They made my inspection quick and easy. There were quite a few people in the waiting area when I got there, which made me think that I might be there for a while, but that was not the case. I was in and out in 15 minutes tops. Richard also suggested that I could go down the street to the Tom Thumb and finish my registration. I didn't even know that was an option. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience.

I recently had a great experience at Kwik Kar of Keller! I initially went in for a quick inspection, which was done unbelievably fast. I then whipped out the list of all the required maintenance I had received from the dealership and the associated costs. Richard went through every single item on the list, told me how much each would be and then said that they could get these things done at that time! They did not have one of the two batteries required for my Jeep so he made a phone call, went and picked up the battery, came back and replaced it. Richard, Kevin and Robert stayed after closing time to get my Jeep taken care of. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee and watched TV and read magazines in the comfy waiting area. In no time at all, my Jeep was completely up-to-date in a fraction of the costs the dealership had quoted me the previous day! I am so happy with Kwik Kar of Keller! I would recommend them to everyone. I know I ll never go anywhere else! They have my business for life! Thank you guys for making me realize there are still good, honest people in this world! I went to get an oil change at the Kwik Kar on Golden Triangle Blvd and stood there for about 10 minutes and NO ONE came to even say we ll be with you soon. Nothing. Called to the one a little further down on Keller Pkwy and had someone meet me outside and hold my door open for me. Much better service for being just a couple more minutes down the road. I will forever drive a couple more minutes to get the better service.

I do not recommend this service to anyone. they changed my oil, but they forgot to screw on the engine protection, which knocks on the whole city. when I returned to them to fix it, they refused and said that the protection hung on the pavement. they might as well forget to add oil or change the filter. terrible serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Amazing! Needed a new battery. Had come from another "Big box retailer" (that should likely get out of the car car business) and after a 45 minute wait, they determined they did not know how to get the battery out. After me showing them how to connect jumper cable leave, I made my way to Kwik Kar near my home. They were packed, but it was an amazing controlled chaos. No panic by anyone there. Went inside and was immediately greeting, said I needed a battery & was asked which car was mine. He proceeded to pull my car in a Bay, verify the battery was dead in just a few minutes and gave me a price. He replaced the battery without any hesitation or help and I was checking out 10 minutes later. Again, amazing. Will be my go to place for car care for now on.

My husband just took my Mercedes here and was rudely told that they couldn t flush my radiator because it s hot. Yeah I know makes no sense. Then the man proceeded to tell my husband he was gonna charge me an extra $40 to run a diagnostics Even though we just got one ran two days ago at another Kwik Kar for an oil change. Yep, further makes no sense. We just put it off that they did not want to service us because the color of our skin. Shame on y all. I will be reporting you and filling a complaint with the city of Keller for discrimination at a business.

They are efficient, quick and not expensive. There is a comfortable waiting room. This is the second year I have gone there for annual state inspections. They checked out my old VW beetle and our Honda minivan. Great service.

Wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. Two employees were yelling at each other behind the desk, with one mentioning how they were still drunk from the night before. Never again will I trust a Kwik Kar employee. Disgraceful and quite terrifying to know they handled my vehicle and operated heavy machinery while under the influence of alcohol. Certainly disheartening, after being a loyal customer of theirs in other locations. I hope the owner reads this review and reevaluates how they train and manage employees at the front line.

I will no longer be going there after 15yrs! When previous husband and wife ran place. It's was a class A establishment.NOW NO. went to get car inspected.No back up business waiting.At least 8 young employees having fun chatting / talking and sizing me up.Need inspection. He was going to charge me 118.00 to do a diagnostic test..Ha. drove to Auto zone for free..Now at a reputable shop getting work done and not racked over coals.People are tired of being overcharged and excuse for covid this covid that.CARS ALWAYS NEED UPKEEP.

WARNING: Ive been going to Kwik Kar on Golden Triangle for over ten years. They have their issues but the inspector was out until Monday, so I thought I d try the one on 1709 in Keller. I called and they said 15-20mins. I got there and they confirmed 15-20mins. After an hour, I was abnoxious, rude and beyond angry. The inspector was busy with a personal call for an hour (I overheard this conversation while waiting). After 75mins, the inspector says I am next. I ripped him apart because he lied and said there were six cars in front of me. The parking lot was empty and my car sat alone waiting the 75mins. I have no use for liars (this was one of five major issues with the place). If you got nothing to do all day, go there. If you actually have a life and responsibilities, which require your attention (I went on my 30min break from work) then avoid this place and thank me later. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

I gave them an excellent review 3 weeks ago. That was before I discovered they put the o ring in the wrong place in my Cadillac which if I had not discovered the oil leak ,that my brother in law helped me fix could have cost me hundreds of dollars. Now I have to find a new place for oil changes and inspections.

I have been going to Kwik kar in Keller probably since they have been there. I can honestly say the mechanic Ron E is all what he says about car issues, and the whole staff. Definitely not the KK I remember. I was 1 of 2 people when I arrived for an oil change and inspection. Took over an hour to get done. When I left, the waiting room was packed mainly because cars weren't being completed efficiently.

I go here for oil changes and inspections regularly and am happy with their service. However, yesterday, I had asked them to check the brakes. They told me I needed front brake pads (not rotors) which would cost $440 each (total $880, I verified). This didn t sound right. Plus he wanted me to get them done the next day- I.e. I felt rushed. So, after doing research on line and going to another place I got them changed for $325 for both. Very disappointing that I would be taken advantage of (I m an older woman). Been going to the Kwik Kar Lube on Davis for years and years but figured I'd stop in here as its closer. Quickly greeted, they had my car pulled into the bay in less than 10 minutes. Shortly afterwards, the service was done. The employee told me the price which was nearly $100 for a synthetic oil change for my Camry. I was caught off guard b/c: a) the price was not established at time of service and b) I was charged for "full service" which has a checklist of things that are supposedly performed. I noticed where they claimed to have vacuumed the front interior which was not the case. Either way, it is just frustrating when you pay good money for fair service but instead get lackluster service. I hope their team isn't cutting corners but instead just had a bad day when they delivered a less than memorable experience.

My experience at this kwik kar was sub-standard.- My appointment was not honored, and there was no explanation as to why-Smug and dismissive customer service-Failure to serve customers in arrival sequenceUpon reading other reviews, this establishment has not fixed their issues. I would strongly reconsider using this place for any car services.

I have used this location for awhile and like the wider range of services they offer. I will NEVER return! Pulled in this afternoon. A worker extremely annoyed starts waving for me to move over. I was confused and couldn t figure out where he wanted me to move. Comes out and starts yelling he was trying to get me to move as he had another car trying to get in!! Turns back and stormed into the garage mad. I did nothing wrong, but show up. Truly, I do not think I have ever experienced such shocking customer service! Never again!

I waited 2 hours, saw people come and go. Went to desk to ask if I was forgotten about. I was told I was forgotten about and it was my fault. The man at the desk was very hateful and talked over me. If I could give this location zero stars I would, this location put the wrong battery in my car and when I came to this location to let them know what happened the manager , Kris Long, immediately got defensive and told me the VW mechanics were wrong and they wouldn t issue a refund. When asked to talk to someone above him that had an ounce of customer service he walked away and said he had to get back to work. Then proceeds to walk out side and laugh about the matter with his coworkers. After an hour of disputing the matter, I was finally contacted by owner Michael Doyle I emailed all the documentation from the VW DEALERSHIP about the errors the battery was causing he said he would be issuing a refund, a month later I have not received any correspondence from the company. Do yourself a favor and look else where for your car needs. This place lacks professionalism and when they make mistakes won t own up to them, instead they will yell at you and tell you that you are wrong. The hype up the classifications of their mechanics but obviously if you can t install the right battery, I doubt the rest of their skills.

Went to the location to get an oil change. They returned the car to me with the break line in the passenger side purging fluid. When I tried to drive away the breaks were failed and was in danger as I was forced to use the Emergency hand break. I brought the car back to find a large puddle of break fluid in the bay where it was worked on, around the building and in the location where my car was returned to me. They claim my break line was just randomly failed in the 100 feet that I moved the car but the fluid being everywhere was clear evidence of that being incorrect. They then cursed and stated that I would have to pay for the fix as well as other rude behavior. They contacted the Owner and he offered 50% off to fix it. I did not accept that as I was concerned about the nature of the incident and the negligence of allowing the car to leave with known issues to the breaks. I never authorized service to be performed. They moved and lifted my car into another bay without allowing me to take my car. They refused to allow me to decline service and stated that they would have it done. They performed the work and attempted to force me to pay as well as tried to force me to sign a paper that agreed to them to do the service after the fact. I got my car back post unauthorized service and horrible employee behavior to find that there was someone that spit on the passengers rear door. Disgusting on so many levels. I would not recommend anyone to use this location.Services: Brakes, Oil change
