They don't secure their loads on their trucks, even driving 70mph down I-10. Truck 112 with Oklahoma plates dumped a bunch of scrap on the road in front of us and hit our car and went under the car. If they're willing to not transportoads safely, I'd be wary of their business integrity.

Sketchy... prices based on what they think you can pay. Quote one price on the phone and higher one when you get there.

Went here because it was close while in the area. NEVER AGAIN will we EVER do business with this place!!! Gave the wrong parts not once but TWICE!!!! Then REFUSED to give refund because they messed up TWICE and don't know how to comprehend what a customer is telling them. Very rude and unprofessional people!!! Out to get people for their hard earned money!!! Really didn't want to give them a star, but had to put something. They DO NOT deserve any kind of rating, JUST A RIP OFF!!!

I have been using Salvage King for over 10 years. They have excellent prices. The elders of the business are always willing to help and if there is a problem with a part, which i have had, they will make it right.

Had me drive Hour and a half saying they had the part got down here not even the right part number call ahead to verify what a waste then didn't want to give discount on another part to make up for it bought some many motors from them and spent all kinds of money, but not again....

I'd avoid this place like the plague. They'll start quoting the fine print that doesn't exist on their receipts. Meaning you better be really really sure that what you're getting works and is the exact right color and part. Receipts don't matter here even though all it says on the wall on a million signs is "better have your receipt". And young boy behind the counter is just plain ignorant. Came back after 4 days to return or exchange the part for the correct color one and he asks why it took me "so long" to drive back 3 hours to his dad's hole in the wall. Sorry bro, keep that big nose out of my business and learn to run yours properly. Luckily the part puller was able to find the right color part from I don't even know where and I'm guessing he's the only reason this place actually runs. I'll stick to reputable places like LKQ or literally anyone down the street from this place. Not worth the $5 difference.

Worst place to buy parts specially if the have parts on sale from carparts. I drove 45 minutes to be told thy not selling the part anymore but still on sale in ther website. Thy should at list remove it so people don't waste time and fuel very bad business I would't recommend and will never stop to buy anything yall shouldn't ither this people are crocks

First Time to this Store. Found the staff friendly helpful and the prices to be great. No wait. Got me in and out with the right part. When you go there ask for Nabisco. . . aka Cookie Man. He will get things handled promptly for you!!!

Charged me almost the same price as buying one brand new from parts store. Seems like they pull a price from thin air and assume all the parts are quality from an exotic car. Wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely have no other option. Which there are plenty salvage yards near this one so try someone else first.

I tried to get a price after asking what stock of rims they have for my car and the workers are so rude he hung up in my face and when I called back he kept declining my call 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED. (HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE)

These middle eastern guys at the front counter want too much for the auto parts they sale.And the younger guy cussed at me for picking up a light out of a car out in the yard. Then he demanded I go put it back.So I politely left this place.Nor is there selection of vehicles that good.

I have been using this company for 10 years. I started using these guys when they were Nation Wide. The employees are superb.Being a female I felt very comfortable with talking to them. Rasool,Nabi and Ramin are awesome; they are so totally truthful and always have given me the best quality products and do whatever is needed to help me get the products that I need, even if it means sending me to another vendor. They go above and beyond the call of duty to accompany me. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that I know. I have even had my family members from other states to get products from them because they are so reasonable, honest and fair. I feel so comfortable buying from Salvage King. I pray that they stay in business forever for I will continue to shop here. Kudos to Salvage King. Awesome business!!!!

Needed a piece of glass after my car was broken into - staff was friendly and professional (definitely NOT a given after having dealt with some other junkyards in search of this part). Best prices in DFW - I drove from Garland and the savings was well worth it - so if multiple junkyards have the part you're looking for, I definitely recommend calling Salvage King first!

I called for a door and asked if it's in a good shape. After driving for over an hour they didn't even have it . Liers . Wasted my time and money.

Went in for a gas tank. Told him I was gonna shop around got bent outta shape about it.Buyer beware. Can you imagine making a expensive purchase. And they DON'T warranty it? And they told you SOL.

best Salvage Yard in DFW in my honest opinion. Not only are their parts cheaper accross the board, but they also have the best quality.Customer service is awesome, well-spoken, polite, helpful and that this behavior of them is even applicable to their part pullers.I never mind driving the extra mile just to get their part. I have consented traveling from Dallas all the way to Kennedale to pick up parts that were available in Grand Prairie Junkyards and this is just an overview to give you an idea of my level of satisfaction.They will make you feel at home & do their best to accomodate you; They understand all the meaning of the word "Business".Thanks to Rassoul, Nabi & Ramine for their unconditional customer service.With Nationwide your car will drive or.... it will drive.NIRVANA AUTO SALESHALTOM CITY TEXAS 76111

I buy all my used parts from salvage king, Ramin is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
