I have been bringing in multiple vehicles in over the years, and they have always taken great care of my cars and I. They don't try to upsell you or make you feel stupid for asking dumb questions. They are also reasonably priced compared to other places in town. Just because they are a dealership service center doesnt mean your paying top dollar.

I own a 2015 Ford Escape. The mileage on it is reaching maximum warranty coverage. They will be able to help with details that should be taken care of before expiration of that warranty.

I have had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to Paul Murrey Ford in Kaufman for servicing for several years now. It s a very pleasant experience to speak to Mitch and Tyler when I go into the service department. I have great confidence that they will only do what is necessary to fix my issue. In 2021 we needed to buy a new vehicle at a time when that was a challenging process. Lisa was able to find exactly what we wanted and always helped when we had questions. I strongly, happily recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs. Customer service is alive and well at Paul Murrey Ford!

Best car buying experience ever. No pressure, ran my credit, told me what was available. Did a test drive and signed papers and was out of the dealership with a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. The salesperson was awesome.

From the ladies in reception to the men in the service department to the owner, every person I came into contact with at Paul Murray Ford went above and beyond to offer me friendly and professional service. If you want to go ahead and waste time & money then this is the perfect Service dealer to go to , bought a 95k truck from this place and was disappointed on their service bad communication had me waiting around 3 months to fix a wheel they could never get it to be fixed in the first placed & honestly just please don t waste your time going here.

Excellent dealership. The service department folks are professional, courteous, and absolutely trustworthy. They complete the work in a timely manner, correct any issues the first time, and Mitch always ensures I understand exactly what was done and why. The billing/finance folks mirror image the great work of the service department......the ladies almost make me happy to give them my money. Lastly Britt and the sales staff are wonderful! I've been a Ford guy for years and customer service like this is the reason why. Keep up the good work. GO FORD!

I called for an appointment to get My 2020 Explorer in for a recall repair. I was given an appointment for the next day. It was fixed within an hour. I also asked about a broken piece on the seat. Tyler...the service person... immediately ordered the part and he called me the next day and told me I could bring my car in and the part would be replaced.I appreciate so much the way I was treated, and the the expediency of service.I will definitely take my vehicle back to them for any needs I may have... thank you Paul Murrey Ford.

Wow, I was on my way back to the large Ford dealership where I bought my big truck from with a punctured tire that was going down rapidly. I was only able to get to Murray Ford on the tire. Pull in at explain my situation to them, they could not look up my tire warranty on the Ford website. But they were very very friendly and quick to change my tire for me at no cost. I proceeded to platinum Ford in Terrell, and after a bit of butt shooting, they took care of my tire issue under warranty.

I always feel welcomed when bringing my truck to this dealership. The service personnel is VERY professional and helpful. If I have a question about something on my truck they listen and try to help find a solution. (The listening part is something I rarely find at other dealerships). Tyler does an excellent job keeping me informed of my trucks service being done helping me stay on the job.

I was in Texas and returning to ARKANSAS when I stopped in to see if I could get my oil changed. I spoke with Jeremy and he said to call back in an hour or so and he would get me in for an oil change. I called him and brought my bronco in for an oil changeJeremy was excellent he has a great personality very upbeat friendly kind and professional. The service was great and I was on my way.I would definitely recommend Paul Murray Ford for any type of service they are very professional and they are very upbeat which makes a big difference ,thank you for the great service. if I lived in Kaufman I would definitely have Paul Murray Ford be my service center.

I had previously gone to have my key button fixed and Jeremy was great. He got it fixed quick for me. Then oil change and inspection was done the next day. Not long wait time and service was wonderful

I just took my farm truck in repair and service. Jeremy in the service center was very helpful and curious. He called keep me updated on expenses and when they found a filter that needed replacing they called to see if I approved the extra cost. Then they delivered my truck to my house at no charge. I will definitely take my truck back whenever it needs service.

I had an excellent experience with Jeremy and the whole service department. Got my service done quickly and efficiently. Very upfront about everything. They are 45 minutes from my house and I pass 2 other Ford dealerships to get there I will pass them both to come do service here again.

My recent experience at Paul Murryes Ford was good. I scheduled a time that was convenient, explained it was for recall work, they had the parts, they were pleasant, got the work done quickly while I waited - I know not all work is quick, but they were able to get me in/out quickly which I appreciated. I did get a chance to visit a moment with Mr. Murrey, you could tell he took pride in making sure customers were in a comfortable environment and were taken care of. They had sprayed for crickets and he was walking around sweeping up the dead crickets when apparently the janitor had not showed up. I totally respect when ownership has no job description - its where work needs to be done. Most the time I do get all my service work here and would definitely return and recommend them highly.

I just want to say how thankful I am for Mitch, I was giving his name by a good friend of mine I was very happy after hearing what he had to say and how willing he was to help me out with my situation that's been ongoing for a good while now. All of the other dealerships had numerous excuses as to why they couldn't look at my truck or get it taken care of when I needed it. Not the case here I was in and out in no time and seems like the issue was resolved without any major work. Thanks for your dedication to your customers Mitch

They took care of the front end on my 2014 mustang. All working good. They didn't try to add stuff that wasn't needed. Price was good. Tyler Murrey kept me updated on the work.

Car had some electrical issues due to flooding. They got it fixed before other dealerships said they could even look at it. They looked up and installed recalled parts as just part of the service. Very friendly.Update 12/5/2022:Few weeks later my Ford Transit started acting up. Took it to them and got the run around for 3 weeks before they finally looked at and diagnosed the problem putting us a week behind on jobs. They installed a new part..not a month later same issue..Was given an appointment last week to have van looked at. Called this afternoon and was told it had not been looked at because Jeremy wasn't there and the computer technician decided to go home early. They would get to it whenever they could probably not until Thursday. Owner acted like I was being ridiculous for being upset when it took them 3 weeks to get around to it last time. We own our own business with one van. If I have an appointment and leave it all day I expect it to be looked at or at least a heads up that it can't happen. Now I have to take it to another Ford and will have to pay labor again since only the parts are warrantied with other Ford Dealerships. Don't go here unless you have lots of time to spare.

This is the best dealer service department I ve ever been involved with. Every time I ve called the dealer in Terrell, they say 5-7 business days minimum to be seen. My daughter s car was un-driveable due to a recall issue, and the folks at Paul Murrey took care of all the recalls on the car without being asked, and I drove the car back home within the day.

Used them to repair our cam phaser issue that 2 other dealers said they couldn't repair. Couldn't be happier with the results. Clear and consistent communication and a quality repair for a difficult problem. I plan to purchase my next Ford from Paul Murrey Ford.

Paul Murrey Ford did a outstanding job with our new Expedition. The price was more than fair and the service has always been fantastic. All of the sales team, Britt, Chip and Lisa go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. This is the 4th vehicle in two years and when I get ready for another I ll be back at Paul Murrey Ford, Kaufman Texas.
