We were in desperate need of finding a connector to our RV. We are newbies with RV's. We needed it to connect to our truck lights. I went to Walmart,my first purchase,it was wrong. Went and returned it and they didn't have what we needed. A kind customer tried to help and said to try auto Zone. They didn't have it. Went to Tractor supply,they didn't have it. Went Ace hardware,they didn't have it. They told me to go up O'Reilly's and finally after a chaotic afternoon,they had what needed. Go there for your RV needs!

Don t use cash if you re going to the store because it takes me 20 minutes to find out if there s a bill that s fake, poor Customer Service and very rude. I don t carry fake money! I m 60 yrs old and don t have time to play with hose games! Period!

Always claims the cheaper parts are out of stock to try an force you to buy the more expensive items.. better off buying off Amazon.. Ran by a bunch of folks who don't know the difference between a diode or a resistor..

The young lady was very helpful. She realized that the store where we originally bought our battery gave us the wrong one and got her manager to approve the warranty swap for our bad one.

Do not buy a car battery from here. They DON'T stand by the warranty. Now I'm stuck with a battery under warranty and they have multiple excuses why they don't stand behind batterys. Including it's hot outside.

Fast friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that these guys have not gotten competitive with internet pricing. Wanted 1800 for a window switch for a 03 G35 and got it online for 80 bucks. I have been able to warranty my car battery three times instantly here though which is great.

I came to this location on two separate occasions within the last six months. Both times, as soon as I walked in, Delzan, the young man was quick to help me. First time it was my taillight. Delzan got the taillight working again, he even installed the new one for me. Delzan was kind and patient. Considering how hot it was outside and what a pain in the butt that taillight was to get locked back in he didn t hesitate to help. Second time, my radio stopped working. Delzan checked the fuses and even took the time to unhook the battery to properly replace the blown fuse. This young man is awesome! I couldn t be more happier with the service! Thank you Delzan! Thank you O Reillys!

Awesome service! Very knowledgeable & helpful employees! Went here for most everything! Friendly! Also usually kept most items in stock, well stocked, if parts needed to be ordered, came very quickly and they were always friendly and called you as soon as it came in!EXCELLENT compared to other part stores anywhere in the area and compared to neighboring cities as well!RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!

Good customer service. More knowledgeable than Autozone workers but you will often pay a few extra dollars for your parts in comparison too.

The assistant manager Rebecca is very helpful. She is nice and takes the time to make sure you get the right parts for your car. The store is always clean. The prices are good.

We have went to several part stores and Oreilly's has been by far the best with the friendliest and most helpful associates. I especially want to thank Ed at Oreilly's for going above and beyond his job description to help us when no one else did. We couldn't have done it without him. Even after 600.00 and 2 mechanics later Ed was the most helpful. With his advice we were able to save additional money and did it ourselves. Thank you Oreily and Ed!

Got almost everything you may need for your vehicle. I've come to find that they are cheaper than auto zone with pretty much everything. My go to spot for all of my vehicles issues and maintenance.

The Gun Barrel City Store is my favorite and got a total frt brake new replacement parts from my favorite,REAL PARTS MAN,David. With all the younger computer counter,look it up personal now,a person that knows the parts they sell is an asset.And David is that person that will advise you,if you don't already know,the parts you need for the price and not nessarly the most expensive.I get the majority of my parts there,even if have to wait for them to be orderedUsually next day.However for special order complete rear brake kit they did not offer and was going to have to piece it together for close to $300.00,I went mail order w/ Rock Auto and got 2 day with freight for $106.00 and a upgrade to coated drums.Hope they fit !!!Still use O'Reilly's when possible and they deserve 5 stars

O'Reilly is ok if you don't need anything in a hurry. They just never seen to have what i need. Gotta order everything.

It don't happen often. Was told the part would be instore at 4:30. Got up their at 7:30, and part was not shipped. I hate wasted trips and time.
