Had them get my gas mower going. It took three weeks but it s ok - it s Spring time. Just stopped by for a new head for my echo edge trimmer, they even showed me how to install. Great service and very fair prices. Excellent experience

It says "repair" on the sign, but somehow I ended up buying a new one. Would have given 4 stars but they wouldn't give me return credit for the little push bubble part I thought I needed for the old weedeater. Now I have a brand new push bubble I guess, in case the fuel eats up the one on the brand new weedeater. Pretty much just wanted the one one repaired. But the new one is nice.

Posting this for my husband who had been having a hard time w our leaf blower. He went in this morning, a very nice lady behind the counter asked him what the problem was, took a look at the leaf blower, made a couple adjustments and asked him to try to start it. Started right up. Most places would have taken his name and number, have us drop the machine and charged us. When he offered to pay them for fixing it- she said- no thank you, my pleasure, have a nice day! Knowledge and kind. We will definitely be back should we need any small engine repair! Thank you

Thanks Gary and Terry. My power washer works great now. The estimated date for repair was perfect. I'll see you guys again in the future when I need your help on keeping my other small engines working.

Good family owned business. I am very happy with the work they performed. They did repair work right on the schedule and within the budget.

Love this place! If you have a small engine problem, these are the folks to see. I've been going there for almost 10 years. Terry is on the front desk and can help diagnose the problem. They are popular, so it will probably take 2-3 weeks to get your item back, but you'll be back in operation for good. And make sure you use fresh gas when starting up your tools for the first time. It's the number one problem for hard start or no start motors.

Was very helpful in helping me find a frame and bag for my mower. I work in the automotive industry, and A+ service always makes me happy. Thanks for the help!

Wasted three weeks making me wait to have generator annual maintenance done (oil, filter, plugs and tune) then said they don't work on generators once I brought it in for service. Considering the gerator is 250 lbs. this was annoying.Poor communication between the front and back of the shop meant poor customer service.

Had an issue with my Ryobi and warranty issues too. Terri worked with me to get the problem fixed with updates every step of the way. Great communication and customer service!

I needed fuel delivery tube replaced on a weed Wacker. The business is a short drive from my houseThe clerk was very nice and she gave me the replacement tube free, but I had to install it myself. The other option was to pay them $70 and wait three weeks for them to do it. I went to Gold Star Mower Repair, which is about a 20 minute drive, and they did the work in ten minutes and charged less than $15.

I took and echo blower that would not start to them. The lady at the counter ran some diagnostics on it. She told me that it ws flooded and showed me the steps to get it started. After 5 pulls I was back in business. This was my first experience with them and certainly will not be my last. I will be buying all my echo products from them in the future.

I was blown away by the professionalism and quality of Gary's Engine Repair. I just needed small repairs on a push mower and they responded to any of my phone calls quickly, they were super nice and you can't beat their prices! I'll definitely be going there anytime I need anything.

Gary's is a small mom & pop repair shop, dealing in sales and service. Been dealing with them for several years on both a commercial and personal level. They are courteous, fair, and most importantly HONEST! They work on most anything in service, and deal in multiple brands. Fast and efficient.

Took a gas blower in today that would not start up. The employee advised us what to do and if it didn't work please come back for additional service. We did need to return that same day and she adjusted the blower at no charge. Very impressed and grateful for her service. I would refer Gary's to anyone. Roy

Gary's was a good visit. They didn't stock the push mower wheel I needed, but were able to order it for me. At about the same price for 4 as other retailers were asking for 1. May not get the same out come as me, but worthy of your business. I will return when needed in the future.

I ve been taking my company lawn equipment to Gary s for 10 years+ and they ve always done a GREAT JOB. They provide an estimate in advance as to how long it will take to repair. Depending on the season, usually work is completed sooner than expected. There has been at least two occasions that only minor adjustments (no parts) were needed and I was not charged. Once I wanted to replace my old lawnmower with a new one but they convinced me my old-old lawnmower only needed a few repairs and that turned out being true and saved me hundreds. I still have the old-old lawnmower and it works JUST FINE. VERY VERY HONEST!

Just wanted to 'shout out' to Mike and the gang at Gary's Engine Repair for a job well done. Up front pricing, info for the project ahead of the work and on time delivery. I do my own repairs when I know what to upgrade but when I get over my head - they are the cavalry that puts it back together. Thanks again - 'mow better, mow best'!

Could not recommend this place enough! I dropped my Ryobi mower off for repair which was still under warranty. The team at Gary's Engine Repair diagnosed the problem within days and put in an order for a new motor. After finding out the parts were on back order for several weeks they were able to find a program offered by Ryobi where I could receive a brand new mower In just 2 weeks after dropping off the mower, they had a new one shipped to my house. All of this for no charge!

Can always rely on Gary's. My second visit I brought a trimmer that needed some extensive work. Their recommendation? To put the $70 for repair into a new trimmer with a warranty. Very trustworthy company!

5 Stars and I never walked in the door! Called to set up a time to bring in my mower (the pull cord was stuck so mower wouldn't start). The lady that answered the phone was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Gave me a couple of steps to follow and it worked like a charm!!

A great job of fixing the mower. They even loaded it for me. They had their mask on and kept their distance just like we are told we should. I highly recommend them for your small engine repair, new and used equipment purchases, and parts needs.

You just can t beat the service you get from Gary s engine repair. It s a small family owned type business, and they seem to care for your issue and strive to repair anything and everything they can, unlike some of the bigger service repair shops.

I took my mower there toward the end of summer. I was expecting to have to wait since it was summer and everyone was using their mower. The lady behind the counter was very nice. It only took about a week or so. My mower had been sitting in storage for a few years. When I ran it the motor ran very hard and backfired when shutting down. When I picked it up, they ran it for me and it sounded like it did when it was new. This is the second like I have had work done by Gary's. I would definitely recommend them.

Took ride on mower in to repair oil leak and replace belts. 2 1/2 weeks later of us calling them and them not returning calls . We finally just went and picked it up. They'd supposedly fix the leak but not touched our belts . We were told that for the cost of the belts at 390.00 dollars .That we could just buy a new ride on mower. Ridiculous response to not doing your job and not taking care of what you were asked to do. So out 140.00 for leak and still have to buy belts . Thanks but no thanks
