I had the misfortune and blessing of needing a new battery while on a road trip. Stopping in Kerrville, TX, and meeting Mr. Donnie at the Auto Zone was truly a blessing. He changed my battery and quickly got us on our way. They were all professional, but he is the one who truly came to our rescue. I am grateful that there are people like him in the world who lend a hand and offer service with a smile. Thank you, Auto Zone, and thank you, Mr. Donnie, for your service.

Great service. I stopped by early today to have blinker light replaced. There was no charge for installing the bulb. I then had a windshield wiper replaced and a battery for my ignition key replaced. So now I am in good shape. I appreciate good service.

This AutoZone location consistently solves my problems when all the other local competition doesn't. I don't know why I don't come here every single time first, and will now. The manager, Donny, is way overqualified and remarkable, a real asset to the company. He's seen it all. Thanks!

Guy has a great team. They jumped through hoops getting my motorcycle battery quickly.They didn't have it in stock so they went to work locating another location and shipped it in while I had lunch.Great job !

Battery that was still in warranty was checked by Donny and found to be bad so Donny grabbed a new replacement and installed for me without me even asking. Excellent service.

Ben was super helpful. Tried going to Walmart to check my battery, but when they told me it would be two hours (at two separate locations). Not only did Ben help diagnose a check engine problem and my battery, he also showed me what parts I needed to fix them. Give the man a raise, he earned my business.

The lady that helped me last Saturday May 13th at 3:30pm buy a pair of Bosch wiper blades was the absolute best! She was so great to put them on for me just before the big rain. Recommend highly!

A review for an auto supply store? That s a new one for me. But when customer service is outstanding, recognition should be given when it is due. We have always had our Rav4 batteries replaced at a dealership, but this time decided to stop by the Auto Zone on Junction Highway in Kerrville. Amanda greeted us as we went in, and went with us to the car to run a check where it was determined that the battery was indeed dying. She educated us on options for replacement, and we made our decision. It is physically difficult for us to do this type of labor any more, so we asked about disposal options for the old battery once we took the car home so our son in law could help us install the new one. Without hesitation, Amanda said she would install the new battery for us! She replaced the battery, and when I asked how much we owed for the service she said it was her pleasure to help us out and there was no charge. Wow. This is customer service at its finest, and we just became Auto Zone customers for life.

Came in for brake pads, was walked by and ignored multiple times while waiting in an empty store at the front. No 'give us just a moment', no acknowledgment whatsoever. Stood there for about 3-5 minutes, managed to get a 'hey' out of one of them when I tried to get their attention for help, but that was about it.

Outstanding customer service by the manager!! We were on a road trip and had to get a jump to continue. We made it to the Kerrville Texas Autozone to get a new battery. It was raining and the manager had just let his staff go on lunch break. But he managed to get us back on the road with very little delay! Great customer service.

I thought customer service of times past were dead. Then I went into this AutoZone. I needed a key fob battery and that's all I had to say. Donnie handled it and before I realized it, they battery was replaced, payment taken and I was on my way. The friendly chatter keep me occupied while the battery was replaced and when I expressed my gratitude, I was told that no matter what I needed for my auto, they were here to help. Wow. Just wow. Well done Auto Zone!

I called because I was in urgent need of battery replacement. Ordinarily I don t mind paying a little bit more for better service and overall experience, but this is honestly the last time I will ever set foot in this autozone or buy from the autozone website. I called and the autozone associate aske me if I could be put on a brief hold. Fastforward 15 whole minutes later, I m still on hold .and to make it worse .the associate didn t even have the decency to check back in with me after 5 minutes or even 10 ..on the 15 minute mark I hung up and washed my hands of this store s disrespect. I dropped in for a couple of new batteries. The lady working that afternoon was all smiles & positive attitude! Donny helped me pick them out, AND ... He installed them for me in my RV, even though the store began to get busy. THANKS!

It was okay. They are a great automotive distributor and help. They just need to get the parts right that they give the customer and, if possible (I know they are overwhelmed with customers) be more attentive.

It's AutoZone! Tip for this location, based on my experiences: If there are lot of vehicles in the parking lot, you'll be waiting a long time in line!Some folks are nice and helpful; others, not so much.

I was in Kerrville for the day about to drive back to Austin and started having car trouble. Went to Autozone to have my battery and alternator tested (both were running low) and Moe was so friendly and helpful. I was worried I might not make it back to Austin even without running the air conditioning. Moe recommended a mechanic and even called to let them know I was on the way. It's a good thing, because the mechanic said I most definitely wouldn't have made it back. Thank you Moe, for your kindness and concern, and being my guardian angel!!!

I was in Kerrville for a few days, because my Mom was rushed to the hospital.At one point i came out to the car and the battery was dead. I do not have AAA, so I called different Auto stores to see if they could help.Donnie with Auto Zone dropped what he was doing, and brought a battery to me and installed it.I'm so very thankful to Donnie, and the all the employees at Auto Zone in Kerrville, Texas.Sincerely,Tracy

Know what you need before you go in there because you'll be disturbing then from talking or being on their phones and really don't want to be bothered to look something up. Even the manager who was actually busy asked the other associates to help (it was great to be finally acknowledged since I was only 1 of 2 customers) received an eye roll from them

I had questions re: card transactions. Auto Zone advised me to call card company. They told me to call back to the store. For first and hope only time the patient, courteous service I was used to seemed to evaporate. I can possibly expect be told little that be helpful yet come to expect it done with rmutual respect and no disdain.perhaps that one fella not be the norm for rest of gentlemen. Thank you
