I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. My 03 Honda Element needed some repairs. Brent went over it front to back and quickly had an estimate ready. He explained everything he was going to need to do and how he was going to do it. His honesty, ethics and integrity are on full display as soon as you meet him.I immediately knew that I had come to the right place.He had me back on the road in no time and I won't hesitate to use him for all my future maintenance and repairs.Thank you Brent!!!Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Had emergency brake work done. Josh and his dad are HANDS DOWN THE BEST. They have become my go to when I travel. Knowledgeable, professional, and on time. I recommend to ANYBODY!!! Family owned. Shop.remunds me of the 60s, 70s, and 80s style

Absolutely the best shop I've ever been to. The mechanics were incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. I have never been to a car shop and had people who really cared about doing good work, patiently explaining everything, and hiving fair quotes. They also worked around our busy one-car-family schedule. I was blown away.I have no words to describe these guys. They are great.

I came to this shop because I ve never had the brakes changed on my current car and it felt to me like I wasn t getting the same brake reaction as I used to when I hit the brake pedal. Brent put my car on the lift, and he & Josh removed all of my wheels to inspect my brakes. Brent showed me that my brakes are just fine! I don t need a brake job at all. I guess the feeling I had is just that my brakes are not brand new anymore. But I still have plenty of pads left and my rotors are in great shape. He showed them to me. He could easily have told me I needed new brakes and made some money off me, but he didn t! In fact he wouldn t even let me pay him for the inspection. What I didn t tell them is another shop down the road quoted me for $1000 to change my pads & rotors stating my front rotors and pads were in bad shape, I caught it in time . And I could get by with just pads on the back. For $1000. That guy was trying to rip me off! You want HONEST good people, go see Brent & Josh at Priority Brake Specialist! The shop has great mechanics that are very knowledgeable and did a great job on my brake system. I didn't realize how bad my brakes had become and now they work great again! They even did an oil change for me and have ordered parts for two more problems on my old 1996 truck. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!!( best to turn off of Hwy 27 on Ed's Way to go right to their shop )

This truly is the best little brake shop in texas and is a hidden gem in the hill country! Our truck s brakes went out while we were passing through and these guys fixed it up quick and for a great price. The owners shared great hospitality while we waited and were kind and honest when explaining exactly what went wrong and how they planned to fix it. True experts in their field and I d love to stop by again for more work done.

Very trustworthy and reliable. Takes time to go over all that was wrong and what all was fixed and if any parts are warranty. We've always taken our vehicle's here. Great guys. Always friendly. Fair pricing. As a woman I always feel at a disadvantage going to a machine shop not here they explanied my problem without man explaining it. Trusted them so much sent my teenager to fix her car. We all hate car problems but these guys make it easier to handle. And the ultimate bonus they bring their dogs to work! Petting a puppy always makes things better.

While traveling through Texas from El Paso, our Jeep Wrangler which we were towing with our RV, lost its front passenger bearings near Kerrville. Not knowing the area, we slowly drove to several brake shops but all were to busy to help, one of them suggested Priority Brake Specialist, which we managed to find. Brent & Josh immediately checked our tires & brakes and quickly assessed the problem. They told us it was not safe to drive because the tire was ready to fall off. Our jeep is equipped with a customized long arm suspension kit & brakes, Brent found the parts and gave us an estimate on the cost of repairs, all within just a few days! They even gave us a ride back to our RV. Brent & Josh went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Highly recommend this shop. As a woman I was treated with respect and they showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. They also went above any beyond showing me a issue that I didn't know I had and the cheapest way to try and fix it. The work was done quick too. I will take all my vehicles to them now! Highly recommend this company.I broke down going thru Kerrville myCV Joint fell out. I Google a dependableauto repair. This place had 4 stars soi called them. I can see why this place had 4 stars!They were there quickly to p/u my car. They werevery kind, honest and professional. They had my car fixedand ready to go the next day.Yes i highly recommend this shop.KIm
