When you come to this NAPA, expect to wait as staff generally moves very slow, no matter what time of day. Today i waited by the counter atleast 5-10 minutes as the staff talked amongst each other, ignoring me. When i asked the lady at the front for 10 feet of 5/16 fuel line, she went to the back to look. After about 5 minutes, i asked the counter guy where the restroom and went to the back. As i walk through the door, i see and hear the lady talking about personal matters as i was waiting. This is unacceptable.

Employee 232 was so very helpful. With him even being short handed he still came and delivered the parts we needed. He made sure the parts matched and the belt was the right length before he left. Thank you again we really appreciated it

One of the better Napa stores in TX! Well stocked, great team of people. Friendly, hard working, knowledgeable.Izzy is definitely a great store manager. If there was a way to promote him, I would.

They are the most attentive people over the phone. I called to get an invoice that one of our guys turned in blurry due to it taken with his phone. I was helped within minutes and emailed to me. Outstanding work guys.. thank you from Edinburg, Texas

I like their battieries for the car when we used to have trouble with them now I just take it to the dealership they tell me what I need to know
