Total joke do not ever get anything done on your vehicle here!! Waited 2 hours then they tell me they don t even have an oil filter to change the oil . Your better off to go hire a bum off the street to work on your car

The customer service is horrible. It starts with the top and that would be the Auto Care Manager . He doesn't the customer service he should when a customer arrives . It shouldn't take 1 hour for service. They should really have a time frame to get to there customers .

Terrible! Been there 3 times to just get my oil changed and never enough staff ! I attempted today to get there at 7 am got there and at 8 am my car still not in bay? WTH? The guy said they have one person doing everything? What kind of business is this? I will never come back here again I left all my stuff on the counter that I was going to buy and left a Walmart at least at this location, just lost my business, which may not make a difference, but somebody else will get it

We went to the auto center to get an oil change we arrived at 6:00 pm and they were already closed? When they re supposed to close at 7:00 if that s the case then they should change the regular hours!! It s ridiculous!

I won't use Walmart anymore. They claimed they could get the oil drain plug out as it was cross threaded. No, it was fine, and they did the last oil change anyway! I suspect they just couldn't be bothered.

Avoid this place. I ve been in customer service-related businesses over 35 years, and my last experience with the Kemah Walmart auto service was the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. So horrifically terrible that I contacted Walmart corporate. Of course Walmart corporate couldn t have cared less either. If 0 stars were an option, that would be my rating.

For the love of got please don t take your car here for an oil change unless you have 4 hours to kill. They have one running the entire service department. Between the two people at the counter that have a total of roughly 3 brain cells.

Ryan the "mechanic" and I do say that losely, turned us away for service at 5:20. He stated the reason was because there were too many vehicles ahead of ours and it would cause him to be there past closing, which is 7. A woman in the waiting from stated she'd been waiting 2 hours. From previous reviews it seems Walmart Auto Center has no regard for their customers or their time.

Went to replace Tire that had Warranty. Ryan and Desiree proceed to tell me it s covered . It ll be just a few. An hr later 2 different employees tell me its not and proceed to charge me after work has been done. Dept Manager Nancy , very rude, no accountability . Don t say one thing and do another . Wasting time instead took the tire off and refunded me the money . Didn t resolve at all!! Some Manager!

Dropped vehicle off at 9:30am to replace headlight and foglight bulbs. No phone call was given to me however returned at 12:30pm after calling them to check if vehicle was ready for pick up was then told it was. Upon arriving [[NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED FOR 3 HOURS]] due to not having the right head light bulbs in stock and unable to replace foglights due to "extra labor"; not even a courtesy call was given to update me of this. I wasted my time on my day off work, staff was not professional in alerting me beforehand and seem to not have knowledge of what products/bulbs they have in stock. I would not return for ANY future services and will recommend not coming here.

Ordered tires online. Said would be ready for appointment at 10am. Show up at 9:45 as suggested and low and behold, NO info in system of appointment or purchase online. Had to wait another 45 minutes for the "sales associate" to attempt and find info. Had to make purchase again and cancel online order. What a pain. Will never be going there again

Beware of this service center and check their work after!! About two weeks ago, I brought my truck in for an oil change. A few days later, I started noticing small oil spots under my truck so I checked it out and the filter was loose!! Not barely loose, 4 full turns loose and had lost over a quart of oil! Completely unacceptable. There isn't ANY excuse for that to happen. Had I not noticed the oil spots, my truck could have been ruined. Saving a little time and a few dollars is not worth the risk of ruining your vehicle. I will NEVER return to this or any other Walmart service center.

2 is a gift. Only because they saved me $ 200.00 over Discount Tire price. Other than that, negitive stars.1st thing I was looking too replace 2 tires with the same brand. Not available on the computer, but they had 2 others. Needed something. price was good. Purchased the tires. After waiting an hour, I waited another 1.25 hours and they still we're not on my car. Should take no more than 20 min per tire.I was outside sitting in the sun waiting with my dog. The entire time.I watched and listen to this guy dance around talk to people and do nothing but make hydraulic sounds on the tire changer and run the numatic gun. Sun was set. Getting cold now walked over and said. Can I help. I need to get going.When just by chance I look down and they have my exact tires that I'm looking for the whole time.I already waited 1 hour & 1/2 by now, sorry but take them off and give me these. I would of never even seen them had I not have to go over and say what taking so long.It was not just me it was another lady waiting 1 hour for an oil change. There was 4 guys working there but only one guy working. "Never mistake activity for production". Sounds and movement do not equal results.Good labor is hard to find. Bad labor is always available.As�Martin Luther King�said, The time is�always right�to do what is�right. You could start�right�now by doing a small part to treat people with dignity, courtesy and respect.This guy did not respect his boss, or the customers.Side note. I do appreciate the tourqe wrench to all my tires. Let's hope I don't need a 2 foot breaker bar to get them off if I have too.But needless to say, I will never go back too this location for anything.

Garbage!!! Do not buy tires here. They tell you free rotation for life when you buy four new tires & free balance for life is included BUT if you dont verbalize you would like a balance everytime you rotate, they wont cover the damage. Any good tire dealer knows that a balance is automatically needed with a rotation, but since I did not specify, the tires were not covered.How about train your half ass workers to automatically balance with a rotation!!! Business LOST! As I am sure I'm not the first.

Very very slow, 2.5 hrs to swap 2 valve stems. I dont really ever call anyone out by name....but. Misty that work/runs the counter is mean, nasty and very I'll tempered. Not just to me, but everyone I saw her interact with. She truly has no business in a job where she has to deal with people.

Rude!!! I stood there and no one acknowledged me until I finally said something, then when I did get helped they had an attitude about it the guy said something to the lady assisting me along the lines of oh is that the one you were complaining about! Wow terrible experience would not recommend coming here to anyone unless you enjoy being treated with no respect at all.

I just went there to dispose 2 old tires. A local tire shop wanted $10.00 for the pair. Walmart took them and charged me only $3.25. That was a smart move. Thank you Walmart.

I had issues my first time here.. that was a year ago... However the new folks have really been representative of The Walmart Brand! Good job guys and gals... Keep up the good work it'll pay off..

Wednesday, February 1st, 2017... I came out of work in Downtown Houston to a flat tire. Sucks... Since I live 30-40 miles away from where I work. So, I use the Fix-A-Flat I got and limp home. I tried NTB, but their 'brilliant' workers ignored me. So, after NTB lost a customer for life, I went to the still open Wal-Mart Tire & Lube Express next door to NTB. The shop manager took my key, my information, and had my car on the lift within about 10 minutes of me walking in the door. They stayed until 8:30 despite closing at 8:00 just to fix my tire. I am forever grateful and whenever I need something like this done, I will be coming into Wal-Mart from now on. They were polite, nice and they worked hard. It was also well worth the $10 to get my tire repaired, compared to NTB's price of $20.

Buying a set of new tires that cost 57 each was a joke. They enforce you to pay 10 extra per tire for lifetime balance even if you don't want lifetime balance. They should have said 67/tire and lifetime balance is free

I came with a cracked battery. First off, they checked my battery and told me it was perfectly fine...until I pointed out the 1/2 inch crack at the terminal. So they sell me a new one (what I expected). Less than 3 hrs out the door, I get stranded again due to the bad connection they neglected to mention to me. It was nearly gone. I can't believe it started the first time. Get a jump and go back (furious after no luck with them on the phone). So called "mechanic" who worked on it before told me "yeah the positive terminal is bad". Ok...why did you let me drive out of here without mentioning it or offering to repair it??? Oh, they didn't have the proper terminal. Then he proceeds to look at it and tell me that wasn't how he left it. Someone took something off??? OMG. IDIOTS. So they make-shift a new one (which I took a video of). So help me, if I get stuck tomorrow...I'm going to need bail money.BEWARE OF WALMART AUTO CENTER. You think you're saving money but it's not worth the aggravation or your SAFETY! And I just realized they did not put the protective covers back on my battery terminals.

I got what I wanted which was a battery charger but the staff in the automotive department knows absolutely nothing about what they have regarding inventory.It's always the same generic answer....well if we do have it it's going to be over there or something.Walmart's okay but their automotive department is kind of a joke or the people that work there anyway. The people at the front desk.

Rude and didn't contact me when my car was ready. I was sitting right there in the waiting room. Not friendly at all. Could have been shorthanded, but, that's no excuse. I was still polite, not going to ruin my day...

I'm not a big fan of walmart, I get my oil changed there. I had my wife's car in for a tire rotation. $10. to have a complete rotation. Pretty damn good.
