We were super happy with our service we received from Lemeilleur's. Our Aqua Hot required a full replacement and they made it as painless as possible. They scheduled a time when our unit was supposed arrived, even blocking time for us they could have used for someone else when it arrived late. They made sure we were comfortable and informed during diagnosis and replacement. Everyone was super friendly and David Clarke was excellent in keeping the process rolling even helping us ship back the core for our reimbursement. Will definitely be back for service when we are in the area.

Lemeilleur s RV Truck & Equipment Repair in the Beginning they were a good company, but after former owner retire and sold the business it went downhill very fast, a simple job was to install a new Thermostat They said the work was complete, when I arrived onsite nothing had been done, so they pulled back into the shop, Five minutes later they bring out , I attempted to turn the A/C on with no success, I went back inside told the manager it didn't work he basically show me the door . I had to take it to Seguin to Stahmann's Sales to get it done right, One good idea is to stay away from this business

If you are in central Texas, this is the place to go for RV repairs or general service. Kerrville, Texas, west of San Antonio off I-10, TX HW 16 south. Called to make an appointment to have suspension mods installed and general service performed. Staff was professional, intelligent, and friendly. Services performed timely and correctly. If an issue arose they always contacted me to explain the problem and how I, emphasize, how I wanted to proceed. Cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I ever seen. Thanks to David and Chris. Give em a call.

We cannot thank the Lemeillur team enough! 6 hours into our drive from South Padre Island to Oregon we noticed a new vibration on our wave runner trailer. "The Diesel Dr." was the shop to come to our rescue the day before the 4th of July holiday. A willing spirit, friendly service, and creative problem solving fixed our disintegrated wheel bearing and got us back on the road the same day. A bit of divine intervention perhaps for it all to work! Professional, caring service that we are beyond grateful for. Bring your ailing rigs here! A potential desperate situation, gave us new friends and a wonderful experience.

Very Disappointed. We can recommend you avoid dealing with Manager Dave and service Chris. We supplied info for job and told we would hear from them the same afternoon or next day . No return call was made. I called 4 days later to hear many excuses from both gentlemen. Looks like a nice facility but falls short on professional handling of clients. I can't review work quality as we had done here and would not.

Knowledgeable, professional service at a fair price. I had some brake connectivity issues on a RV. At first the issue appeared to be fixed, but after a day, the same issue reoccured. I contacted service and was told to bring it back. They gave me priority service. The tech was finally able to locate the allusive issue which was an intermittent ground wire disconnect. They stood by their sevice. Very happy.Service: Electrical repair

I took my car to Lemeilleur's for service. They found a couple problems and was able to correct them. It took a little longer than it should. And they were very nice and apologetic about it. Stay away from this shop! Long story so please read on. Net lots of money and nothing fixed.I took my Motorhome into shop back in early 10/2020 mainly to get 1 roof AC to work. I asked while in shop if they could also look at a couple miner issue, 1 with outside awning, and other with one hydraulic slide out would creep out.Well after about 2 weeks, they said it would be months for AC and Awning parts.. and I would need to come back later for those.They said they could fix the hydraulic slide. They charged me $145 to analyze and said it was the 4 hydraulic lines that were leaking and "Sweating fluid".. The total cost of this repair came to $4227.85. I drove coach home on 11/25/2020 (Yes 2 months after bringing it their). Next morning the slide had creeped out again.I called and told them what had happened. I took the coach back to them several days later. This week 2/4/2021 I picked the coach up and was charged an additional $320.86 to diagnose yet again... They said they now believe it is an internal issue with the cylinders and they can not find nor get parts. I would need to pay an additional $2500++ to get someone to rebuild them. (And they had NO outlook on who could rebuild, exact costs, or time it would take to complete)Sooo.. after 4227.85 + 320.62 = $4548.47 my coach is in the same exact shape as it was on the day I took it to them 4 Months ago. Not to mention they broke the wire out of my fog light which is close to hydraulic system. I now have to order new fog lamp cause the wire it not connected inside the sealed lamp.NET: They are incompetent mechanics and insane in their billing and customer service practices. I have pictures that demonstrate No leaks anywhere around either cylinder. So if lines were bad up front where they go into tank, why no leak/sweat in either bay where cylinders are. Also.. Why do my hydraulic jacks still work and there is nothing wrong with those "hydraulic lines"...Stay away from this shop..!Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Our service rep. Chris was very polite and friendly and he went out of his way to help us. We were waiting hours on the shoulder of a state highway for Good Sam to get a tow truck dispatched. We were told conflicting information by Good Sam when we called multiple times to follow up. After advising Chris of our delay in towing the rv to his repair shop, he helped us by checking with the tow company and confirming that they were waiting on Good Sam to approve towing our rv. That call gave us the information to push Good Sam to complete our claim for towing. Chris kept us informed of the estimated repair cost. Chris over delivered, returning our rv back to us before the promised date. And, our rv is up and running well again. We highly recommend this company.

I ve used LeMeilleur s for all my RV repairs and maintenance. We have a Fleetwood diesel pusher with an Aqua-hot heating system.Everyone that I have met is courteous and professional. LeMeilleur Rv and Truck repair seems to be comparable in pricing and have always got me in and out in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the service for my oil change and inspection.....very polite people!! I learned a lot about my motor home as well as others!! Just a reminder.....my new little rug had greasy foot prints on it from the workers.... The rug could have been moved or plastic could have been put down???. Hot water & soap will take care of it I'm sure!

When the air conditioning in my vehicle went out, I called the Dealer and was told they couldn t even look at my vehicle for three weeks. So, I remembered hearing positive feedback from LeMeilleur s customers and decided to give them a try. To my amazement David Clarke told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Not only was my vehicle repaired quickly (only delays were due to manufacturer delivery of parts), BUT I can t say enough about David Clarke who explained exactly what was going on and how he and his team were going to fix it. I thought Customer Service was a thing of the past, but not there at LeMeilleur s!!! And the shop is impeccable!!! I ll be back, most definitely.Service: Air conditioning

We found them to be honest and trustworthy. They worked on my Motorcoach: fixed refrigerator, sliding drawer, sofa and examined other areas within my coach. Replaced all six tires and alignment, and replaced shocks, performed a complete engine diagnostics and changed transmission fluid.We were completely satisfied with previous work on the air conditioner and therefore brought our Motorcoach back for the above work.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

We fulltime in our Tiffin Allegro Bus and needed a repair on our Aqua Hot. We were very impressed with the service we received. They were able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. They had the parts needed in stock which was great. It took several hours to repair as the job was not an easy one. We had great communication throughout the day which we really appreciated. We never wondered what was going on. The hospitality was also great. We stayed in their waiting room which is very comfortable and someone checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend Lemeilleur's and they will be our go to shop in the future when we are in the area.

I purchased a Class B with 54k miles. I was told the transmission fluid was due to be replaced. I was traveling but called my next planned overnight town and asked the Chevy dealer who he would suggest. They recommended LeMeilleur s. They were able to schedule me for the next morning, gave an upfront estimate and time estimate. Even recommended a great park to take my dog and a good local lunch spot. The work was done on time. Everyone there was extremely accommodating and professional. I m grateful to have found them. I also learned they are listed in the local KOA guide, which means they ve been vetted, to my understanding. Great folks, great job! Thanks LeMeilleur s! Not a fan of Lemeilleur's RV Repair (Must give one star to be able to post)I called to schedule a time to take my RV to have some service work done as we had some trips coming up. As expected, they were a busy and a date forward was set. I drove the RV to them as scheduled, I was greeted well and they were expecting me. So far things were great.Getting the RV to them as planned, days later, no call, no update which was promised. After leaving a couple of messages, I finally was able to speak to the service writer. I was told they had not looked at the RV yet as others were "in front of mine". I asked about the schedule time and the best I received was, things came up. Pressing him for when, he tells me that I have a very long list of service items and that will take time.I was not able to pick the RV up that evening as I live too far. I arranged to pick it up and was there. The service writer had it outside the gate. No delays, no apology, and NO EXPLANATION of the damage they caused to the RV. I discovered the damage to the shoreline reel after getting it home and to plug it.I contacted the owner, a delightful lady. She scheduled a time for a call with her, her Manager and myself. The call went fine, as one should expect, the wanted to investigate. It was a week maybe 10 days later, I had emailed/contacted the Manager for a follow up. One of the guys was on vacation and what ever else caused the delays and no bother to give a call or email to let me know.Ultimately, it was undisputed that one of their employees damaged the shoreline as well the reel. However, they would not accept the financial cost of repair or replacement.Lemeilleur's reputation of costing more and worth it, well not so much.Not a place that I would recommend. We had spent the night at a local RV park an noticed a noise from the RV the next day while driving to town for groceries. The noise continued to get worse and we knew we were in trouble. Found a listing for LeMeilleur and called, it was a busy Friday afternoon but the offered to have a look.The test drive with a technician confirmed that we had a wheel bearing issue. Our service advisor Daniel checked and found that there were no parts immediately available for our older motor home so rather than leave us stranded without a home for the weekend he arranged for the parts and we were able to spend the weekend with ore RV at the campground. Smart, very smart.On Monday morning we were back in the shop and the work was started, I had the opportunity to see the issue and talk to the tech in there very clean and professional service shop. We ever kept well informed and all the work was done per the estimate and completed on time. A fantastic experience at a gem of a shop with a great waiting area, clean restrooms. Can do attitude by everyone and great value for the money. Thanks to them we are back on the road as happy campers.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Friendly and helpful front office, awesome technicians! We took our 2018 Class C in for an oil change, alignment, and to fix a few issues with our tires to include installing new valve extensions. We also had a tank-less water heater we wanted installed. First observation when walking into LeMeilleur's was how clean the front office AND the bays were. They did a great job putting together the estimate and clearly communicated the time required so we could make plans. Technicians took care of everything, and from what I can see their quality of work exceeded our expectations. Took a 20 minute hot shower when we got back to our campsite!

When my travel trailer needed some repair work I chose Lemeilleur RV & Truck Repair because I had seen their commercials and it looked like a very professional business. And guess what, that's exactly what I got! EXCELLENT service, everyone was exceptionally friendly an smiling! That's something you don't see too much of nowadays and also tells me the people that work there enjoy what they do!
