Great atmosphere. Very professional. The "new manager" is dressed appropriately good experience. I've come here regularly to fix tires on my work truck. Would recommend

The new manager is very unprofessional. She was wearing booty shorts and was very rude. It was embarrassing. The 2 guys that were in the shop were friendly and helpful

They sold me a brand new tire and thread messed up in a week literally a week and talk to the aperently mannager wich doesn t have management skills he said he couldn t do anything for me should of known ! place looks like trash what could I expect right ? Be careful people !

Went this morning for an oil change and inspection and there was a guy there with an attitude, blue eyes, and had no good customer service, when I looked at him as he was rambling of something, he looked at me and said WHAT? And I told him, you just don t look like you are having a good day and he said he didn t want to be there, then he went on about his personal life being divorced and now living in kermit from monahans. As I go to pay he tells the guy that is cashing me out that I was going to buy them dinner, and when I said my husband wouldn t like that, he made a not so smart remark, and that remark made me super uncomfortable as I was the only female in there. Never again will I go back to just feel harassed.

$100 YES. THEY CHARGED $100.Took 2 tires to get mounted and balanced. Work was done quickly. Waited 2.5 hours for another person to show up to check me out. $100. That's $50 a tire. $70 to put 2 tires on 2 rims. $30 to balance 2 tires. They charge $16 to dispose of a tire, saved $32... can't afford $132 to simply put 2 tires on 2 rims. Be careful the work was done but NOBODY THERE TO CHECK YOU OUT. Wait and told they will be back shortly. The cashier was missing over 2 and a half hours.

The staff was really nice but way over booked. Their communication with one another about what car needed to be done sucked. I sat there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot about my car until I went up to the desk (which I had done 2 times already) then they didn't even do my tire rotation. They seem like great workers but the service that day was not that great

Paid $110 to balance and rotate tires. I asked what the price was going to be, $30 for rotation and $15 to balance and I said cool $45 but they didn't specify per tire. Walmart charges $2.50 to balance your tires. But other than that they were pretty fast at doing the work.

Fixed our tire, it had 4 holes in it! Box of metal of some kind we ran over, dropped on highway coming from Pecos. They also replaced our spare tire back under the truck. Thank you for decent, respectful service. Plan on trying to get our rv inspected here.

Theres a reason they have alot of people bashing their business, last week i went to get my Car inspected and i waited there for 15 mins after they said they would then came back and said your gonna have to wait a little longer until he came back from getting hos daughter? Tf is wrong with customer service these days? Thats pathetic!

Took my semi truck and trailer there even with a full load. I just wanted these guys to make sure all tire pressure was up to standard and also check for any punctures or if patches were needed. Took them about 20 minutes, they didn t find anything wrong with tires. Some tires were low, they aired em up no problem, and got me back on the road with no charge. This place is great! They were all ready to go in case of a tire change or tire plug. I recommend em if you need your semi truck and trailer aired up or even looked at.

Was looking for an oil change and tire rotation. Kent tire company got me serviced as soon as i pulled into their driveway (945am) for time reference. As far as friendliness, the workers were, but the man in charge was a bit rude. But my needs were meet.

Called and asked them about removing a tire to have fix a flat cleaned out tire then remount tire and balance, they said be this much money . I drive 45 min to them all for them to tell me they dont have nothing to clean tire out( soap and water would have worked just well) went down street and was taken care of no problem

Dropped my truck off to get wheels and tires mounted. Spoke with gentleman over the phone and said he would be able to get it done today. Called me later and said he wouldn t be able to get it done and that he could get to itMonday morning. I ll be working then and won t be able to make. Sad part is that he took other customers in while leaving my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. Why not finish what you agreed to before taking on other work? I could have gone to Odessa and had the work done but I went off this mans word. Unacceptable.

Bad place to do business! Was quoted $395 for drive tire and $321 for steer americus brand. But instead was given a all position tire jetway brand! Which i was told cheaper than lug ($5 cheaper to be exact). Should have know something was up when employee pulled out lug tire first then was told to put back and they grabbed the all position that looked like it had been there for a while. Over all paid $482.25 while there competitor Seale tire for basically same tire would have been $393.

Went in here for a vehicle inspection. Staff was friendly enough. Got right to the task at hand. I was in and out before I could finish a couple of smokes.

Extremely unsatisfactory work. They broke wheel studs on my truck and failed to notify me of it. Then when i realized it i went back and they said they weren t paying for the studs because whoever put them on before them cross threaded the lug nut. But why wouldn t they tell me about that at the shop when they broke them? Sorry hands. Sorry management. Sorry work

Second customer got here before it opened waiting for over 1.5 hours the guys working here seem new took them 20 min to put my tire back on the rim they spend more time walking around then they do working on vehicles don t waste your time here...

Got a nail in my tire , so I took it in and an hour and a half later they said it s ready to go . I pick my dialysis truck up it has 1psi in the fixed tire. I was told that it takes driving to reset the Sensor. So I get home tire has no air
