making an appointment for that. I went to the service department to inform them and to ask how they would like to be told that? Because here is how took it. They don t care because it s a small service. So, that s how I left Ken s dealership with no intention of returning.Reply to your message from March 28I believe there is a misunderstanding. I asked for an appointment and they would not give one to me for an inspection. Glenn

I called because I needed air in my tires , machine at gas station across the street took my money but it didn't work . Anyway , @ Quick Lane they did it for free , Young man who helped me was very polite , took 5 minutes . Quick, friendly service .

Will never return to this place. The front desk clerks are RUDE, with ZERO people skills. I normally travel to Marble Falls from Junction to get my service done but figured I'd give Kerrville a chance. WORST mistake ever. Back to Marble Falls for service at least there they treat customers with dignity and respect. The technician was great but without the front it cost him. Balled headed check-in guy needs to get off his high and mighty attitude "little man syndrome". He should really watch his comments with customers in the office. Especially those with hearing aids that hear everything.

I give this one star quick Lane has been my go to for tires and oil changes since 2004. Quick lane and Dave the customer service there is always very helpful professional honest and courteous.2013 I needed a vehicle and I was going to buy a truck however the salesman left me inthe waiting area all day. Finance sales rep never Greeted himself or introduce himself.just left me in the waiting area till 2 PM I finally left. I was there at 7:30 until 2pm. I had such a headache my husband went to the Chevy dealer that night.We own a Chevy 2013 equinox it needed a low beam headlight bulb. Gave me an estimate of $110 outrageous. I went to NBJ automotive Comfort Texas and they Change headlight bulb for $20.I can t believe I ve been at Long standing customer so long.I don t earn a lot of money that a Bulb change will cost $110 to replace. It s like I m being punished for not buying a Ford,but; I did try I was left in the waiting area. I think it s because I was a female pushed me away. This is why I choose one star if I have a choice No star.

I have been more than pleased every time I have gone to the Quick Lane at Stoepel Ford. The service advisors are helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The techs always do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. They also do a good checkover of the vehicle to make sure I don't have any pending problems.

Shopped around hard for tires and windshield replacement. Almost as alast resort, I contacted the Stoepel dealership (not ever having much luck with dealer service in my past).Not only did they beat the lowest prices I had gathered on both items, the quick lane gents, especially Dave, really made the experience very enjoyable!!! From delivering on every promise, including timelines, to going above and beyond with courtesy shuttle and keeping me fully informed with multiple follow up phone calls... Dave was great!Very pleased! Highly recommend!!!

A great mobile office while you wait and not too long; pleasant, comfortable, and efficient. David, Lori, and another wonderful tech (name?) have always been great. Recently saved me parts and labor on an unnecessary repair which was recommended by an outside source. They showed me why there was no need instead of taking my money. They could have as I was committed to doing the repair. Good work and thanks!Mike Veselka in main service department treated me as if he wanted to keep my business for years. Sensible and fair man who represented Ken Stoepel Ford very well.Sure, they aren't perfect. But, I believe a fair deal is to be had if you will communicate and listen to them. I got more than I deserved on a recent issue and I am a skeptical self thinker with a DIY attitude when it comes to automobiles.Thanks guys.

Did check up and oil change and service on grams car, 80 bucks and didn't even top off window washer fluid. Seems steep for only changing oil.

Please note they answered my review over TWO YEARS LATER. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to Cecil Atkins in Hondo. They treated me so well I have bought two cars from them. Again watch out for Dealer Option on you contract! I have been quite disappointed in this place my first experience was when I bought a truck from them and the sales person was very pushy, "buy it now! You will lose to much if you don't they lowballed my trade. I later sold it for $4000 more than they offered. They did bring in a truck that I liked but during the paperwork I noticed "Dealer option" buried in the contract. It was to wash and wax and detail the truck I told them to take it off. They brought the contract back and it was still on there. Two more times it came back till it wasn't on there. Now two years later they have called and told me I can upgrade to a newer model of my truck. Its a supercab f250 gas engine 8ft bed xlt. I returned the invitation and checked their inventory they didnt have one but in communication they never mentioned that they wanted me to come in and see the gas ones instead of looking at my request and telling me we dont have one but let us help you look for. They called at around 8 this morning it is almost 6 and no further communications avoid the place
