I recently visited this location to have my battery changed in my jeep. Despite it being over 100 degrees outside, my salesperson Daniel did not once complain. I felt like I was given great customer service and the other employees at this location were friendly and offered help while we waited. It is apparent that Daniel takes pride in his work. I have been going to their competitor for years but after this experience, I will be coming back. It is not just cost as customer service goes a long way for me.

Received expert advice when my engine light came on, dealer issue. Bought new windshield wipers. The engine light report and installation of wipers were free. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Quick stop to pick up an air filter. Limited stock but fortunately they had one left. Employees were quick with ringing up the transaction and got me back on the road in no time at all.

Honestly the best auto store I've ever been to. I've been in a few times for odd things, windshield wiper fluid, a battery, some wipers, and everytime the employees jave gone above and beyond to help my dad and I. They always ask if I know what I'm doing (I rarely do lol) and they always offer to either do the replacement for me, or to TEACH me how to do it. I really appreciate the time they take with each customer!!

The guy behind the counter was very friendly. He asked us questions about the part we needed. He made suggestions and helped us solve our small problemThe store was clean and well lit. The parking lot was clean. There were clearly marked handicapped spaces.Overall a good experience. Would recommend

I was helped by Roy this morning for a car battery for my Mother in laws car. Roy was great and had to get the battery I needed from the back. Game searched until he found it rather than just telling me they were out. I bought more things while I was there because he was so helpful. I ll be back with other car needs for sure.

We have made several purchases at O'REILLY'S over the years. Service has been friendly and thorough. A shout out to Louis for coming to my aid after he got off work last night... my 20 year old Mazda is having issues... again. And Thank You, Larry, for helping me select a good quality diagnostic tool this morning.

So impressed with the customer service! The young man (Kage?) that helped me this afternoon was informative and helpful. I had my toddler with me and was stressed about dealing with our car problem by myself but he had us in and out within 10 minutes.

Never disappointed in the service and knowledge here. Really seem to like to help everyone and enjoy cars and their job. My favorite auto store by far.

Needed to add oil asap because someone hadn't checked it recently. Employees were very nice, professional and let me borrow a funnel. Store is little on the smaller side, I think it's been there quite a while. You can't beat good customer service.

I have an older vehicle. Which of course gives me ample opportunity frequent after parts stores. I am a woman, and at most Auto parts stores, I am treated differently. But at this particular store, I am treated like an important guest. The people working behind the counter answer any question I have and go above and beyond taking care of my car part needs. They even go as far as to help me with small some things that a mechanic could totally over charge me for. I have a feeling most of them are in fact mechanics. I love walking in and easily discovering what the issue is with my vehicle. Great place to go!

This place is always ready to service. They replaced a windshield wiper for my Mercedes. Their parts are a little pricey as compared to Amazon. Yet, they make up for it with free installation which makes the cost fair.

This store is awful and full of incompetent people. I recently went to get my battery checked and the clerk told me he couldnt tell if it was my battery or alternator and I should go get a second opinion. I went to the O'Reillys in Irving TX, off of Beltline (on my lunch break) and they confirmed it was the battery. 2 years ago, I purchased a battery at the Keller location, under a 2 year warranty. I was supposed to have a 34prn installed under my warranty and have been driving around with a 24 prn this whole time, which the 537 Keller Pkwy O'Reilly's incorrectly installed. These people were so unapologetic and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I got the help I needed from the O'Reilly's in Irving, off of Beltline. I got better customer service and the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem the Keller store caused. The store manager, Chris, didnt even offer any solution!

Neal was amazing. I had a horrible experience at the store on N. Beach with Jenny the store manager. I attempted to return an item my husband purchased for $500 cash only 2 hours prior (I had a the receipt) but Jenny refused the return. She sent me to this store who gladly took care of me. Neal had AMAZING customer service. I'm disgusted with Jenny"s lack of regard for the customer but Neal saved the day. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE N. BEACH STORE! Thanks Neal for taking care of the customer and being awesome. You ROCK!

Truly a cut above the rest. Refreshing to see a staff that has knowledge. Can't expect them to know everything about every car, but every employee I spoke to knew what they were talking about and did their absolute best to assist me. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Thanks for taking care of me guys, you've got a dedicated customer now.

Awesome service. Extended hours. Easy and FAST to get items not currently on the shelf! On a Saturday night I needed a lockout kit, and they had it available for me on Sunday morning. Wow!

If I could give 10 Stars I would. My 23 year old Ford Explorer had an alternator problem today. I took my 93 and 89 year old parents to a Dental appointment. They are really cute together, but I digress. My car was gonna die because once the battery dies the car dues without an alternator. I went to ORilley and the guys there were so helpful. It was raining. I got the old alternator off and installed the new one but had trouble getting the belt back on. The guys were so helpful. They got the tensioner back on with the belt and actually the car had a noise before the alternator problem but my 265k car sounds and runs great now. Thanks OReilly employees in Keller you guys have my business for life!

I went in to buy and get my bulbs replaced, but when I changed them nothing happened. There was a young man there named Brent who assisted me for a long time until we fixed the problem. He saved me time and money. Great service. Thanks, Brent!

I m just now getting around to writing this review even though the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received was Wednesday evening from Neil. My boyfriend and I were replacing a completely done for serpentine belt. He had purchased the replacement belt from, lets just say, NOT O Reilly.... My boyfriend pulled the new belt out and I immediately said, uhm that s not gonna fit. And he said, this is what the guy at the parts store gave me when I told him what I needed. Sure enough, too wide.So it s 8:50 the other parts store is closed and we need the part if we are going to get this done... so we jump in our other car. We can totally make it there in under 10 minutes, we live in the Meadowlands so it should be a max 5 minute trip....But right now the road construction on Keller Pkwy is enough to ruin anybody s day. So I tell my boyfriend call the store, tell them what we need, and let them know we can literally see the store from the one lane traffic is reduced to.Neil answered the phone, let my boyfriend know no worries, if it s a few min after 9 just knock on the door. We made it 2 minutes before 9, got the part we needed and Neil also printed out the diagram to give to us to put the belt back on and he just had it ready, we didn t even ask for it!! He just had it there when we got there. This is the kind of stuff that makes a HUGE difference when you decide who you do business with. We made the decision that night to only use you guys when we need anything automotive.

auto part stores are a dime a dozen, at least 3 within 1/2 mile. auto part stores that make for bad neighbors are priceless, as without value, such as this one. unloading trucks at 3:30a.m. to 4 a.m., banging around waking people up is no way to conduct business. Of course being told by the district manager that its the way it is, and has been and will be, and to just put up with it is their apparent way of doing business. with this complete lack of regard its hard for me to imagine it would matter if what they sell is correct or not.

I stood in line with 3 guys helping other people for 15 minutes without acknowledging my presence. I gave up and went to Advance Auto parts. Immediately they were helpful and earned my business. Pass on these guys. Waste of time.

They're very good at what they do: very helpful staff, great computer search methods, good inventory management...they'll even help you -without charge- with tasks like changing your car battery (but help, I mean they'll actually do it for you).

My work van died in between appointments. I took my van in and Jarred (a manager) came out and changed my battery and I was on time for my next appointment. Great service!
