Chris/Joel and his crew had my '21 GMC ACADIA DENALI in the shop for a while with 3 challenged situations on it. It was worth the wait. This car looks outstanding!!! Thanks to everyone involved!!!

I had a terrible experience and will never use them again. They had my car for a week and within a couple of months I had to take it back and repairs had to be redone. They were rude and indicated that they were doing me a favor and not that they were sorry that they had done a poor job of repairing my car in the first place.

I had a tight window of opportunity to have a fender and door replaced while visiting from NY state. Kerrville Auto Body took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations! Just got my car back after repair and it looks amazing. Very professional and courteous people who kept us up to date on the timeline. Brought them some black/primed bumpers to get color matched to my truck. They had them done in a very reasonable time and even more reasonable price.Highly recommend this body shop for anything from color matching to full blown collision repair.

Have used Kerrville Auto Body several times and have had excellent service and workmanship. This time Chris Cortez was my contact and he got me scheduled quickly and was very complete in his estimate. Highly recommend this business.

Horrible experience with Mary Jane but I Came back to edit and change my review because Joe from management called me and wanted to make things right and he did not disappoint! He put me up in a rental for a few days got my car back in and took care of all the issues at hand. Thank you Joe!

I made an appointment for an estimate for my two front doors because neither opened anymore. In a matter of 5 minutes Dale fixed them both and even got some dents out! Before going here I got an estimate from another place they wanted to charge at least $500 and keep my car for two weeks. Here they fixed it in 5 minutes and he didn t even charge me!! Everyone was beyond helpful and extremely nice By far the best auto body place in town!Service: Body & Trim

After months and months, the job finally got done. So I m happy about that. The amount of effort it took to get it done was ridiculous, I literally had to call and ask if the part was in the man said yea it s been here so why haven t I been called?? As a paying customer I was deeply disappointed in the way things were handled. Not only that, I had to go back and forth MULTIPLE times because the part they ordered kept coming in faulty. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend.

Third time using this business. Got my truck back. Interior is filthy, almost like the windows were down and clear coat was over sprayed into the interior. Same with the key FOB. I'm scraping something off of it so I can identify the buttons. My antenna is missing.... and there's a run where they just painted. I'm all for using local places. But I expect good work for my money. I'll give two stars because this is my first bad experience here. Probably won't use them again though.Service: Body & Trim

We were referred by Stoepel Ford of Kerrville. Our front hood had some chips in the paint. We had Kerrville Auto Body paint the front of our F150 Hood and they did an outstanding job. After an unpleasant encounter with a deer, took my car to Kerrville Auto Body for repairs. They replaced the front bumper and grill and did some slight repair to the fender. My car looks great. They completed the job in the time they estimated and my car was cleaner when they returned it to me than when I brought it in. Rudy was extremely efficient and handled extra communications with my insurance company. Hope I never need body work again, but if I do, will certainly use Kerrville Auto Body again.

I want to thank Marc and all the employees for the repairs to the entire right side of my car. Front bumper to rear bumper. I was in the collision repair business for 50 years before retiring a few years ago and I know first hand what is required to do quality repairs because my first 25 years I actually did the repairs to customers vehicles.I am a perfectionist and didn t expectanything less from my employees in business and still won t except anything less from anyone doing work for me.The repairs were flawless and the paint and color match were perfect.I was kinda worried about the metallic color matching being close and was really impressed with the perfect match.Marc handled the estimate and insurance claim and it was a pleasure doing business with professionals.Hope I never need any of my vehicles repaired again, but if I do I know whowill be doing the repairs.Thanks again to everyone Kerrville Auto Body.

Left sticky glue on all 4 doors under replaced molding. Big smudge on hood were a rubber gasket was replaced that did not seem to fit. Was told that is the way toyotas are.Said they did not use glue. I took pictures of it before I took it to them. They only cleaned up smudge on hood with bug remover. Gasket they replaced has gaps and will draw moisture and tear.Service: Body & Trim

I stopped by for a professional assessment for rust on my car . The man was so nice , respectful and honest . I can do this simple job yet if /when I need body shop services , I am surely using this company !

I hit a construction sign that had blown out into the middle of the road after a storm. Pete set up towing, handled my claim, got my 09 Pontiac G8 back washed, cleaned and couldn't even tell that the accident never happened!

They were really helpful when I hit a deer and was having to deal with insurance nuts. These guys actually answered my calls and were incredibly helpful and nice!! Highly recommend!

What a joke! The ladie at the conter wasn't even willing to help if it wasn't involving insurance i said cash and she just shook her hed and said no!!! A simple dent in the bed with cash and right away just NO!
