Patrick was great! He found me exactly what I needed, gave me tips, and even walked out for a second to give a second look. The personal touch he offered gave me a really good experience at this location.

I am in home health and had a sudden battery malfunction . I got my car jumped and came by for a battery. The associate, Michael, helped me clean the terminals, change the battery out and it was a bit of an ordeal due to corrosion. This man WAS AWESOME. I highly recommend them for professionalism and courtesy! They have my money for life!

They got kids behind the counter up selling car batteries and other items. I heard one kid tell a guy " well if u get the battery with a 3 month warranty it will go bad after 3 months"... and presumes to lie even more.. yeah that's not how that works you pimple faced a hole. People who want a cheap part need the cheap part because they can't afford the expensive version. Stop upselling during a recession. I know you get an incentive, but is that worth losing your soul? Wow

Did not buy anything because they did not have the part I needed BUT I left there knowing what part I was looking for and where they have it. Nicest people to deal with even when I was pissed because of 2 other stores.

For the most part I come here for my car parts because autozone usually has quality parts.I only goto Oreillys if I have specialized Honda issues and anything sold by the foot.Otherwise Autozone is my goto. I've used them to work on my Xterra and Honda.

Ok place to buy auto parts. Some are a bit overpriced. Employees are slow and don't know much about auto parts so do your own research and don't simply trust what they tell you. I made that mistake and had to go back to exchange an oil filter for the correct one. Wasted my time but my fault for not looking up the correct filter on my own

I am not pleased with the customer service here at all. Went in because I needed a headlight bulb for my car and I had been driving around with only one headlight. Keep in mind I leave for work everyday at 5 a.m. and so it's always dark when I head to work. Well I told the cashier the make and model of my car, he gets me the light, and I head home. Didn't have time that day to mess with the light, but the next evening u went to change my light out and it was the wrong bulb. I had to wait till the following day to get another light and take that one back. But on my way to work that morning I got pulled over and got a ticket. Thanks guy at autozone who didn't care to make sure he gave me the correct light..

Quick greeting at the door. Overheard several problems curtiously and happily solved. Although the store did not carry unusual wiper blades, they did not stop at just a computer inquiry. They also tried to adapt what could fix my cars wiper and offered a special order.

My brake lights wouldn't turn off. The employee working there (Dirk?) knew it was a brake pedal stop pad. He put the part in for me in a couple minutes. Great service.

My name is Giovanni and I am in business for myself and I keep customer service to my clients at a very high standard. I m really not the type to leave bad reviews but I got to give bad credit where it s due. So 3 weeks ago I purchased wipers $84 and today when it was raining they are just rubbing all over my windshield so I went over to this auto zone to tell them about my wipers clearly told me there is nothing they can do without my receipt and I said but I bought them with my card the guy in back of the cash register said there is nothing we can do he even spoke with the manager that s what they said to tell me. The moral of the fact is bad customer service, I go above and beyond for my clients and it s just not here at this auto zone. This guy was rude in the process also I ll just go to oriellys from now and on. When I left I did speak to the manager by phone he told me to bring my bank statements and the card I used and the cash register I used to purchase my wipers to me the people just don t want to work!

I stopped into AutoZone today for a couple of things. My past experiences at other AutoZone locations were not enjoyable so I didn t know what to expect. I was immediately greeted by a young gentleman, named Robert. He went out of his way to help me find everything I needed. I needed new touch up paint and he helped me find the exact color and taught me the best way to apply it to my vehicle. I also needed interior detail supplies, & Robert helped me pick the best options that would suit my needs. I was also super needy and needed a battery scan, he came outside and scanned my battery for me. I will be going back to this AutoZone for any future needs. Thank you! :)

I went in here to pick up two Bosch spark plugs for my spark plugs to be done got to go back and get the other two and get the socket wrench and the extension I'm going to do it myself but I will say that the service is phenomenal they always know what they're talking about and you're in and out in no time and sometimes I even help you with what you're there to do for yourself they actually will go out there and do it for you so always ask cuz they're very courteous about that keep up the good work AutoZone employees

Arthur is the best. He took the time to look at my car after I got ripped off by a car shop. He was very sympathetic and did diagnostics on my vehicle. I ll always be coming back here!

I have to give AutoZone 5 stars for their employees, one in particular. I walked up to the counter after Latoya Booker greeted me in a friendly professional manner. The first thing I said after I responded with hello was do you know how to use a portable diagnostic scanner?. She responded with a smile that she did. I guess she didn't pick up on it but I did immediately. Why was I to assume she might not know because she is a woman. I apologized to her and assured her I was not a misogynist. Of course I was being stereotypical. I blamed it on my age and generation I come from. Lol one of the benefits of being a senior citizen. She then proceeded to help me and even had to show me how to plug it in because I never used one before. She diagnosed the problem and it was not what I was anticipating and saved me some money by selling me the part I actually needed. Latoya Booker made my experience at AutoZone a great one. Thank you Latoya.

The sales girl said they did not do the Fix-It free finder any longer even though right above her head was the sign that said they did do it. Fortunately another customer had one of the computers and was able to plug into my car and find the problem. It was a simple fuse but Auto Zone told me they did not sell. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least

My friend and I stopped in to purchase new break lights for her car. An employee helped us look up the light needed and helped us install it- he was very nice. While trying to install the light, he was having a little trouble. The manager then came out to ask if he was wrapping it up . The employee wasn t able to get it on and asked the manager if he would like to try. No, I don t want to try and I m not going to. There are four other customers inside waiting. he replied and proceeded to storm back into the store. The time you took to walk out of the store and badger your employee for helping a customer could have been spent helping those in line. Being rude and dismissive to your customers and employees is not appropriate behavior for a manager.

Went there to check to see if we were having a battery or alternator issue with two different vehicles. They told us on both cars that the alternator was bad. Took them to the dealer to get the alternator changed on both and come to find out both cars only had a bad battery and of course we were charged for the diagnostic. went back to autozone to get the battery changed and they were unable to change it. Mini cooper I understand but a stock dodge dart with no accessories attached to the top of the battery and still did not have the knowledge to change it out. So something that should have just cost 400 for the batteries ended up being over 700 thanks to the incompetency of this autozone.

When I went here they did not have part in stock , but was quick to either order it for me or I could have picked it up at another store that had the part.

Went to Autozone with what I suspected may be a dead battery as my Toyota Highlander refused to start or even turn on with dashboard lights. I noticed that Autozone offers free testing and charging of batteries, the testing I knew already, but the charging was something I previously had not known about. Phillip helped me by testing the battery, which passed, and stated they could put it on a trickle charge to get it charged back up overnight (I went around 4pm and we have a spare vehicle so no problem). The next day, I went to pick up my battery and they tested it again, 12.55 volts, with 89% charge, so an otherwise fairly healthy battery. I put it back into my Toyota Highlander Hybrid and voila, started right up, key fobs work again too. It's a great feeling to know there are professionals right around the corner who have no problem helping however they can and I'm so thankful they helped me bring my Toyota Highlander back to life again. Great people and great customer service.

I came here because the manager at O'Reilly was a Maskhole. AutoZone is out of my way, to but glad I stopped in. The staff was friendly, accepted my reason for not wearing a mask and assisted me graciously and passed along knowlegable advise. I have been back two more times this week alone!
