Being new to this area, we found RV parks here to be very different than what we normally see on the road.This is oilfield country, not a resort vacation destination for most. After driving through all the options in town we chose this park for it's quiet country setting, natural beauty, and a little elbow room. The owners Rob and Debbie were so easy to work with as far as payment since we didn't know from day to day how long we would be there. Pleasant on-site help was available if needed. Good wifi!! Laundry on-site, although we did not use it. Room to play and run our dog, beautiful flora and sunrises was a huge bonus. The only downside for us was just something that goes with being in nature...bugs! Nature isn't always rainbows and sunshine especially in this part of TX. Goes with the territory, but they did their best to keep them as managed as you can. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I called this home for 3 years ( July 12, 2020 - august 31, 2023 ) until we made the decision to stay in the area permanently and purchased a home near by . This park is perfect if what you re looking for is a peaceful , quiet stay . The owners Rob and Debbie are attentive and friendly and ready to take care of any concerns you might have while you stay here . They will do their very best to accommodate you .We still keep in touch with Rob and Debbie and hope to do so for a long time . We do recommend to everyone looking for a country life , quiet, friendly experience to stay here .

This trailer Park is a hidden gym in the area. Find a quiet and quaint place to stay short term or long term. Both owners are extremely friendly and outgoing. They have been in the area for decades and are true Texas locals. Highly recommend stopping by for a quiet stay!

I've known the owners for a long time and they would make good "easy-going" temp landlords. If you're looking for a clean, secure and well-maintained spot, look no further to enjoy your cookout or leisure time in a quiet and peaceful part of Texas.

A hidden gem that is run by nice people. The place has a nice flow and vibe to it and I like that making security a priority is what the owners deliver.I love this place!

We were in town for work in the wind industry. We stayed here for several months and enjoyed every minute! it is a very quiet and peaceful park, it is next to a cow pasture so the flies can be a pain. The owners are extremely sweet and friendly! They have an outdoor washer and dryer as well. We will be staying here again if we are ever in back in the area!!

Stayed here for over a year and a half. Rob and his wife are outstanding people. The lots are spacious and it is pet friendly. A few full timers, and a few short terms, everyone feels like family once you get to know them.Any issues that arise are handled promptly and most of the full timers know how to help with that too.I would absolutely here again no question. I will miss it.

We stayed here 3 nights while waiting out Tropical Storm Beta. The park is small, but not tight - we had enough room to put up a portable dog fence without encroaching on our neighbors. Plus the rates are budget friendly.This is not fancy and that suits us just fine. The place was clean and all the hookups worked correctly and our spot was level. They have a washer and dryer - $1 to wash and $1.50 per load to dry - I was able to catch up on the laundry easily and didn't need to go into town.It's located a few miles south of Kenedy. There's an HEB, Walmart and your basic fuel and fast food places in town. We would totally stay here again.

The park is beautiful! It has large spaces and enough room for you to live comfortably. The park owner is very accommodating. I have 2 large dogs, he built a large pen for them to exercise! Any issue i have had he has fixed it! Has full hook ups and is pet friendly.

I'll be here next time I'm back in this area. Loved this place first time pulled in freshly paved driveway (about two years ago) to find clean space with picnic table for each spot. Appreciated park just enough off highway to make turning more safe plus feel like country. Liked having corn and cows nearby. Upgraded utilities a plus, and easy access dumpster. Owners have really worked hard to make this RV park welcoming and even pretty. I've been here two times, once very briefly and the other a longer stay. Enjoyed visits with owners.

My husband just finished a year long stay at this park, and we highly recommend it. Nice, quiet, secluded location with large lots and plenty of shade. Owners are absolutely amazing. Looking forward to returning the next time we work in the area.

Stayed here for about 6 months. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood! Only 10 minutes to the nearest stores and restaurants. Only problem we had was cell service, Verizon doesn t pick up any signal. Rod was very helpful and easy to get ahold of when we needed anything.

My family and I have been here 3 months and we couldn t be happier . If you enjoy peace and quiet and country living this is the place for you. We love the outdoors so this place is perfect . Don t forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises while your here . Rob and his wife are absolutely wonderful and we hope we don t have to relocate anytime soon .

As anyone who works in our field of work, it can be daunting to find a decent place to set up on short notice. We ran into a few set backs on our journey here, but the owners were gracious and patient enough to wait up late for us when we arrived to help get us set up quickly! We were very pleased to find a quiet, shady and spacious place with grass! (Sometimes hard to find in south texas as far as rv parks go.) All in all, it is a very enjoyable place. Laundry, wifi, pet friendly.

I work in the area and have had my camper parked at Kenedy Texas Country RV Park for the past 9 months. I enjoyed my stay there and never had any problems. This park is well kept and very quiet. The owners are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this RV Park to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to leave their camper.

My family and I stayed here for 6 months . We absolutely loved the place . Very clean and quiet. Family and pet friendly. The owners Rob and Debbie are wonderful people who are always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants . I would recommend this rv park over any of the other crowded loud parks in Kennedy.

Stayed here from Aug 9, 2014 thru Sept 13, 2014. The place was good aside from tons of raspberry ants (had to spray pesticides myself there where so many) and loud neighbors that moved in next to us. That of course has nothing to do with the management. However, we paid for a full month in Sept but ended up leaving on the 13th. Requested a refund for half a month and Rob said he would mail me $100 refund (which it should have been $200) but no refund was ever sent. I would have to say if you stay here be sure to only pay for the time you know you will be there.

The park is clean and spacious! They will go out of their way to help anyone and accommodate! This place is an absolute pleasure! Will be staying again when in the area. Definitely recommend!

One of the best rv places I have lived at. Very quiet and lots of lot space of your own. Highly recommend. Rob and his wife are one of the nicest people i have met.

The washer ruined my clothing and towels...never got the smell out of my cothing....always had power outage 8 times in one day. We have never had issue with power till this park.Park owners blamed us..we even paid the guys THEY sent out to fix the problem to clean our A/C...the guys they sent out told me that it was the parks issue...that the box was flipping off...that we was not pulling to many amps...the guy they sent out, told me they were not lic electrician only rv repair ..Park owers are coming up with how it is our issue and always mentioned a mysterious electrician guy....never seen him......problem was never fixed....Had black widows around Rv, fire Ants were horrible. Hornets nest in trees, under ground beside electric post, in washer area.... grass is tall.We could see the sewage in the ground pipe line...if we empty one one more the sewage would have never empty.Amazon could not find the address they gave us...the address they gave us was on the neighbors mailbox...Paid 500 to stay a LESS THAN a month....doubt we will see any of our money back.

I will always stay here no matter what this place is the best place to stay quite and really good landlord they are very helpful in every way possible!! I had a good place to stay if I come back to Kennedy Tx

Rob is absolutely wonderful. The park was very clean, well maintained & mowed. Nice spacious sites & very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!!!
