I blew my engine and gave them a call. They quickly picked my car up and got to work faster than the original estimated time. Ms Terry in the service dept was extremely helpful and very good at keeping me updated about my car and needed parts. I've had the car back about a week and so far absolutely no problems its driving great! We will see how she does on her first long distance trip here soon with the new engine. Worst service shop I've ever been to.I left my F450 at Alexander Ford in Kenedy TX for 13 DAYS for brake replacement, oil change, and AC diagnostics.You'd figure both oil change and AC diagnostics could have been done during the 12 days it was waiting for parts. I called because I needed my truck back for work and was told everything was done except the AC DIAGNOSTICS. Mind you, this was 12 days into the service. So I told them not to worry about the AC DIAGNOSTICS, and that I'd be there the next day to pick up my truck. Well, I get there and not only had the oil change not been done, but now my parking brake was not working. I'm not saying they broke my parking brake, however I had the sense to check it upon pickup. And they didn't check it during the Ford "Full brake inspection" smh. When I asked why was the parking brake not inspected, the tech told me that " that's not something they usually do unless asked to".Seems to me that if you're have a full brake inspection done, the parking brake would automatically be part of it. ALSO, They charged 9 hours Labor for replacing the rotors and pads.I understand that the axle shafts need to be removed to replace the rotors on a dually, but if they had told me about the parking brake, I would have fixed it during this procedure.Now, if I want to fix the parking brake, they'll need to remove the axle shafts once again and no doubt charge another 9 hours Labor at $140/hr.The rate is not the issue, it's the time allotted. I've make calls to other shops to inquire about the same brake job and not a single one has said it to be more that a 4 hour job.This is plain gouging just because we are in oilfield country.When I expressed my disappointment, I was offered a coupon for a free oil change. They said sorry and come in anytime for your free oil change. I told them I wanted my oil changed while it was waiting for parts for 12 day just sitting on your lot.So I will never give Alexander Ford, in Kenedy TX, my business ever again

This is by far the best Ford Dealership I ve ever been to. The customer service here is the best in the business. They treat you like you re family! Wouldn t go anywhere else. I'd give no stars to Alexander Ford on behalf of this business having another business within on site which is the vehicle impound section which held my vehicle without just cause until they auctioned it off recently. When I spoke with the head secretary to explain I was put in jail with no charges and no traffic violations her reply was giving me the total to take my vehicle out.

I had high hopes for a hometown hero shop. The oil change was very reasonably priced, but I brought in my vehicle for a diagnosis (I was told my bolt or oil pan was stripped), the shop confirmed it was the oil pan. Claimed they put tape on the bolt to help seal the pan better, and then quoted me 900 dollars to replace the oil pan.Luckily, I use CarAdvise, and upon researching the true cost of this service and the parts, it is closer to 500 dollars. They specifically quoted me 600 dollars for parts, when an oil pan costs under 100. So.. unfortunately this is the end of my business here.

Was originally quoted for 120 for a diagnostics on my truck, three days later they tell me that it's 358 dollars for the extra 2hrs of labor that I was not asked, nor did I approve of! So I'm down almost 400 and my truck still don't run...and they seem to not care at all that they stuck me with that bill with no heads up..dont recommend to anyone..

My Fiance and I came from Dallas to purchase a 2014 Ford Mustang GT that they had and it was the greatest car buying experience ever! Vehicle looked even better in person, Easy communication with both the sales person and finance manager. Worked with us about a week till we were able to get down there and purchase it! Thank you guys so much.

Have provided good customer service whenever I've been. They have worked on a few of the company's vehicles. The service time has been pretty good. They have gotten them fixed up and returned to us in a decent amount of time.

Not very satisfied with the service, I had an appointment at 1:00 pm to get an oil change. Another customer came in about 15 minutes after me for an oil change also, without an appointment and he was out the door before me. I finally finished there at 2:50 pm . Almost 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment is terrible service. This is not the way to try and attract new, repeat customers. I will not be using their service again.

I wouldn't trust these people with a hot wheels car! They have gotten use to the easy oil money in town and do not care about the average person. They will try to over charge you, they will give you ridiculous estimates.... Then they will break something on your vehicle and try to say that is how you brought it to them even though it worked just fine before and they even used it without flaw..... Their customer service is horrible too mad and cranky crappy attitudes.... This place is run like no one cares!!! The owner is a joke too!

Some of the employees are friendly, some not so much I am here on a work project and was glad to find a local Ford dealer but If I wasn't required to go to a dealer for service on my company vehicle I would not go back.

I don t recommend this place to anyone, I told them that I already have my truck diagnosed by someone, the shift solenoid failed,(took him 5 minutes)told them to double check and call me with an estimate, they try to tell me that the transmission was bad and need it to be replaced what a joke, long story short they charge me $319 00 just to diagnose it, it was a welding truck enough said, please don t go there
