Haven t gone to pick up the converter but placed an order on the phone. Mike was very good and was extremely professional. Turnaround time is around 1 1/2 to 2 days which is extremely quick in my eyes

Buddy took my converter for a 2020 Silverado to be rebuilt. Guys knocked it out the park. Would go back if I need to.

Initially they sounded like they knew what they were doing but it was a misjudgement on my part. These people take junk converters and try to rebuild them. In my opinion they are not very good at it.I brought them three Ford converters to make one good one and I was specific as to what parts to use to make one good converter. Initially they said I would need a new hub. No problem .I recieved my converter several weeks later only to find out they hadn't followed my instructions and it looked like a piece of junk. It also had a new hub with the incorrect dimensions and it wouldn't fit my transmission.I returned it to them to repair but after recieving some static about how the unit was just fine In decided to ask for a full refund and a return of my parts. They aggreed fully. I have recieved my parts but, as of this writing, I have only recieved a very small part of my refund.I have sent the parts to a custom coverter rebuilder. He has had to custom build the hub because the hub that Performance gave me was incorrect.Over and above the performance charges I have incurred aditional cost amounting to to over $100 dollars and I have yet to pay the added cost to have my converter rebuilt properly.

The place is awesome sent my billet 10" lsx turbo converter in for a check up .they didnt try to sell me the kitchen sink , prices are very reasonable and their shipping is second to none. paid credit card 2 pm 1 day , my converter was at my door the next how is that possible? came back looking better than new in a sturdy new converter box.the gentleman i talked with on phone was very knowledgable yet down to earth and knows his work .explaned everything and they took care of a issue with converter i had forgot to mention and didnt charge me for it. although not expected ..who does that in this day and age usually quite the opposite . they have my business thanks again guys.

For nearly 20 years, thee guys have been providing quality torque converters for my transmission shop. The difference, b/tw these guys & the big, national chains, in my opinion, is: a smaller, local, privately ran company pays MUCH closer attention to details. They take the time to customize, improve upon the known factory defects w/ stock/original converters. PLUS, they specialize in racing applications as well. American owned by a US Military background Family - Thank You for your Service to our Country.
