Bad customer service, very rude and inappropriate language. My Spanish is not great but I do understand everything being said.

Called and asked about an engine listed on the exchange. First he tried to tell me completely different price then what's on the exchange and then he proceeds to tell me there's no warranty but wouldn't tell me if the engine even runs or not. Seems like very shady business practice. He also called me private after i left this review cussing on my voice-mail and calling me names. this guy is the worst kind to do business with. will definitely steer all my customers away from here.

Called this place to order an engine. They said it was available and they sent me a credit card authorization form to fill out and send back. I completed the form and sent it back the same day. The engine never showed up. Waited a MONTH for it and then finally called to get a tracking number and to figure out what was going on. Whoever answered the phone tried to claim that he had told us that the engine was broken. I double checked our call log and no notification about this was ever made. The guy straight up lied. The worst part is that my mechanic has had the engine pulled out of our car for over a month now and the car is taking up space in the shop, unable to move. Why would you list an engine for sale if it is broken?!?! Maybe test it first, genius. What a giant waste of everyone's time. If you like wasting your time and getting the run-around, call this place up. I don't care if other people want to waste their own time, but when you waste MY time, we have a problem.

Bring cash. Theres a 3.5% discount if you pay with cash but a 3% surcharge on credit card purchases. Basically if you pay cash, you save 6.5% (Sounds sketchy)

The manager at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend them

Mike and his associates have excellent skills in the automotive department. I called about a part for my kia and couldn't find the right one to fit. The best part is Mike and his team still helped me! Mike called another dealership to make sure I could order the part I needed. He also helped me transition my license plate to the back so I wouldn't get pulled over. This place goes the extra mile! I definitely would to get parts, labor, and cars here!

Extremely rude . !!!! I have a business and I m appalled at this owners behavior . I would quit being in business If i spoke to my customers the way this guy does or fire him immediately !! . Do your self a favor and find another salvage yard to do business with. With so many competitors to choose from you would think he would be professional on the phone . But this guy takes the cake !! I would give him zero stars if I could

The cashier was very rude alleged that he had never spoke to me and given me a price for a item I needed but I purchased the item anyway because I really needed it after I paid for the item his.final words to me .... Good try. I let him know that my paying the item wasn't the issue it was his rude behavior I will never return to establishment

These guys are liers every time I call about a part they tell me they have it and make me go there then they look for it and it's not there or the whole car is not even exist never go there will waste your time

They told me they DIDN'T have the part I was after without even looking. I showed them that they had one in stock according to the website. Then they looked it up and found that they DID have the part i was looking for, AFTER I HAD TO ARGUE THAT THEY DID HAVE IT. I will try somewhere else first next time.
