Needed a new battery in and out of there in less than 2 minutes and the gentleman carried battery to the car for me. Very professional

This store seems to lean towards heavy duty trucks/tractor trailers/ farm and construction equipment. they have very heavy duty stuff like large hydrolic hoses, chains and other heavy duty hardware. But they also have car parts tools hardware like screws and bolts air compressor parts and adapters. This is no ordinary auto parts store and is worth looking around specialty for gear heads. Next time I need parts I'm going back jus5 to look around again. Worth checking out!

A purchased battery had been run down. They slow charged it up, free of charge. Very consciousness to their customers.

I went to carquest in Kerrville seeking something very specific and I was fortunate enough to have a nice gentleman named Jason go above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I got everything I needed in a timely manner. It is so wonderful knowing that there are people in this world that are willing to help others out in the best way that they possibly can, and it gives me a sense of hope for our society. I would like to make note of his exceptional customer service and knowledge about his place of employment. Would definitely recommend to others.

The store is so neat and clean. As I am a senior female I discovered the staff is so professionally trained and above and beyond helpful. They are easy to find which is a business plus. If you go there I hope you will have a good experience.

Any time I go there always helpful. Prices are good. Just don't go behind the counter. Guard dog. Lol
