On Saturday, March 23, 2024 we were just outside Kenedy, when we hit a huge pothole that bent 2 rims & flattened one tire. With our spare tire on & a leaking tire, we crawled into Kenedy for help. Unfortunately for us it was close to 5:00 pm so most shops were closed. At 5:02 pm I called Big M Tire Shop & explained our situation. They said they would wait for us. They were so kind & helpful. Even though they didn t have the right size rims they were looking for a solution to help us get home. We purchased 2 new rims & tires & were able to get home safely. We will be forever grateful for their kindness. If you are in the area & need anything to do with tires, call Big M Tire Shop first!!

They were kind and quick to help me with low tires and treated me well as I was in the middle of a 90 mile trip to see a doctor. I got back too late to have them repair my tire, but I'd definitely recommend them just because they are good, caring people. Illgo back to them in the future when I'm passing through. Thank you guys!

Had a slow leak in a tire and took it to Big M Tire Shop and in no time at all, tire was patched and they got me back on the road. The tire guy Ralph is quick to get the job you need done fast. Erica in the office was kind, showed great customer service and they both seemed to enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this tire shop for a quick repair or to get you a new set of tires.

This shop is amazing! I drove into town from Victoria for work and had realized I had a flat. They came out to my job and fixed my tire right away! Their customer service is wonderful and they definitely helped me out of a bind. I 100% recommend Big M Tire Shop!

They did a great job replacing my tires. Got me a brand new set at a reasonable price. Nice people. Very courteous and polite. I recommend this tire shop!!!!

We were in a bind with a flat tire outside of Kennedy and when we called the lady who answered the phone gladly said they would wait on us to get there to fix our tire!! We were able to get it done quickly, for a good price, great hospitality, and excellent service which allowed us to make our son s football game!
