How incompetent do you have to be to SNAP a tire lug nut? Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating my tires the unqualified technician snapped the lug nut, bolt and all, on my drivers side tire. Keep in mind, that is something that is incredibly rare, lug nuts do not just break off on a 2023 car with under 14,000 miles. The staff left me waiting in the waiting area for a long time, I could see them gathered around my tire laughing together. I assumed it was just coworkers cutting up together as they worked UNTIL one of them bothered to come tell me they broke my lug nut. There was no apology given, just we can fix it next week . I informed the lady I have a 300 mile business trip scheduled for tomorrow and she told me it s no big deal, drive it, it s ok. That does not work for me. I told them I would take it to a shop have it fixed and send them the bill. The manger (who refused to speak to me) told his associate to tell me he would not reimburse me for the damage they caused.AVOID this place.

The staff here is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Every time I come to this location they re always cracking jokes and being so nice while taking care of my vehicle. This location is not the closest to my house anymore since a new location opened but I always make the drive over here because I know i m going to be taken care of!

Technician couldn t figure out how to connect my truck for an emissions reading. Spent 45 minutes trying multiple machines. She sent me away unable to complete the test. Upon bringing the vehicle to a Meineke nearby, I learned that she marked the vehicle down as a failure of emissions test. Unprofessional and dishonest.

I ve never had an issue with Waller County inspections here before (Waller is cheaper, $7, and doesn t require extra stuff), as it s where I reside (little fact, Katy is made up of Waller, Fort Bend, and Harris Counties), but my husband went today to inspect our truck and told them to do the Waller inspection. They were doing it and then decided, nope, we aren t and you re paying $25.Needless to say, we won t be visiting again for our oil changes and inspections.

The guys at my location always go Above and Beyond with Customer Service! My battery died and bc I had no way to get my car to the shop for them to change it , they sent a young man out to get me running again! I guess my battery was defective bc I only had it for a few months! Please be kind to them, they work hard!

Pretty disappointed with the service my wife s Jetta got. Sent her here to get her oil changed while I was out of town a while ago. Went to go change her oil today and noticed there was at least 5 screws missing from the splash guard and a part of the splash guard is missing now because of this. Might not seem like a big deal to some but attention to detail is crucial when working on someone else s vehicle. If you can t get the little things right, we can t trust the big things will be done right. We won t be returning.

Great and fast service! Noah was knowledgeable and helped me get what needed to be done to my car! Definitely recommend coming here for an oil change or air filter changes and will be back again in the future!!

Great service! Friendly, explained everything he was doing. NEVER pushed any products, like the typical air filter push. As an older women some try to scam, (cuz they think I don't know anything) didn't feel that way at all. Remarkably polite!Overall good experience.Service: Oil change

Great group of young men. Went in for an oil change and they noticed my inspection was up at the end of the month so they did a precursory inspection before an official one. Didn t try to upsell me on anything, gave me my oil change and notified me my battery might have some issues in the future but everything else was A-ok! Really appreciate the honest service with a smile! Going to go here from now on for all my oil change and other car needs.Services: Battery, Oil change

Do not use this store!! These guys performed an oil change on my truck and did not tighten the oil filter properly. The oil filter ended up backing off while I was driving down Beltway 8 at 9:00pm and blew oil all over the place. I couldn't drive the truck due to low oil pressure. Ended up getting stuck with a $150 towing bill and $110 oil change bill from another service shop and the Valvoline Service Manager refused to cover any of my expenses. Oil filters don't just back off on their own. They back off when inadequate torque is put on the filter to get it installed tight. They claim they have a video of their technician tightening the filter properly, but refuse to provide the video to me. Extremely poor service quality and a business with no back bone that does not stand behind their work. Will absolutely not be taking any of our vehicles back to a Valvoline shop and would highly recommend you taking yours elsewhere as well.Service: Oil change

Terrible experience. Oil change to expensive. Paid for new wipers that were left under the hood. Drove back to get installed after driving off for 30 min and didn t receive an apology. Briana who was acting manager of duty forgot to install wipers no apology and told me coupons can t be stacked on each other even though it was two different coupons. I would give a zero star for time lost and inconvenience

Great gang of guys - super helpful, informative, and you can tell this location runs well by how they communicate with one another. Everywhere doesn't change my oil filter (Fiat 500L) so there was a little delay in getting in and out with their normal 'quickness' but they were insanely sweet and apologetic about the whole thing. A last minute oil change and my not usual place may have turned into a new spot!

Edit: I am editing my previous 5 stars review to 2 stars.. I visited again to Valvoline oil change and want to do for my both cars. This time they did not honor the special price and for full synthetic oil change, they were charging me $100 for one car.. This is super expensive. They informed me that they can price match if I bring the receipt from any service center. Honda dealer nearby was offering cheaper Oil change with car wash. I informed the personnel over there.. Who keeps receipts for Oil change... No sense of getting Oil change here and went to other Car Repair shop. They use Valvoline Oil and got it done for $60 for full synthetic oil change. Never ever I will visit this place for my 2 cars..Old review....Great service.. Andrew was super nice... will bring my both cars here

Came in for state inspection, Mason was fast and efficient did a great job, I didn t realize one of my tag light was out but it was an easy fix no hassle ! Will come back

Third time and last time. They try yo sell me a new battery when my battery is in great shape. I told him i didn't need one and he showed me the results of the test results "red" meaning my battery needed immediate attention. But, I was 100 percent sure my battery is good.Ladies becarefull with this place.Services: Tires, Oil change

The fellas there were awesome! I didn't even have to get out of my truck! They explained the process thoroughly and before I knew it, I was rollin out of there! The guys were friendly and at times, comical! I'll be going back for sure for great service! Keep it up fellas!

I went today for the first time for an oil change and it s now my go to place. Everybody was friendly and they were very thorough. They answered all of my questions without rushing me and were very professional. Good customer service is hard to find and I found it!

Took my car in for an inspection printer was broken but was able to still do it. Just no receipt. Not a big deal staff was nice. Took my wife s car in shortly after and system was down couldn t do it. Just took my car to get an oil change, was not told the price until change was completed. I get paying a premium, but this was way over priced and didn t appreciate not being told until after work was done. Might as well have taken it to a dealership. If you re considering yourself to be premium you better have a reliable equipment and better communication.

The staff is utterly amazing! The workmanship was of the highest quality! I appreciate the time that they took to look over my entire vehicle, and they were so thorough with explaining potential issues that could arise with my vehicle (some drips here and there). This is my new oil change spot!Great way to set the tone for this brand new opening.

Good customer service but they try to sale literally every product that they offer. I just wanted an oil change, not a whole sales pitch. During a 15 minute oil change they discussed three different oil types, changing my battery, tire rotation, replacement wipe blades, system flush, filters etc. Seems a bit unnecessary

This location is phenomenal. I ve never had service this exceptional. Thank you to Chelsea for being informative and nice. As soon as I drove up the employees tended to me and communicated with me the entire time. The oil change I came for was quick and I was provided with a receipt that showed other services available as it pertained to my car and notified of deals being offered.

I just finished my first oil change here and don't plan to go anywhere else again. They were super fast, 17 minutes to be exact, as they have a timer on a screen that also includes camera footage from the top and undercarriage so that you can watch what is going on. It's also drive-thru, so you don't leave your car. The whole team worked like a well-oiled machine. They check all of the lights, filters, tire pressure, wipers, top off fluids on top of the oil change, and with a $7 coupon I found on their website, I drove away paying only $35. There are additional things you can purchase, but they don't pressure you into anything. Everyone was so nice and professional. Super impressed!

We just finished coming from there, the manager Marquez came to our door the moment we got there and took care of us what looked like was on his lunch break. The staff was very professional and explained every detail. Very efficient team! We ll be back! Thank you for proving customer service still exists.

I ve been here 3 times in last month. 2 oil changes and a new battery. Service is fast and efficient. All employees are friendly and professional. They are not pushy when offering additional services. Overall very pleasant experience.

Service was ok, needed a oil change and inspection. They said they would handle the oil change part. But they didn't handle the inspection part. Also needed brakes looked at, but didn't hear anything about brakes. So I decided to go next door to auto service express they took care of inspection and brake pads, and were able to tell that some of my fluids didn't get topped up with the oil change and they took care of it.
