Fabulous establishment to work with. Trey was our salesman and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The trailer is amazing and was very reasonably priced. We could not be happier

First let me start by saying there was nothing at all wrong with the 1st trailer I bought from them it is a great trailer I just couldn't make it work for what I needed and I should've known better. After realizing just that I reached out to the owner(Chris Elrod) & he, Trey(Sales) and Blake went right to work. They got me out of that trailer in less than a month & into a new build custom like I needed to fit my needs.It's not often in this day & time you find this kind of customer service for most are out just to make a dollar off of you & if something goes wrong well that's on you, but not the case at Superstar Trailers these guys went above & beyond to help & it's greatly appreciated. If you're in need of a trailer I Highly recommend reaching out to or stopping by super star trailers 1st

They went above and beyond! I bought a dog grooming trailer from Superstar in December. I have used it a couple of times and love it! We had a problem, a wheel came off, on our way home 2 1/2 hrs away. The owner and another employee drove 2 1/2 hours to change it for me and give me a set of new tires. Also they did all of this on a day they had off. I would definitely recommend using them! Thanks Chris and Tray!
