Called Empire Auto Glass to replace a windshield in my 1998 Isuzu Hombre.My first clue should have been that they didn't know what windshield would fit.Finally came up with the windshield and a price. I told them to come out and replace it.The gentleman who did the job said not to remove molding tape for 24hrs, not to go through a car wash and not to drive at highway speeds for 1 week.I accomplished this by not driving the vehicle at all for the first 3 days. Then I noticed a crack in the windshield just under left center of the windshield coming from under the molding.When I called them about the crack which took over 2 weeks to get ahold of them and that not by phone but by text this was the reply I received." What happened to the windshield?Will have to charge again...We don't give warranty on the windshield for the reason they are exposed to do many components we don't have control over "***Just a warning Buyer beware***

Not happy with Empire, they don't want to answer the phone or text's I send. Also apparently they don't want to do good business either, as my windshield leaks and it's only been about 4-5 months since they've installed it. Invoicing is a hassle and getting them on the phone or to respond to a text is not what you would expect from a company that you plan on spending hundreds of your hard earned money with. I would look around if you are in the Dallas area, check out Glass Monkey. They do good work and also give you a life time warranty on the entire repair minus cracks and future breaks, and you get a cool window sticker as a prize, lol.

I can not say enough good things about this business. I had to have my driver window replaced and was dreading finding a business that was both professional and fair. Very happy to say Empire Auto Glass installation was done with excellence and pricing was very reasonable! Jose was absolutely wonderful! Very respectful, professional and just a good guy! The guy's we're great they drove all the way to Princeton to replace my windshield. Fast good service nice people. Empire was able to replace my windshield the day after I contacted them. They are professional and have great prices as well. After driving around with a cracked windshield getting it replaced so quickly and with the dealer model was a huge relief.
