Came in for one reason and was actually on my way to another location for the appointment I had scheduled for new tires. Was greeted and taken care of by Ivan. Wow. What a great guy and what amazing customer satisfaction this guy brings to the table for this store! He did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of to the fullest. I can t say enough good about this experience with Ivan and discount tire.

Ordered new rims and Goodyear Eagle tires. Here are some details you should consider BEFORE you allow them to work on your car.The bad:1-they scratched the new rims see photo.2- they did NOT ask me about $175.00 insurance they just added it without my permission.3-each tire was 5-7 lbs low on air.4-didn t wipe off the white tire grease used to install the tires.The good:1-Appointment honored2-install time was good3- no issues refunding my $175.00

Wonderful service and attention, my wife got a flat tire and took it there, they not only helped her by fixing the tire, they also put it on and was a complimentary fix, guess what? Because of this I will come and get new tires to both of my vehicles, thank you to Ivan for his courteous service.

Excellent service and customer care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I came to get a flat fixed and was in and out in 30 minutes. Also recommended wiper blades. I said I could do this on my own. He gave me the price and it was comparable to buying them at a part's store. Thanks for saving me the time!

Won't go anywhere else for my tires or wheels! Having the warranty definitely is worth it. Ivan helped me at this location recently & was super friendly at answering all of my questions. Not pushy with sales at all..highly recommend

5 stars and then some, I've never encountered a DT store that didn't have excellent service over many years even out of state and this location is another fine example. Had to install new tires not purchased at DT and did set up an appointment. Arrived early and they actually took me in early, got everything installed and back to me within 40 minutes. New tires are great and my truck is happy too. Service received at this location is above and beyond any 5 star rating but I'm happy these people know what they are doing. THANKS MUCH...I'll be back.!

I went to my normal mechanic first thing this morning b/c I had a flat tire that had a really bad leak. My mechanic said he doesn't do plugs and he recommended 'Discount Tire.' Using his recommendation, I am glad I went. Ivan was the service specialist that assisted me. He made some recommendations about a new tire but he listened to what I wanted and followed through. I screw was found in my tire and the team at Discount Tire plugged it. And to make my day even better than it was, they provided this service for free. I am grateful to Ivan and Tire Discounters and look forward to using them in the future for my vehicles' tire needs.

I came in very early to see if they had time available to rotate my tires. They did and noted 2 of my tires had low tread - which I had suspected a couple of weeks earlier. They were able to install new tires right away. They are the same ones I'd researched earlier. So very pleased with the service from the first person to the last. I'm confident that my vehicle is safely fixed and ready for the road.

This is the place to buy tires!! The prices are super competitive and you can be rest assured that they won t rip you off! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they always try to work with you with whatever issue you may have. My wife also comes here and they treat her very professional and respectful. We have been costumers for years and even in their busiest day they try to be fast! They also check and fix your tire pressure and flat tires. Yes, I have compared prices and a couple of competitors are a tiny bit cheaper but they get you with their value packets that they make you buy! Last two times I came here I was helped by the same guy -ALAN TORRES- best costumer service ever, super friendly and helpful and he gave me great deals on my news tires! The place is super clean and it has ramp access for wheelchairs.

Went to this location for the first time the other day. Hadn't been to Discount Tire in a while because I don't live by one. I see some negative reviews, but overall the service is just better than other companies. They are the place to go for tires. Glad I work by one again.

Usually they are great, but today after a tire repair and rotation my tires varied by 12 lbs. Only was over by 10 .and 2 were under. Glad I got a compressor at home.

I love discount tires. Always been a loyal customer and have always taken my car to them for anything related to tires. This morning got a flat tire with a huge nail in it. From the outside it looked like it can't be fixed but the technician opened it up and was able to fix it for free. They were quick fast and efficient.

Friendly staff, Robert M was able to help me get two new tires, repair a tire that had a nail in it and rotate the tires. He estimated it would take an hour and they were done in half an hour. Thank you!

Technician found no issue with the flat tire. This was the final appointment of the day at 5:45pm. Did not even reset the sensor. Thankfully filled the tires. The tire went low again a few days later. Took it to a different Discount Tire. Technician found the issue and replaced the tire. Did reset the sensor.

Yall, Mitch was WORKING the front during my visit. Calls, customers, and cars dude was doing it all. Discount is always solid, but Mitch made the difference. I appreciate the hustle!

This is always a good place to go to get your tiers aired up. They will also give you an estimate of how many more miles are left on your tires and inspect to make sure there is no damage causing the tire to lose air.

Had tires and wheels mounted with new auto programming sensors from Rock Auto at the Haslet store sensor light on and won t program so I called the Keller location and they told me on the phone they could take care of me, when I drive over there the guy that helps me can read them but not program then tells me they can t help cause it s a new car and the dealer prolly needs to do it he didn t know if their sensors would work or not and didn t offer to try.

I normally dont go to this location as i have one literally next to my apt. But today i just happened to pass by so i thought let stop by for an air check since my light had just come on. i was help by Jacob and was very pleased with the whole process even though it was just an air check. he was very detailed and made sure the problem got taken care off. he even gave me a free pressure check thing at the end. really appreciated the service today Jacob.

I ve been taking all of our vehicles to Discount Tire for at least 15 years mainly because of the warranty certificate and the free lifetime balance/rotation, but after my experience yesterday with Jeremy and other staff at this location, we will no longer be doing business with Discount Tire whatsoever due to the lack of professionalism and several attempts to sell me things that I didn t need.I went in yesterday for a balance/rotation on my work truck and dropped it off because I didn t want to wait up there for at least two hours. After checking me in, I was immediately solicited with wiper blades that I already purchased from them. The staff member recommended that I change the wipers anyway in spite of me pointing out to him that my wipers work great and we haven t had any rain in DFW. As a business owner, that sell tactic he tried to use on me had me triggered, but I let it slide.A couple hours later I got two back to back phone calls from Jeremy, who I m assuming is a manager based on the type of shirt he was wearing. On the first call, he stated that I have razor blades in one of my tires, it has a slow leak, and it cannot be repaired. Since I have the warranty certificate, it could be replaced free of charge, so I went with that option without them actually giving me the opportunity to look at the tire they claimed is not repairable. Mind you, I drive 500-700 miles on a weekly basis and none of the tires have given me any issues nor have they lost any air pressure. Then, less than five minutes later, Jeremy calls me back again to tell me that my tire sensor is stuck and cannot be aired up unless they completely unscrew it. I instantly knew that was a complete lie because I have an air compressor that I just used on the same vehicle to check the tire pressure and actually released and pumped air to my preferred PSI just two weeks prior. I declined to purchase a new tire sensor because I did not need one and I didn t have any issues with the $1500 BF Goodrich tires or sensor until I went to them yesterday for my free balance/rotation. In my opinion, they cringe when people come in for the free balance/rotation and relentlessly pursue getting a sale out of you.At this point, I was angry with the gorilla sales tactics and unprofessionalism because when I told Jeremy on the second call that I couldn t believe the tire was not repairable, he replied by saying they wouldn t put a new free tire on my vehicle for no reason , which was not the proper thing to say to any customer. He then tells me typically people get new tires in pairs, so don t be surprised if my truck pulls . Another sales tactic in attempt to sale a tire that I didn t need. They used deceptive trade practice in an attempt to convince me that I now needed to buy a new tire at full price, which means the free new tire that I didn t need really isn t free. At this point, I was furious and ready to get my truck expeditiously because I no longer trusted anything they were saying and didn t want them trying to add some more bogus charges.Once I arrived back to the store, I asked the guy who gave me my keys, why are they trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I don t need? He replied by saying, that s just our thing. As of today, my tire sensor light is now on, which was not an issue until they put their hands on it. I ll be returning to the store on Monday to request my non-repairable tire that has razor blades in it because why else would they need to keep a damaged tire that I already paid for? This place is sketchy and the entire staff is looking for a money grab!
