Chris and Robbie are great at what they do, where Rush truck Centers takes 5 weeks to do repairs (incomplete), and Chris and Robbie get done in a week. These guys are very easy going laid back friendly guys. I was told by rush I need a new hood Chris and Robbie patched my hood and it looked as if it was never damaged. The only issue is the supply chain for parts, but when they run into that they do everything they can to get around the supply chain, as they understand a if a trucks wheels don't turn they don't earn. And as for the one bad review... not once have I seen Chris or Robbie be rude or condescending to a lady, let alone overcharge or cheat a lady. They have treated all of their customers the same as I have seen, and that is fair and friendly. Because they are close to home, faster than a dealer, more efficient and knowledgeable than a dealer, I don't think I will trust a dealer over them. Keep up the good work, guys.

Truck Broke down Sunday I called Monday at 8am sharp. I told the folks in the office what was wrong and they said they would call and see if they could get the part. and if they could it would be in no later than We d which is the normal delivery date. I was told there were a couple of trucks ahead of me and Wednesday evening Thursday would be the latest. I m sitting in a hotel room Wednesday calling and the lady who for some reason had to mention she was the owners wife had a very I dont care type attitude when I was simply asking had the part arrived . I m telling her that someone could have notified me that the part didn t come in because I m having to reserve the hotel ahead of time and I don t have answers to give my customer about a time frame . So I waited until Friday and showed up when they opened and my truck was not touched . They guy went on to lie and say he told me it would be two weeks before he could get to me . What trucker would stay in a hotel room for two weeks to replace a radiator when there s other shops around. I spoke to a few folks around town and their review was pretty much like my experience use them at your own risk I can t comment on their work but their customer service skills are not up to par. Simple communication could have saved me hundreds of dollars.

I had a Duramax turbo failure in my tow vehicle, multiple mechanics just scratched their heads and did not help. Chris at Midnight nailed the problem in less than 5 minutes. That's the difference between a professional and not. They ordered the parts and got my diesel up and running. Had to wait on some parts, no fault of their's. Shipping issues and part shortages during Covid. Happy to say my diesel runs better than it ever has, purr's like a kitten! The after market turbo boost is doing the job!! Excellent service, fair prices, great customer service, thank you Chris and Robby! Job well done!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The owner came out on a Friday evening at 8:00 to pump out the gasoline that I mistakenly put in my diesel pickup. Sure I paid for the service but I made the mistake and he could have towed the truck into his shop and charged me more but instead, he crawled under neither in the dark and got me up and running. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Midnight Diesel for any service. $125 service call, $125 per hour labor rate, and $45 disposal fee. Very, very satisfied.

Customer service sucks. They tell you it will take one week but in all reality good luck getting it out of there In 2 months. They don't understand that time is money for semi trucks owners. They don't give you any updates you have to call them.

EXCEPTIONABLE SERVICE!!!I had electrical problems that had put my truck in the shop multiple times costing thousands of dollars but only receiving band aid repairs in return. Here at Midnight Diesel, Robby, Chris and the guys were thorough in diagnosing the problems and finding solutions to get me back on the road.Of course these guys couldn t have done this without their secret weapon Sarah in the front office kicking you know what, and finding parts.While in Kerrville for a few days awaiting completion, multiple people had complimented Midnight Diesel when I mentioned their name.I couldn t be more pleased.Thanks Again,Daniel

Horrible experience from this small town mechanic shop in Kerrville, TX where a woman don t dare question the owner Chris about repairing her major investment. This is a good ole boys network where I was yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on for questioning me bill and asking why I never got a quote in writing before he did services. It is my choice, my right and according to Texas Attorney General office, it is the law. I had my semi truck towed here when I stopped near Kerrville TX. They did a forced regen but could not explain to me why. My fuel pulp and injectors was bad which is not an electrical problem. Also I was told I had metal in my fuel pump, filters and injectors but not in the tank. I could not get an explaination on how it was in the pump and filter but not the tank when the tank is in between them. I hate it when men such as Chris tries to talk condescending to women just for asking questions and trying to get an understanding about something that cost a lot of money. It is a shame. I was handed a bill for almost $20000 to which I said no thank you. I was quoted way cheaper by the dealership. There was a combined item on the quote for over 13,000. When I asked what all was included in this kit again didn't get an exact answer. Just a lot of fast talking. He said it was a kit mechanics buy from the dealership. I calle dthe dealership and they said there is no such thing and everything is priced separate. I got everything priced separate and it was thousands cheaper than Chris said. The prices I did get was consisant with everything chris quoted except for that 13000 kit. I called the dealship back and priced each item separately. I realize midnight had added a tank and probably the labor for a total replacement of the tank. Wow. I believe this large fee may have been to hire outside help as well because midnight labor for 40 was already added. Onve I said no thanks and I would have the truch towed somewhere else, Chris told me I would have to pay the credit card fee. On the receipt the fee is listed as misc. Now I am a businesswoman and I am sure it is illegal to charge a consumer for your credit card processing fees. When called chris on this he tried to start talking condescending to me again. I just paid the bill and got my truck out of their as quickly as possible. I just think people should k ow what this company would do to honest hardworking paying customers.

Received great service at a reasonable price, fast turnaround on our RV with a detailed explanation of our bill and advice on how to take care of any future issues. Highly reccomended for motorhome drive train and coach repairs

Midnight .DieselThe name suggests that it comes from the term Burning the Midnight Oil. A most common metaphor!Should you point out the incongruity of the name and hours of the business thus making it an ironical oxymoron. May I suggest you be prepared for a barrage of personal attacks, which is the antithesis of professionalism.

This was the only one, out of 6 repair shops, who came to save my bacon. Awesome service at a very fair price. I can t recommend him enough...but I ll try.

Very unprofessional. Tried over charging me. Actually called to talk mess over a voice mail I didn't even leave. The guys a joke. If I were you I'd get towed elsewhere if you breakdown.

Just a bunch of part swappers. They aren't open at midnight so I guess the name just reflects how bright the owner is. Beware he can get agitated and act very unprofessional.

We took 2 trucks there and they were both fixed but came back when additional problems with the speedometer and gauges on the dash not working properly and when told they said we brought them that way in another word they called us liar, and said they can't fix it we would have to take it back to the dealership, so now one truck won't go over 55 mph, it's funny how both trucks came back with the same problem, we only went there because our main mechanic was I've booked and it would of took weeks but ya we should of waited.

Services are way overpriced, almost gouging, and the customer service is terrible. If you want to have someone insult you for not using their services this is the place to go.
