Nearly always have the parts I need in stock. If not, they will tell me which nearby Sturm have them, or order them for me.

Great customer service from Mark. He has real knowledge from experience and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer.I really don't know why I waste my time calling or going to AutoZone. They never have a clue what your asking for or willing to actually check the price on a shelve item for you. I mean really I not asking for a ball park price. I forming a plan and need exact details.

The worst auto parts I have ever called. First I call and some lady by mckayla answered and I ask her a question and she just hangs up on me. Very unprofessional.
