I waited for this car wash to open. The day of grand opening they were offering free car washes. I told them no thanks just sign me up for membership. I was so excited that finally we would have a decent car wash that did not leave scratches all over my car. The first six months or so I was so impressed. These last six months or so I've been sorely distracted. It's as if the majority of employees do not care about anything. I am constantly seeing vehicles pulled into the vacuum bays with filthy vehicles. They dump trash into the waste bins vacuum their vehicles, use towels and cleaners provided by the establishment and, drive away without ever washing their vehicles. I thought the use of the vacuum bay area and the supplies are for paying customers. It's no wonder that cleaner bottles end up broken and missing and towels are less and less available everytime I go. The absolute worst part is, that nearly every Sunday when I need to clean my car, something is malfunctioning and they have to close down. I am only available to deep clean my vehicle on Saturday or Sunday because of my work schedule. I have wrestled with the idea of canceling my membership. I really hate to because the wash bay when working cleans my car pretty good. Biggest positive it has never left scratches, the way other automatic washes in Kaufman have. I have thought I could cancel and just drive drive to Canton, Terrell, or Ennis and wash my vehicle. I go to these cities often on weekends anyhow. The Kaufman location is very convenient to me during the week, that's the only thing keeping me from canceling at this time. My membership promises one wash daily, I'm paying my monthly fee, only to drive up on a Sunday and have workers telling me they had to close. I'm on the fence at this point. Asking myself over and over if membership is actually worth it.

Chloe was awesome. When the wash didn't completely erase the grime on my vehicle she approached me and asked if I wanted to go back through. Really appreciated how attentive she was and her commitment to customer service. Great job Konny's car wash and Thank you Chloe for making a difference.

First time going through here. Paid $20 for the best wash they have and was very unhappy. The back/bumper of my car appears to have not been cleaned at all and the driers did not work well either because the car was still wet. Front of my car had gunk and bug splatter on hood that was not previously on it and now had a very deep scratch on the hood, showing bare metal. Discussed this with the attendee and went in and reviewed video prior to me driving I and even he stated that it is not there before going through the wash. He had me fill out paperwork for a claim and said I should hear back from someone soon so let s see what happens. This is a brand new blacked out 2024 Mustang, only 2 weeks old and still has paper plates on it not only was this not worth $20 but I should have been immediately refunded after this and yet I was not. If this incident is made right by the car wash, I will update the review accordingly.Update *** refusing to accept blame and help correct the situation. Will be filing a claim against them through insurance company and through courts for refusing to pay damages even after video footage. Will never use this business and will at everyone I know to do the same

Gave this place a second chance after the first wasn't worth the money. First time I had to go through twice, but they were brand new and I figured they might still be adjusting the machines. They had no problem letting me go through again after pointing out the missed areas, so it must have been a common occurrence.2nd time going through and it was no better, actually worse. Even after going through a second time AGAIN they missed so many areas.Nice new flashy carwash, but you can go to any other one in the area and get better results for less money.Reminder, pictures are AFTER I went through TWICE...

When they first opened I used this car wash and my car was clean. Now the last three times I have washed my car it has still been very dirty after I come out ,and I am paying for the higher monthly package not the cheapest . The photo of the front is hard to tell but it's covered in bugs.

Best car wash by far !! I come ATLEAST once a week they actually give your car a good scrub down before it even goes in ! And the vacuums are very strong so it s the best of both worlds. Just what I needed 5 stars hands down

Dear Konny,I have to say your carwash is the best in all of Texas. I do not know what the other reviews have been talking about but this is the best carwash. The service is so friendly and everybody is so nice. I love this so much. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, you guys are the best

So glad Konny s is finally open! Moving from Dallas FW area where car washes are on every other corner, I am grateful to have a great option close. Prices are fair. Unlimited is the way to go. People are FRIENDLY. the vacuums are STRONG. And - I love the touch of having spray cleaners and towels. It is a very nice touch. Shop local friends. This place is great!

If the Employee in the sweater vest on Sunday 2/25 Had Decided to keep his rude comments to himself and not speak to my wife & I the way he did, I d still have no complaints about this place!I have never had an issue when a worker when they ask me to come back around for a re wash because they didn t think it got clean enough.I m canceling all of our monthly passes and taking our business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a vehicle. I always wanted an F150, and I finally achieved my goal. My new purchase was dirty, so I decided to try out this car wash. It looks new, so I figured things would go well. I was wrong. Prior to entering the car wash, the vehicle is scrubed with a brush instead of using the pressure washer first to knock down the dirt. The fancy brushes mean nothing when you're rubbing all the dirt into the paint. My truck is now scratched all around. Konny's doesn't claim responsibility. I wasn't even allowed to use the vacuums. I was rudely told they were closed and to come back another day. I told the young lady I didn't live in the area. Of course, she didn't care. Why would she? It's not like she paid the 16$ for the wash, right? So now I'm left with a scratched up vehicle that hopefully can be paint corrected at my expense. All in all, I never thought such a negative experience would come from a car wash. Thanks Konny's, you've set the bar to a new low. Unbelievable!

I came in this evening to get my car vacuumed out. It wasn t working, fine. So got my car washed. I understand why they move the mirrors in to prevent damage, please at least wash them, because it looks the same as to when I brought it in. Same for the headlights, nothing washed. Since this is newly opened. I will give it another try!

Typical, drive through car wash, fuel city in Dallas still has the best drive through car wash in my opinion, this one was ok but for 12$ I could have just hand washed my car from home and it would have been cleaner I'd be curious to try some of the higher level washes when they're available to see if there is a difference

Amazing car cash and great prices!! , the guys/girls scrubbing down the vehicle before it goes in the tunnel is a big plus! Always have clean towels and spray to finish cleaning the car after the tunnel. Monthly passes are the way to go and this car wash accommodates big trucks! 10/10 amazing staff and always clean

Great quick washes! Been there multiple times in my lowered car with no issues, the provided spray bottles and microfiber towels they provide are perfect for the minor touchups after the wash. Paid for the best they offered. After the wash there was a film left on the entire truck. It looks terrible and it s on the glass as well. I have tried everything to remove it but noluck so far. The film makes it difficult to see through the windshield. This is the second time I have tried them and the second time was worst than the first. Never again. I am going to have to take my truck and have it professionally stripped and waxed to fix thisService: Car waxing

Between my wife and I we pay Konny s car wash approximately $80.00 a month. If anyone had ever told ume that I would be spending $80 a month just for car washes I would ve said they were crazy! But here I am doing so with the credit card statements to prove it. We don t live in the city of Kaufman. in fact, we live about 13 miles out of town so running to the car wash is not a convenient thing. When we need to go to town, we try to alternate our vehicles so each one gets washed on a regular basis.. Our main problem(s) with Konny s is two fold. Firstly the wash doesn t get your car very clean, I absolutely agree with many of the other reviewers that they should first use the pressure wands to knock the loose dirt down and then the hand brushes to loosen the remaining dirt so the wash brushes can do their job. I ve had to go back thru on several occasions because my truck/car were simply not clean. Secondly and this is my primary complaint, you remember earlier I said going to the car wash wasn t convenient, on 3 separate occasions when arriving at the car wash it was closed (during normal operating hours) for either mechanical breakdown or electrical issue, another time the vacuums were out of order. Okay, so breakdowns happen and I understand that, but I pay for a service and expect that service to be provided or I want my money back. So how does that work? The other automatic car wash in Kaufman won t take your money if it is out of order, and since it opened, I ve only seen one occasion when every lane was closed, you can usually at least go through one of them. Konny s has got some work to do. And if they don t get it done soon, I think we ll keep that $80 a month in our account and just go through the other wash when we need to. I ve got a good vacuum and towels of my own.

First time visiting this car wash. Was very pleased with the car wash. It was only 20.00. They provided free vacuuming and cleaning spray and rags. Also had high pressure air to blow out the corners. It's definitely worth a visit.

I was highly impressed with this car wash. I was sceptical at first, but when we went through we were amazed. I highly recommend this tunnel wash. It did an awesome job. Oh and the team there was awesome too.

Great customer service!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is newly open, and I think they've got just a little work to do on getting the wash just right. Maybe more water thru the rinse but definitely the best air dryer I've seen in any drive thru. Overall no real complaints. I have purchased a monthly membership for two vehicles. It's definitely worth it when you wash your car atleast once a week, like I do. As a one time wash, of course a drive thru is not going to get every speck of dirt off your vehicle. If you think a drive thru $20 wash will leave your car spotless... No, you need to go pay extra for a hand wash. So happy there is finally a decent wash in Kaufman!! Will definitely be a long time customer.

I have over 7 vehicles and have been happy with this car wash. I have the unlimited car washes on them and it pays for itself as many times as I go. The drying rags and cleaning supply s are a nice touch at the vacuum cleaners.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

The car wash didn't do too well washing my Acura. Got through the wash to the vacuum area , they had no towels or cleaners . The vacuums worked well. That's the only reason for 2 stars.
