I visited this small family-owned mechanic shop in Katy, TX when my daughter's car was overheating. Jose and Ray promised to evaluate and repair it within three to four hours. They delivered on time, even staying open late for me. Their respectful service, fair prices, and genuine dedication stood out to me. Unlike larger chains, they're honest, hardworking professionals. I'm now a loyal customer!

Had an excellent experience coming here. I was having trouble with my car randomly not starting and Jose figured it out as soon as I pulled up. Turned out one of the battery terminals was loose. I know plenty of places that would have charged me just to even look at it, but Jose fixed it on the spot in just a few minutes free of charge. I've had plenty of garages try to pressure me into getting work done that I didn't need but there's none of that here. I appreciate the honesty and I'll definitely be back for more work in the future.

This shop is very quick and reasonably priced. My check engine light came on and my car started shaking, so I pulled into the first shop near me. The owner explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent mechanic with fair pricing!5 Star review!Honest, safe, and trustworthy.I brought my 14 year old vehicle in and opened the hood; he immediately recognized the issue and diagnosed everything out.He ordered the parts and performed the repair the next morning in a timely manner, as discussed. Don't think twice if you are looking for an excellent auto mechanic in the area! I highly recommend his services!!!

Excellent service on my Lexus LS460 and Jose is a super nice guy as well - he fixed multiple other things for me without even me having to ask for example my trunk wouldn t close by itself he fixed the issue and didn t even mention or charge me for it.

Just called and asked for a quote on a service. Jose told me the price and when I simply asked what the best price he could give me he doubled the price.. no professionalism but then again what do you expect from a run down shop.

I recently bought my daughter a used car some months ago. The vehicle was in good shape, but I later discovered i had radiator fluid leaking into my oil. Two Chevrolet dealerships in the Houston are recommended I get a completely new engine because that is what the issue was....costing me over $6,000 (more than cost of the car). Vera and the team looked at my vehicle and gave me a quote of $2K. I said fine. I went to Dallas over the thanksgiving week, they took their time with my car and did a thorough inspection and discovered the issue. After they discovered and did the repair...they test drove for a few days just to make sure it was fine. In summary the job cost me less than $1K! I absolutely respect their hard work, honesty and integrity...especially during this time of pandemics, etc. I will definitely be going back again for all my future car repairs! Hands down the best Auto mechanic in Katy area. I will only take it to Vera s. I had a power steering issue I m sure I knew what it was. I took it to Vera s and it ended up being a simple pulley issue. Saved me hundreds! Vera s is #1.

Vera helped me out on replacing an alternator & checked out other things for me. He s definitely compentent in his trade & more importantly trustworthy. I m going back to him if any further issue arises.
