Came in for a tire to be patched. About 5 guys working and it was slow. It took almost 90 minutes to get the tire patched after being told 15 minutes. The guy noticeably was laughing and smiling at our frustration and moving as slow as possible. Reyes is cheaper and could change the tire in 5 minutes.

I always park, and someone comes to my car to assist me. Today, they decided that wasn't okay and made me go to the end of the line, even though I was there first. I wouldn't mind if this was a rule implemented every time I go here, and I would've been told about it on prior visits. But I guess on Mondays, if you're not in the line, you don't get service.

Plenty of techs over the weekend, not enough stock.I have a pretty common tire and it was out of stock. Techs refused to patch tire for safety reasons, "Because corporate". I was willing to sign any waiver available to get MY tire patched so that I could put my tire on order ("Could take 3 days to receive"). I told the technicians that I have a backup vehicle and would be using it to prevent any additional issues w/ my tire needing replacement. At the end of the day, it's my vehicle and whatever happens should be on me, not a service provider. Again, I understand not patching due to low thread and safety reasons but my tire wasn't even available for a replacement. Was ultimately left to resolve my own issue. Not a great first time experience here.

Good luck getting them on the phone spent 20 mins being repeatedly placed on hold and hung up on.

Had wife get oil changed in her brand new car and was told we only have cheap oil you will have to do bottle service and that s when she was over charged, they spilled oil all over engine left grease finger prints all over paint. Did not even top off fluids . What a horrible way to run a business.Stop saying it s the people they don t want to work. No It starts with management it s wanting to do the job right the first time. Stop accepting sloppy an low in work. Set the bar for your team. Do it your self. Hope to see change Kaufman deserve better from you .Service: Oil change

Showed up at 8 a.m..for a replacement tire. Guy says "our tire guy doesn't come in until 11, you'll have to come back then". Showed up at 11... It took a little longer than I expected to do 4 tires, but the reason is the techs were being meticulous about getting my aluminum wheels balanced without putting any weights on the outer rim of the wheel. I appreciate that.

I was on my way to work and my tire was low on pressure. I stopped there and told them the problem and that I had a warranty through Walmart on the tires. They found the issue (a 2.5 inch nail), fixed it, and had me back on the road on my way to work in about 13 minutes! They were friendly, helpful, and super fast! Thanks for the awesome service!

This location is continuously low or out of stock. No one is capable of answering a phone apparently & when asked a question, you'll get a look of confusion or like they have no idea. Save yourself the time & find a better location.
