Professional well managed store from customer perspective. While picking up a can of SprayMax sales mentioned before I left they can color match in SprayMax aerosol can with Dynocoat. I just needed a small amount to finish rust repair on door of 89 FJ62. Colors look great and real happy with interaction from everyone. They genuinely wanted to help and that s rare. I ve attached some before and after pics!

Spoke with Chris and he helped me locate the exact parts that i needed, educated me on the equipment and gave me a good place to have my car checked out and I appreciated his kindness and knowledge very much.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Standing in line, the manager answers a call when I get to the front of the line. Ok, no problem. He then makes me wait, rather than putting the person on the phone who IS NOT IN THE STORE NOW TO SPEND MONEY on hold, blue begins to help them. Ok, O reillys it is. Guess y all don t need my business.

So today I stopped in to get replacement Plastic rivet fasteners for the back of my 3rd row seat in my suv and Austin I believe his name was, he was very kind and helpful. He took the time to come out and help me put them on and made sure it was the right size. He didn t have to do that but he did and I will definitely go back there again. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and helping me out. Even if it was something so small! I definitely recommend this shop!!!

Wanted to buy a battery. Told the guy I needed help installing. He looked up 2 batteries. While I thought about which one I 2anted, he then tells me he can't install the battery because he couldn't leave the other associate alone. The other associate has been there and was playing on his cell phone. There was no one else in the store. I don't appreciate being lied to and will not use this place again. This was at 715 pm tonight.

Ryan R was a huge help for me. He helped me find the right wiper blades, and I never felt as though he was talking down to me because I'm a woman (which I've experienced at other stores) Store was clean, all employees were wearing face masks. I've never been to this location but I had a great experience and will come back for any future auto parts needs.

Went there for a quick diagnostic to see if battery or alternator was bad because my car wouldn't start this morning. I'm glad I was near them and they did the diagnostic was done pretty quickly.By the way, it was my battery which is somewhat better than a mechanical problem.

4 employees not wearing masks and are letting customers come in without masks. Just came in to pick up an order online and was really impressed that they seem to think that there is no pandemic going on. Don t go here !!!

Usually, have the Lowest price compared to auto zone and oriellys for the parts I needed. Friendly. Clean. Organized. Helpful

Ok store. Use it for getting parts for our shop. ONLY because they are closer. The manager is rude, doesn't know her own parts or prices. The day before I bought brake pads for my mini cooper. I was talking one of the guys I told him how the pads hadn't worn evenly. The Manager overheard and told me everything on a Mini Cooper is expensive and the pads were $150. (The pads were $9.00 from their store! LOL) She then proceeded to tell me that my mechanic screwed up my brakes, and I should find another mechanic. Being a female I guess she thought I didn't know anything about vehicles. Even though I was purchasing on our shop's account. That should have been a clue we do mechanic work. We are in there quite frequently. (Another clue, Red Flag whatever) While I'm still at the counter, one of our other mechanics came into the store to get more parts which I paid and signed for.......So I took her advice and went back to the shop and told my husband (the fleet manager with 30+ yrs experience) that he was a moron and I had to find a good mechanic. LOL.. So if I need parts I will drive the extra 4 mls to Orielys. Until they up their management game. Plus O'Reilly's parts are better anyway.

My husband and I were broke down outside, the high pressure brake line broke. My husband went in to see if they had the part. Before they even looked the part up, they told him they didnt carry it. Come to find out, they did carry it, but not the right length that we needed. They said they couldnt help with the part becasue the truck was lifted. Really? Sheesh. The manager lady continued to make comments about how she is supposed to get off at 4, and she wouldnt help find anything to help us plug the brake line. They let my husband go into the back unsupervised and dig through all their parts looking for the fitting that we needed. Thankfully, he found it 50 min after digging through all there junk. The manager lady left right at 4 before my husband ever found the part. (We arrived at 3:30 + left at 4:45) Poor management and customer service. Wont spend another penny at an advanced auto parts store.

I started going there after the Autozone in Arlington (76016) screwed up my clutch rebuild order. The staff, Angie, knew my Civic needed different CV axle seals on each side. All the seals I needed arrived in an hour. It took Autozone 4 days to get me the wrong seals.

The staff runs hot and cold, there are times there spot on and very attentive andKnowledgeable and other times they just can t be bothered and seem like they don t care

When they're trying to get some more dope art and I didn't know what they were doing I guess she was young and didn't know what they were doing so I never went back can't tell you much I'll try it again but some people say they got good parts I don't know maybe I'll give him a try again but I really can't tell you much

Wrong parts . told bringing right one to my shop where trucks tore down . without call manager on duty cancelled my part delivery. .so one defect one wrong and one no show part. Go somewhere else ..
