Read. Bought a very beautiful car. Customer service was great. I know car is sold as is but did not appreciate the fact that there was no oil on motor, tires we're bald, all the brakes we're grinding to metal. All that we notice few days later. I drive around with kids and would of had accident if I wouldn't have checked. Will NEVER EVER by a car here agian.

Very unprofessional, my mom found a car she liked and they made like the finance company wouldn t finance it, when they were the ones who referred her to them. We called the finance company and they told us Daniels Auto never submitted the application and that they weren t telling the truth. My mom is still waiting for a call back from them. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go there.

I just picked up my car after being detailed & cleaned. The inside was very clean. Great job. But the outside not so good. For that much money there shouldn t still be dirt on the front and the hood. They washed the car but didn t scrub it. Same for the windows. They washed them...but not enough pride to do the job right.

After searching for weeks I located the specific bike I'd been looking for at Daniel's Auto Sales. The ad indicated the bike was in good condition and the mileage was within a range I was comfortable with. I contacted them via phone and was assured that the bike was in great shape and needed nothing. I negotiated a price, requested a purchase order to provide to my bank and made arrangements to pick up the bike the next day.I drove from Austin to Kaufman and looked at the bike, everything appeared to be as indicated. I started the bike and let it run for a short time, and it appeared to be fine. I made the mistake of not riding the bike before purchasing, as there was a police officer parked within sight just down the highway and they would not provide a temp tag. Big mistake. I completed the paperwork and loaded the bike into my truck to bring back to Austin.I got the bike home and was surprised to find that the left fairing support bracket was broken, leaving the left mirror floppy and unable to be adjusted. This wasn't apparent upon inspecting the vehicle because someone had hidden the damage behind some styrofoam which was superglued to the broken support. According to the ad for the bike AND the salesman I spoke with their "multi-point inspection" ensured that "everything under is in perfect shape". I was told the bike had no damage and was good to go. The pictures posted in the ad don't show the damage, or the shoddy attempt to cover it up using superglue, a hose clamp and a styrofoam cover, which makes me believe that the damage was done on the premises, and the attempt to cover it up was internal to the business. .The next day I finally got a chance to ride the bike and found that it stalled as I de-accelerated into every (yes I mean every) single light/stop sign. If I was sitting at a light the bike would stall multiple times. Obviously something else very, very wrong going on here. After multiple attempts to contact the salesman (The same liar who told me the bike was in great shape) on Monday morning he finally called me around noon. According to him the bike was perfect the last saw he saw it and that I must be the one who created the damage. Obviously unethical and ridiculous, but not beneath these scum. He refused to do anything to rectify the situation, so I had no choice but to take the bike to a dealership and find out what was wrong. The dealership found that the fuel pump needs to be replaced, that along with the support bracket they broke and knowingly hid is going to cost me just over $1000 to replace. I will never do business with this place again, obviously, and wouldn't recommend you do either. The lying and deceit are one thing, but the lack of any attempt to make this situation right is even worse in my opinion. It's a shame I have to give these con artists even one star.
