The team reached out to me very quickly after I submitted a claim through USAA the process was very simple my car was looked at by Reyes and my car was set to be checked in the following week. The paper work was very simple and explained by detail I also got text updates from them every step of the way my car was finished 10 days sooner than original date was awesome!! My car looks brand new you would never know it was damaged. The whole team is very personable and friendly I was very satisfied with my experience will recommend them to friends and family! Thank you!!

One great place. To bring your vehicle for body repair. Employees are fantastic, knowledgeable friendly and caring. Very prompt service on completion date. Car is was detailed after completion and looked brand new.

I had never used Joe Hudson s Collision center before but my insurance suggested them as a preferred vendor. I normally go to another Collision center but they were extremely booked. I gave JH a try and honestly they were amazing. Tracey in the office is very informative and keeps you posted. They also keep you posted with texts messages. Very satisfied.

It was an excellent job on repairs. All damage was addressed. The blending of the paint from the original paint with the repaired areas is very well done. The work was done within the estimated time. Customer Service is great.

Someone hit my car neccitating body work. Joe Hudson's informed me that they do not work with the other insurance because of bad customer experiences in the past. So, I had my insurance deal with them and everything came out perfect.

My car had hail damage. The repairs were made and there is no hint that the car was ever damaged. I was kept up to date on progress by text messages. The only hold up was the availability to get parts and that was not Hudson's Collision's fault.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Poor communication, misleading information on completion time. Agreed upon work was not completed. No explanation or apology. Definitely not recommended.

Our insurance company recommended them. They told us what they were going to do. We signed the paperwork and they got to work. They sent us texts with updates and they called us when they were done. The car looked fantastic. They were all very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Joe Hudson Collision Center did an excellent job repairing the dents in our Honda Pilot. In fact I want to comment on the spectacular staff at the Center in Kerrville, TX. From Tracey at the front desk to Randy who conducted the initial assessment and repairs, the experience was not stressful at all! They were both kind, professional, empathetic, and immediately put my husband and I at ease. I have been most satisfied with the quality and professional work on my vehicle just recently completed. I am so glad that USAA insurance has recommended them as one of their guaranteed repair centers and passed the Information on. I have been most impressed from the beginning, to the end result. My vehicle was in for body repair and painting.They have the best customer service I have ever witnessed anywhere. They kept me informed on the progress with frequent text messages and emails. The repair work is excellent and they detailed the vehicle as part of their repair process.Next time I need any type of body work I will not look anywhere else.Service: Painting

Company policies were not standard for preliminary estimate. The policy changed after the vehicle had been into the shop. This led to some frustration as it delayed a proper estimate.The staff is professional and courteous at the Kerrville location and have been able to answer questions and keep me up to date on the repairs.

Not sure if this was the first time they had worked on a truck like mine or not. I m fully aware that repairs take time, but what I cannot stand is a total lack of communication. Any time I got any helpful updates it was after making multiple phone calls. When my truck was finished with repairs I instantly noticed a slew of issues. I promptly took my keys and truck elsewhere. My truck ended up with knicks and dings that we re not there upon drop off. The aftermarket bumper they used is seriously laughable in quality. Nothing sat flush. Beware of cheap replacement parts, and terrible paint matching. After my experience I wouldn t recommend this body shop to anyone.

My car was damaged and I took it to Joe Hudson ( Kerrville).
