My wife and I recently bought two vehicles from Ken Stoepel Ford (2024 Ford Maverick and 2021 Ford Escape). We drove in from San Antonio because we had heard that the car buying experience at Ken Stoepel Ford was handled with a personal touch. The experience surpassed our expectations thanks to our wonderful sale associate Brian Hardy. Brian took the better half of the after and evening to ensure that my family was comfortable with the purchase. Brian was approachable and friendly. What set the experience apart from other dealers in San Antonio was that Brian did not pressure my wife or I to purchase a vehicle. Rather, he took the time to understand our needs and get us the best possible price. I recommend Ken Stoepel Ford for you next vehicle purchase and ask for Brian.

My husband and I bought a 2022 ford expedition last week. Our salesman was Eric Schwartz and he was so helpful and dedicated to find us the suv we wanted. Luckily they had just gotten in my dream suv. Eric did everything possible to make our purchase enjoyable and easy. He kept in touch through the whole deal. We were treated like family. I really recommend buying your next vehicle from Ken Stoepel Ford!

Great buying experience! Marselo Chavez was very helpful and professional, took care of all the legwork prior to my visit to the dealership, so it was a very smooth and fast transaction when I got there. Just Recently purchased another car from Ken Stoepel Ford and Steve Black. Steve did an outstanding job of taking care of my wife and myself. Steve got me a great price for my trade in and worked with his Manager, Mike Dawson to get us a very fair price on the new car we bought. I would highly recommend Ken Stoepel Ford and Steve Black.

Would never recommend them. Held my car for months- claim they fixed it. BULL!Update: I received my car back in worse condition than when it left. The issues reported, are still there plus the work claimed to have been done was not, bolts are missing from shifter, my steering console is torn apart as well & I don t know where the panels for that are. I did get the wrecker service to pick my car up, but I at least expected to get it back in the same condition. I will upload more pictures once I can take them.

We love Ken Stoepel Ford! We ve purchased tons of vehicles in our lifetime and dealt with some awful dealerships. Ken Stoepel is not one of those! They re awesome! We ve purchased several vehicles for ourselves there in the last few years plus referred tons of friends who purchased and loved Ken Stoepel as well. Our salesman Marselo is amazing! Always there when we need him and ready to put up with our crazy vehicle buying adventures! Super great guy, we highly recommend him and Ken Stoepel Ford.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Both Michael Nobles and Eric McCutchen were so very kind, helpful, & generous. They went above & beyond to make sure that I left in the vehicle I wanted and met my needs for financing. Highly recommend; even without having the best credit, they can and will make it possible. Brenda in the financing department was wonderful as well, she had everything done quickly & was so kind. The overall atmosphere was very positive & definitely focused on customer service. I will be a returning customer!

Terrible service experience today in our hometown!!! Called the Service department several times before I had a sales rep answer, took our name and number for a call back. We let the service team know we had a flat and would be driving in from Harper after putting the spare tire on we even offered to go to discount tire since they close at 3p. We eventually arrived 10 mins before closing today (Saturday). They fixed the tire in a rush (as expected) while I was inside paying. Proceeded to toss the tire in the bed of the truck, we asked if that was all they were going to do they ignored us and slammed the garage doors shut. Walked inside to ask if they were going to put the original tire back on the truck and was told nah it s in the back of the truck. Told them we did not want to drive back to Dallas with the spare tire on? They just looked at each other and shrugged. I said forget it. Saw the shop foreman outside (he was in a rush to leave) and expressed my frustration with the experience. He offered to stay and put the tire on himself but I was already heated with the overall experience and discussions. We will NOT be back. Thanks to discount tire for picking up the slack today!

I can not say enough good about the service department. I was driving to California from Florida when I was stranded near this dealership. They took great care of me to get me back on the road within a couple hours. Ernie and Ken definitely should get a huge raise. Customer service and hospitality like I have never seen before. Thank you gentlemen for treating me truly like family.

I have been a customer of Stoepel's for almost 20 years. They exceed my expectations every time. Their service department is excellent, especially Cameron. The Quick Lane is fantastic! They have you in and out quickly and always meet expectations on time and price. Dan is a fantastic service advisor in Quick Lane. 5 starts for Stoepel Ford. I drove in from Houston to purchase a truck after having one sold out from under me in Houston. Alfred Hernandez was hands down the best salesman I have worked with in years. He came through with everything he promised and make the entire experience painless. Especially after going through what I had just been through at the Houston dealership. Will be recommending Alfred and Stoepel Ford from now on.

I had a great experience at Ken Stoepel. My guy Marselo took great care of me by assisting me with choosing a vehicle that fits me. I appreciated the extra effort and patience he had with me, especially as I was relatively new to the car-buying process. He wanted me satisfied and to drive away with something that I wanted and felt comfortable in. He listened to my personal pros and cons and individual needs in a vehicle, rather than just pushing me to get the first thing I saw. I feel with the experience I had over the 2 weeks, he was able to educate me on specific questions I had about cars and also able help me to identify what I liked.Thanks man and I ll be sending people y all way for sure!

Steve Black was our salesman. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ken Stoepel and Steve helped us both times. Vehicles were ordered with expected long wait times. Steve kept us informed, we never had to call, he was calling us with frequent updates. No pressure atmosphere and everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Steve and Ken Stoepel.

I had another great experience with Quick Lane! I called and set up an appointment for an oil change. Stopped by later that day and was able to set up an appointment for the alignment on the same day! Bryan, the technician who aligned the vehicle, did a great job explaining what he was able to do (It's a lifted F150). It drives so much better! Also, a shout out to Julia and Logan, who always take great care of me! (Julia was my service rep, and Logan was nice enough to get the alignment appt. set up for me). Thanks again!

Myself and my parents have purchased vehicles here. The true reason we have done so was because of our salesman Marcello. He was more concerned about our needs as opposed to worrying about a sale. My parents both adore him and still contact him if they need anything regarding automotive. In the world of sales, he is a rarity. He truly cares for his customers, and anyone looking for a vehicle owes it to themselves to reach out to him. He has truly been a blessing in our lives.

The folks at Ken Stoepel Ford are fantastic! I called about a Maverick that was on the lot. It turns out it had sold right before I got there, but another one had become available. Cecelia White was the salesperson I worked with. She showed me around and took me on a long test drive and really gave me a lot of great info about the truck. I decided to make the purchase, she was even willing to help negotiate for me. She turned me over to Juan Rodriguez in the finance and he was able to get me a killer monthly rate. I was in an out super quick. Again the folks here really care, it's a family owned business experience through and through and I couldn't be happier. If you are thinking about a Ford buy yours here.

One of the best car buying experiences I ve had in a long time. Marselo Chavez was amazing to work with, he took so much of his time to help me find the perfect vehicle. He really cared about what features were important to me and was so patient with me the entire time. I want to highly recommend Steve Black, a salesman with Ken Stoepel. He is a consummate professional! He is the ONLY salesperson who has followed up, reached out to me to see if I needed anything, sent me a birthday card, and presently has me on his prayer list as I now fight cancer like a lot of people. I m almost 70 years old and have purchased probably 50 vehicles in my adult life. Thank you Steve, it means a lot. God bless
