Been coming to this location more than 20 years, but I think those days are coming to an end. The quality of the washes and facility continues to decline. When you bring things up, they simply offer a free wash That will also not be that great. When you bring up the issues to the finishing staff as they wave you to your car and you have issues with the wash, they simply act like they can t hear you. I just don t see the value in coming here anymore when I get nearly the same quality of a car wash from a tunnel for five dollars.

Second time I have gone even though the first time was terrible. I always give second chances. I even bought the more expensive Gold wash. Wiping down the interior is a swipe here and there, not a decent wipe down. Didn't even fully vacuum the car out. Missed one entire side. I will not give them my business again.

They did a great job on the inside front and middle but the guy that worked on my trunk did not wipe the inside!!! Was too busy on his phone more than paying attention to the work that he was suppose to do. I even tipped $5. I don t normally post negative reviews but this service was simply not worth the money. My usual car wash place is temporarily closed. I tried Kwik Kar. While it was quick, it was not worth the money. I tipped the man who was vacuuming at the time he was doing it, so that he would hopefully pay attention to the areas I asked. He didn t. It was so mediocre. The windshield glass has sticky smears inside that weren t touched. Chrome wasn t polished etc. Y all - at these prices- I d recommend a drive through and vacuum yourself. Certainly don t tip until you inspect the work. These photos were taken after the car was kwikly cleaned.Services: Tires, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

If you are gonna add all this other stuff to the $89.99 Mobile One oil change why not say so up front? And get better chairs for your waiting area.

If you want your car washed first thing in the morning, I would call to see what time they open. Internet says 8am, so arrived early on a Saturday. Staff didn t get there and open until 8:20. Kind of annoying. Besides this minor annoyance, they do a pretty good job with washing my truck.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

For $28 I expected more. I know that cleaning mats does not come with the $28 but for that kind of money I would not expect to have to vacuum again and get bugs off the front of the car.

Terrible job! My car still had bug splatter on front of my car, the inside was wet and sticky from whatever dressing they used AND they didnt cover the whole surface! They used that sticky stuff on my screen too! Wipe marks everywhere . TERRIBLE job. I paid $29. I had to wash exterior and wipe down the interior again when i got home. Wasted money and time.

If I could give no starts I would, They damaged my husband's truck and they said they couldn't prove it happened there even tho we had taken a picture of the truck a few minutes after we picked it up (we didn't notice the damage when we picked it up). When we noticed the damage we drove two hours to talk with the manager and to show him the damage and he sat for an hour saying how there was no way it happened there and there was nothing he could do. He would not listen to anything we had to say, he kept talking over us. We will not be trusting them with any of our vehicles again.

Paid for the most expensive standard car wash got subpar services. It s like they didn t vacuum. Didn t put my floor mats back the way they were. Armor all smears everywhere like they didn t even try don t waste your money for your time. The cashier that likes the band Social Distortion was awesome.

I hate to complain because having a clean car is such a first world problem, right? But when I pay $50 plus a tip for the super clean detail I would expect it to be super clean. Not the case. When they finished there was mud and bugs all over the front of the car, tailgate had mud dripping down the sides. So I went back and had them do it again. That s when they told me their power washer was broken. Would have been nice to know from the beginning. So they tried again. When I went to get in I did a quick around-the car-inspection. Still mud and bugs on the front and back. Ugh. When I asked them to work on those spots against they seemed annoyed. Then when I got home and did a thorough inspection on the inside, I found cup holders had not been cleaned, mud on the seats, rugs not well vacuumed. I will admit I am a detail person and notice the details. But I did pay to have it detailed. I probably won t go back there. Too bad.Service: Auto detailing

First time trying this facility. Was very disappointed. Paid for the #4 Platium. They did not vacuum inside the car, the dash was wiped off in spots only. The front dash was not touched at all. The windows were still dirty, so was the car hood. The seats were not touched. I am thinking I could have done better at home with the water hose & not have been disappointed & out $30!!Will continue look for a decent full service car wash!

Having used this service for 15+ years, their quality has notably declined. In my recent visit, the wash was not dispensing soap in the wash process to which I and other customers paid for. The cashier insisted on refunding the "difference" on the wash (Soap vs No Soap) which was nice, but this cashier's comment to all inflicted customers, they had already vacuumed the car......That's great-n-all.....But when purchasing a Service I (and others) expect at the point of purchase, and they were NOT able to render the service.....PLEASE do not attempt to corner the customer into something they did not/would not pay for at the point of purchase if their inability to provide could happen. At least keep the cash/give me a credit when your equipment operates/fixed to operate properly to the service I paid for!!! Twisting the "justification" and trying to squeezing the Customer into a service that they did NOT want from the start to cover your equipment/services not operating properly is pathetic. This alone is a classic example of how far this Company has declined over the years. In the end, if your expectations are to get the service(s) that you pay for, this is not the business for you....There's other options that I would patronize before going back which is sad as this place is a local business.

This service company has turned into no service. The vacuum and detail employees just simply don t care. In a time when money is so tight, I ll wash my own vehicle and ensure it s done correctly. I don t have time for a service company that doesn t seem to care about quality.

I was incredibly blown away by the service, speed, and attentiveness here. Firstly, I just wanted to get bird gunk off before a road trip so I did the $13 quick wash. They did a stellar job, and even vacuumed and detailed the dash. There are self wash places that cost more than that. Secondly, when I returned from my trip I needed an oil change so I ran it by and the oil change was done in a timely manner and then washed for free in the same way as the first. I will be exclusively using this location going forward.

This is by far the best car wash in the area. Excellent wash and tire detailing and at very reasonable price. If you get a monthly pass it's unlimited washes for the price of 3. The service is friendly and they always do what's right for the customer.

I went to this car wash today and paid for the gold package ($21.99 and left a $5 tip). I had my small child with me so I didn t give the truck a detailed look over before leaving (that s on me) but I still wouldn t have wanted to waist more time waiting. From the time I pulled in the driveway to the time I got out to let them vacuum was around 30 minutes. Then I had to wait inside for my truck to be done which took another 15 minutes (15 is fine, 30 was way to long just to wait). When I finally got a chance to look over the truck I noticed the lower front end was still covered in dirt, the under carriage looked like it hadn t even been touched by water and was still covered in dirt, my front passenger side window tint has a small scratch in it that was not there before, I had to go back over my truck when I got home to properly clean off all of the dirt and dust that was left behind. The tire shine looked like someone literally just took a paint brush and threw it at the tires. Rims were 7/10 clean. Inside vacuum was 6/10. I asked for the new car scent and I cannot smell it (still have to check to see if it was even added). Overall I would compare this to someone taking their truck through a $7 basic wash at a gas station car wash and then someone quickly running over it in random spots with a towel. I would not recommend and I m not going to try and get them to fix it or make up for it because I don t want to spend another 30 minutes in line.

I ve tried and tried to tolerate their sub-standard quality but I ve given up. Wash quality is marginal at best (dirty spots remain inside and out), service is so-so (most of the time couldn t care less that I m there), and their prices are competitive with other carwashes nearby (but without the quality). Pass on this place and go to one of the many other options nearby.

Laziest employees not worth your time or money to stop here. Car was still dirty and you could see the spots after 4 employees wiped it down said employees were also eating while cleaning the car. This used to be a great establishment but it has gone down hill it really sad.

Regular customer, won t return. The service has deteriorated too much for me to ignore.The last time I went, I opted for the optional floor mat cleaning they gave the car back to me with all of the STILL WET floor mats just tossed on the back seat.As frustrated as I was with that I still gave them another chance. On my most recent visit, despite getting an EXTERIOR ONLY wash, when they gave the car back to me it was obvious that someone had riffled through the interior storage compartments. I did not see anything missing but they should not have had any reason to even touch anything inside the car. It certainly wasn t some voluntary cleaning as nothing was cleaned, just gone through and disturbed.

Very attentive to detail. My older car came out looking nice. The windows were spotless and crystal clear. I will go back for another wash and detail clean!

First time here and had some reservations after reading the reviews but was experience was outstanding. I brought in my F150 for a wash and interior detailing. (Black carpet and a Siberian Husky who loves to travel is a rough mix!!!)But my truck looked great, did a fantastic job on the exterior and interior was simply phenomenal! Will definitely use them again and way before I get to the disaster level I was at when I arrived this time.My only complaint would be the lady inside said it would take an hour but in all actuality I was there for 3 hours. I was prepared to leave it there for the day until she said an hour. So perhaps better communication from the outside folks to the inside people and on to the customer would be great! But they definitely did a great job!!

We bought a new car from out of town and needed our tires looked at. Dennis got us in and out and gave us peace of mind for our trip! Would definitely come here again for service if we are in town.

Took my filthy car in for a full service wash because I had just done a road trip. It didn t come clean and they didn t do a good job on the inside either. They were too fast and sloppy. I had to ask them to resend it through again. There were still bugs on the grill. I ended up having to wipe down the inside and ask for towels myself. Very disappointed! The first time I took it here it was good this time not so much.

They used to do a great job but alas no more. Now even with the Platinum wash the interior is poorly vacuumed and the interior barely touched. I am not super picky, I really am not. Last time i spoke to manager and my concerns were addressed. Today, I didn't bother and the job was even worse than the last time. Spent $169 for a hand wash interior detail and hand wax and I couldn't be more disgusted with the end result. This car wash used to be my go to where ever I was, whenever I wanted my vehicle the " just bought it" feel for a long time.
