I'm dipping my toe into autocross and track days. Needed a helmet, so rather than order online I wanted to support a local shop. Drove 35 minutes. I'm the only person in the store. Walked to the desk and said that I was looking for a helmet. He pointed to the wall and said they are over there. Didn't bother introducing himself or asking if I needed any help or had any questions. After 10 minutes another guy did walk over to ask if I needed any help. He was the only bright spot in the experience.I didn't notice that I was overcharged at checkout because I was still chatting with him, but noticed the price on the helmet and the price on the invoice were different after I got home. I had tried on the same helmet in multiple sizes and they all had the same sticker price.I called to request a refund on the difference and they said that they raised the prices on the helmets over the weekend and there wasn't anything they could do about it. Let's face it, it was only a $10 differential, but a local shop left a bad taste in my mouth over 10 bucks.I'll save the money/time I spent and order online or find another shop. I won't go back.

Best customer service just went inside got help real fast and the guy name hunter help me put my nitrous soliends together and took his time to see a video and look it up on his computer well recommended
