I have been a customer for 6 years (with 4 vehicles) but this visit will be my very last.After my oil change, my beige cloth seats had oil on them. I pointed it out and they attempted to clean it but I ll have the added expense of buying my own products to do a proper job. Secondly, they attempted to open behind my glove box to get to a filter out but couldn t. While I don t have a problem with that, they couldn t assemble the parts together to fit properly. So now I have a gap on the side of my glovebox. They couldn t fix that either.Run people run! I d rather drive further to have peace of mind.Update: My husband insisted I return to them to have them clean my seats further. It was a lot better but we will still have to do our own cleaning to get it to our standard.The glove box couldn t be changed as I was told it is supposed to be like that.The oil marks on my seats was the last straw. I will unfortunately take my business elsewhere.

I got there 30 minutes before they opened for an inspection. I was second in line. They opened at 8am and took in the first car and THEN they took in the 3rd car behind me. Left me sitting in the car in front of the inspection door. Finally I had to get out of my car and hand my keys to the attendant and went inside. They worked on car#1 and car#3 for 45 minutes and did not work on mine until both cars were done. THEN they inspected my car. I waited 47 minutes while they worked on car#1(over $330) and car# 3($85) while I guess my $25 inspection wasn't worth their time. Customer service was awful. I usually deal with Dorian who was the only reason I came there. Dorian was always a great help and explained everything and even apologized if there was a problem. No Dorian today. After years of going here I'm going to have to get my oil and inspection done somewhere else. They all cry "Buy and use local". But when local doesn't live up to standards, we have to go somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! They removed a skid plate from under my 2021 Land Cruiser without saying a word. After paying for the oil change and getting ready to leave I was informed they were unable to reattach the skid plate they had taken off to change the oil. He said since they couldn t figure out how to reattach it, I would need to take it somewhere else to get that done. After arguing with him for a few minutes, I insisted I go down. I m not a mechanic, but in five minutes figured out how to reattached my skid plate. The most troubling and remarkable part of this whole ordeal was the complete lack of any attempt to apologize or try to make things right. A simple sorry would have gone along way. I will never need an oil change badly enough to go there again. I still can t believe the whole experience. It was so ridiculous ..it s almost funny.

This is the best place to come get a oil change. And you don't wait long. I love them. And the guys are so nice every time I come get a oil change. Yall keep up the great job Yall are doing.

This place leaves one with a suspicion that they don't really want to work. I'm guessing the owner is nowhere to be found. The place is empty and the worker tells me it will be 20 minutes. Hoping I would drive off. Then as I'm waiting he runs off to the taco joint across the street. Kinda leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Like they are taking advantage of the hometown folks.

Worst place ever guy said that my back tail light had tape which wasnt even tape it was glue and thats how it came ftom the dealer went to a diff place and they didnt care..guy had a long beared pkease dont go here

All the workers are very kind and helpful. I called ahead to let them know I had a stripped bolt and they were happy to help me out with that. I got an oil change and Jonathon was very helpful and gave me a quote beforehand. There is air conditioning seating inside which is a plus! I have been coming here for years for my oil change, etc. This morning, I stopped for an oil change and inspection. Wow! They were beyond their usual friendliness. Everyone was awesome. Michael, who must be new, was rocking the place. He was greeting people, never stopped smiling and was respectful when speaking with the guys working on cars. I love it when a business is welcoming and obviously work as a team.Services: Tires, Oil change
