Mike came out within 15 minutes of call. He made required repairs and made sure we were safe to travel. He is trustworthy and fair. We will certainly call on him again if we need service.

I got my rv new in 2015. And bolth the ac units worked for 5 years up to 2020-2021How is it that any other ac unit I have had on my rv lasted 5+years and there ac units only last 1 year maby 1 and a half ....I have spent more than 4000 $on acs in the past yearI hope that money did this company good cause my family needed it but we also need ac Units in the texas heat (my trailer is black and hot )I think these people are faulting the appliances to further work insurance and to recieve payment from manufacture by utilizing warranty on the faulty appliances they sellThey are rudeThey can't hear what your telling themThey can't remember what they looked at a few days earlier ( the ac unit )They make u and your family and kids wait 20 days to say I can't come look at it again until it's 63 degrees out ...that's right it has been almost a month just to get them out here and tell me what's wrong with it which they still haven't been able to ...after 2 visitsDo not use these people. ... your better off fixing it yourself or paying anyone else but

Mike is the best! Got me up and running! Was traveling through and called later in the day. He got to me the next day and fixed me right up! Went above and beyond why I called and spent the time to help me with other stuff!

Mike was absolutely fantastic. Our slide out got stuck extended. We really needed to get on the road and came first thing the next day. He had it slide back in after trouble shooting. It is obvious he has years of experience.We loved how respectful he was of our home by wearing the shoe covers we ask him to and then he removed his shoes each time when it became evident he would have to go in and out often.We have now left his card at each stop along the way and HIGHLY recommend him when you re in Texas. He even drove over an hour to get to us! GREAT GUY

Mike was wonderful! Our back furnace stopped working and we needed it inspected. He was fast, & friendly. Even inspected our front furnace just to make sure it was ready for the upcoming winter. Highly recommend for any repairs.

Mike saved the day just as all other reviewers have stated. Our A/C is vital because we keep the dogs inside the camper while working. We were completely in a bind and the other 20 shops we called couldn t help. Mike diagnosed the issue got it fixed in an expedient manner. Great guy.

I had lots of issues with a brand new unit.Mike and Bob were great at finding the issues, sending supporting details to the manufacturer so I could get my a/c unit replaced.Replacement was easy, quick and timely.Showed up on time and did a great job.I would use them again if needed.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Mike was able to get to us ,in a timely manner! Our air conditioner wasn't working properly. He diagnosed the problem. Turns out it can't be fixed. He took the time to go through our warranty, and he ordered us a new one. Thanks to his partner Bob, for cleaning and servicing our rear air conditioner. Hot weather is here! Mike was awesome. We realized our grey water tank wasn t emptying and was completely FULL one night! We called Mike early the next morning. He was pretty booked for the day and planned to service our RV that afternoon. He ended up stopping by on his way to another appointment in the morning to assess the situation since we had no clue the problem. He told us to try something out while he was at his other appointments. His analysis of the issue was right on and his solution worked great!!! We ended up having a big clog and his remedy was easy. So glad we called Mike instead of someone else that may have charged us a lot to completely clean out our tanks. His advice was great and something I will not forget. Mike is very knowledgeable and very nice. I m definitely keeping his number for the next time we are in the area and have a problem with our RV.

Mike came to our rescue when our Carefree awning malfunctioned on a windy day. He was here in 1/2 hr of my phone call and had it repaired within the hour in a very professional manner. He made sure it was going to work once the repair was completed and now it works better than it ever has. He was awesome!! Thanks Mike

While we were camping in Fredericksburg, our power converter stopped working so we called Mobile RV Solutions and Mike scheduled us for a time that day. He tested & replaced the converter. Luckily, he had one in his truck! Mike is a professional, has reasonable prices, & is friendly. We highly recommend Mike for your RV repairs. Thanks again Mike for taking care of us!

Mike came out when a slide would not retract. Spent about 1 hour trouble shooting, found I needed a new motor and controller. Had to order bothOne came in next day other couple day's later. Made appointment for 08:00 Thursday here on time couple hours later installed and working again. Would highly recommend Mobile RV Solutions for any RV problem's you have. We called Mike to fix a water heater in our travel trailer. He called back quickly and made the service call in less than a day. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing the water heater. He also sold us an extra replacement for the part that failed and showed us how to install it, should it fail again. On vacation, our AC on our RV went out. They responded in 10 mins max. They did a great job in quickly assessing our problem. They literally replaced our AC on the spot in a 3 hour time period so my 2 babies could have air. I will always recommend Mike and Bob they are amazing and they also recognize the value of being an American. I am truly blessed they responded so quickly given our situation. Mike was SUPER! We had been without AC in our Airstream on our Gone to Texas Caravan. Temps in the rig got into the 90's. We had had a new AC unit installed in NC prior to heading to Texas. Also had a soft start installed at our International rally in July. Mike was on time and performed a thorough assessment of the AC. He spent 3 hrs with us, discovered the problems and was not going to leave until we were good to go! He found a slight installation flaw for the new AC unit that was causing the coils to freeze up and connected with the soft start company and it was determined that we have a faulty unit. He removed this. He also checked our heat pump. He is the man to call for RV AC issues. We had 4 days in Fredericksburg and had called ahead for an appointment. Lucky to have found him.Service: Air conditioning

Sometime in the past I had picked up a business card for this company. I went to the Google ratings for them and saw many positive reviews. I called Mike and left a text. He called back promptly and I told him about the broken fitting on our water heater on our 2020 Grand Design Solitude. He was very willing to fix it but was going to be out of town for 4 days. I told him I was fairly handy so he shared the procedure he uses to remove the broken part from the water heater. It was not easy but I purchased the minimal tools and was successful in the repair. Even though Grand Design was willing to pay for professional help, I chose to do it myself because it is our full time home. Very much appreciate Mike's help!

Mike was fantastic. We were in a predicament while traveling (body damage suffered while backing into a campsite). A body shop will be needed, but we had to drive on to make our next reservation, and the coach was not safely driveable.Mike had to determine a rather innovative way to secure everything so we could get to our next stop and have the work done there. He was extremely nice, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend him.

We are so grateful ! Mike serviced our 5th Wheel. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet which is not easy to work on, cause it s in a very cramped area under the sink. We didn t hear any complains from Mike. We called him he responded right away, came & checked work gave us a reasonable estimate, came the next day & fixed the problem!!! He was quick, very hard worker & clean not sloppy. Even did some extra things. We will gladly call on him again & highly recommend him. Sid & Nora

Happy customer here! Arrived early, got right to work and got my furnace back up and running in less time than he thought it would take. Couldn't ask for better service and the bill was a lot less than what I was expecting. If and when I need future service for my RV, I will definitely be calling Mike with Mobile RV Solutions & RV Inspections.

Mike came out to my ranch and fixed all of my camper issues. This included fixing my ac converter, ac unit, furnace, and lighting system. I was very pleased with Mike's work and diligence in fixing all of my issues. He is very honest and gave me good advice on some other issues I was having. My brand new water heater stopped working. Mike got here within an hour, diagnosed the problem, taught me a few things about my heater and I was up and running in an hour, all on site. Knowledgeable, professional and certified! This should be your go to guy if you have a problem!!

Mike is a very knowledgeable RV Technician. He s meticulous and thorough with his work. He installed a new water heater for us this morning. Cleaned up after completing the work and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I recommend MOBILE RV SOLUTIONS and Mike Stone highly with no reservations. If you want it done right he s your man.

We were leaving for vacation in 4 days and found we had a water leak and broken connection to the commode. If Mike had not worked us in between jobs, our vacation would have been canceled. He did what he said he would and arrived when he said he would which is unheard of in the Hill Country. He is so personable and friendly. He really knows his stuff and answered all of our questions. Mike showed up on time. He diagnosed a/c problem($30 capacitor). I was expecting the worst-replacingthe unit. The electric option on my water heater wasnot heating. He changed the heat element.Both a/c and heater work fine.I highly recommend Mike. He s honest and very knowledgeable. 5+ stars.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning
