These guys are awesome at what they do and really went above and beyond for my Mazdaspeed. I have attach pictures of the design I was going for, then before and after! They really hit it spot on with the design! The colors I wanted were not available, so they workshoped it for me and it came out looking better than I could of ever imagined. Told me about the care process and were very responsive during the entire process. If you give them enough time they are really the best wrap shop in DFW.10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is great I had an issue wt my lights on trailer not working they quickly checked my truck and trailer 2 guys got right on it got me in and out if you have an issue give them a call they can let you know if they can take care of it

I'm giving 3 stars because I didn't give them much time to do the job, Owner was nice, and they fixed my original issue. But they left studs rattling around the interior of my trim to where I had to take it to my regular mechanic to fix. 7 plastic fasteners for the interior trim are either missing or broken, maybe they lost it maybe they didn't but they could have let me know. They also didn't secure another piece of trim connecting the spoiler, easy to fix but not good attention to detail. Also one guy moving the cars was super annoying, we get that you're busy, I'm just there to drop off/pick up my stuff and get out of there. I don't know if I would/would not recommend this shop, just not a good first impression.Service: Body & Trim

Got a flat right in front of the shop at 10pm at night. Luckily the owner was just closing and he helped me fix it. He went out of his way for 2 hours trying to fix my wheel and ended up doing so. Great people and great prices. Will be getting all of my custom work done here from now on!

I went in a few months back to get a quote on labor and a lift for my Jeep. Spoke with Jeff and his wife for about an hour. Enjoyed our time. Got the quotes I needed and I ll be getting my lift next week. I see some bad reviews, only the reviews are during COVID so I don t believe the reviews are during a good time for anyone. Jeff was professional both times I ve spoken with him. COVID took a lot from a lot of people. And now businesses are backed up or supplies are low. Be patient. They will get back with you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Work for a local police department and needed some new decals installed on the roof of our police vehicles.. these decal numbers enable our air support unit to better identify ground units. The work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.. the numbers looked great and will help our officers tremendously! Thank you Jeff for everything you and your team did!!!

Haven t gotten anything done yet bc I m still saving up but they have been very helpful with telling me everything I need to be able to do what I want done and I m really satisfied with there customer service and kindness they ve gone out of there way to make a list of everything I needed done and have pointed to some tips to save money

Schedule an appointment to get an amp installed, show up and Jeff tells me the guy that was going to do that install called in so he s not going to be able to get it done. This wouldn t be a big deal except that it s a boat so it requires more than just dropping off a vehicle. If you knew the guy cooled in you should have called and let me know not to go through all the trouble of bringing the boat in.Running a business is hard, I get it, communication is as easy as typing a message.

I have a 2009 Toyota Matrix and they installed 4 universal mud flaps on my car and they look great! Very happy with it. They also installed a universal roof rack on my car roof and it looks perfect! Im very pleased with the outcome thank you Psychotic Modifications.

Haven't gotten any work done yet but I'll update when we do. We walked in to get more info and see some color samples. He was really great and gave us all the info we needed and some recommendations as well. Very honest about what he recommends and why. Even if that meant recommending something he didn't have.

Very professional and explained everything as clear as day! I went in not expecting much and was completely impressed by what I experienced! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to modify their vehicle and that want to KNOW that the work will come out to perfection. Just because something is cheaper somewhere else doesn't mean the finished product will look good at all. These guys know what they are doing!

Had a 2017 Infinity roof wrapped done, and blacked out all the badging done on a 2016 Tundra. Both came out great and looked factory installed. Great service highly recommended.

Oh boy. The flat out disrespect this owner has for his customers is honestly baffling. Never and I mean NEVER, get your car plastidipped here. They dipped my car and had over spray literally in every seal, I m honestly convinced they didn t even mask off half the areas. One star is honestly too much for this.

Jeff long is amazing every car that I've taken or referred to jeff has always been a solid 10. I am a very picky person and the crew at psychotic modifications always go above and beyond every single time. To all the people reading this don't believe a false world from these low rating suckers out there that want to ball on a budget. Believe me seeing is believing I wouldn't recommend anyone other than jeff long and psychotic modifications for all your custom auto needs.

These guys have it together, customer service is awesome. I can t describe what these guys did to my ride but it is off the chain. Customer satisfaction is there number one priority.

I called the number listed on their website and Google listing. Guy picks up, says "Hello", I started talking and he hangs up. Tried to call back, am told to quit calling. I don't know if they changed their number or what is going on.
