If I could give them a -0 I would. Do NOT get an OIL CHANGE here.I came in for a simple oil on Oct. 30. They ended up pinching my oil filter gasket of my 2015 Lexus. The plastic tube used to place oil got stuck in my engine. And it took 5 people and 90 minutes for them to pull it apart. The Manager on Duty was nice to me. They did refund my oil change but the damage had been done. I said I m going to Lexus and get my car checked out. I immediately did and Lexus told me Valvoline left oil everywhere and that s when they discovered the pinched gasket. I took the bill of $240 to them. Hakeem is the store manager. He said they were not responsible. I said but you are that s why y all refunded the oil change. He never called to apologize. I waited 7 days and after I felt like they were not going to fix it. He told me to call customer service and I did. That s when I posted the pictures and review. Only because they would not fix the issue.

They ve stripped my oil pan gasket on one occasion and my wife s tire rods on another. She was riding around for months with only 3 lug nuts. I m grateful nothing happened to her safety.For peace of mind go to someone who ll always stand by their work and you trust. The convenience of Valvoline comes with a repair Bill months later.

Went for an inspection and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Was able to stay in my car the whole time except for the test drive around the building. Manager was super friendly and polite. Will be returning

I always come back here. They are quick. Always come up to the car right when you get there and communicate with you on time and service. And so nice and polite. I have the best experience here and I don t go anywhere else if I can help it. I m actually here right now relaxing and getting an oil change that will be done shortly.

Ask for Axel!He doesn t try and sell you an air filter that is barely dirty like the rest of them. He s honest and extremely helpful.This is a new location so let s see!! Some other locations always have their fuel system not working properly.

This team is incredible! Great teamwork and customer service. They even showed the World Cup for us while we waited. Most importantly, the team itself that work there are really amazing. They made an oil change and inspection a great experience somehow.

Botched oil change, even worse response. Save yourself a potential headache and take your beloved car somewhere else.08/07/2023, we took our car in for an oil change and state inspection. After a $10 coupon, total $140.15 (synthetic).We sat in the car and watched the employee finishing use a tool to tighten the oil filter down. They instruct me to start the car to finish, as soon as I turn the engine several employees watching react concerned, reaching in the area of the oil filter and tell me turn the car off. They tighten the oil filter with the tool a Second time. The assistant manager Hakeem said he thought it leaked 1/4 quart of oil, not a big deal-they would check the level and top it off.5:22pm, I noticed under the car there are oil spots on the garage floor now. I try calling the store and get call taker, who provided a claim number CS0590524. She offered a solution as to wait for a call back in, up to two days, from, Hakeem, who would, investigate, or the second option would be to return to the store.I arrive back at the store and opened the hood. A employee working on the only other car/customer there, stops what he is doing to not inspect my issue but instead educates me that what I saw was residual oil. It was obvious he had already had a conversation with Hakeem about my claim and they came to a conclusion before I ever arrived. His tone was demeaning, like somehow oil leaking on my garage floor was normal or my concern was foolish.Another employee, immediately comes to the oil filter and tightens it Again, obviously he also had already had a conversation with Hakeem about my claim. It should have been hand tightened to begin with, a tool is not necessary and probably excessive, much less 3 times now.The parroted customer service mottos and friendly tone were gone now and he seemed more defensive than helpful.�Hakeem reiterates, residual oil, was all I was experiencing. I asked in case the problem continued, what was the next solution? He did not provide one because he was sure the problem was fixed now.08/08/2023, 08/09/2023, oil continues to leak. Without another solution, we take the car to the dealership to correct the problem before we need it to drive safely out of the state. They change the oil filter, correct oil pan plug, and degrease. The car is finally back to normal. New bill, $229.79.I thought a reputable company like Valvoline, there would be no further headache, they would stand behind their name and make us whole.08/10/2023, Hakeem contacts me by phone. He claims they did not touch the drain plug and he was, 9 times out of 10, confident our claim would be denied. I explain that we had no issues until they serviced the car.�Hakeem has no solution.08/16/2023, I email requesting an update. Hakeem says the claim is denied according to their policy. Hakeem said I should have contacted the store again before taking it to the dealer. I reminded Hakeem the last conversation we had I asked if the problem continued, what was the solution, where he did not provide one nor instructed me to return a Third time to the store. Hakeem apologizes flustered, and once again there is no solution. I ask about the cost for the original charge/botched oil change, he says no.�I ask what is the next step, this is not an appropriate outcome. Hakeem again has no solution. It is clear Hakeem should not be in a position to decide claim outcomes or even relay the results of them. He, investigated, his own poor work and cleared himself? Hakeem eventually says area manager, Brandon, was his boss but refused to provide any contact information for this person. I told him obviously I was not asking for personal information but a business contact, he still refused to provide any.I would not recommend this business to family or anyone I care about.I will update this if the area manager provides any solution. I hope Valvoline reviews store video and phone recordings or other relevant info, I do not have faith in this location or Hakeem any longer.

On my vehicle about a year ago (at a different location) they stripped the threading on the oil gasket and it was about a $950 repair. Once the threading on the gasket is stripped you have to replace the whole gasket and unfortunately it s expensive. I paid for the repair and brought the receipt to a Valvoline location. The good news was they reimbursed me about 75% of the repair bill. I understand mistakes happen and I kept coming back and I would just make sure they do an EVAC oil change so there s no danger in the oil gasket being being stripped.I told my wife to do the same thing but unfortunately they convinced her to do a tire rotation at the Katy location close to highway 99. Three months later my wife stops in at discount tire for a low air level tire and they tell her three of the lug nuts are missing and they can t put a new tire on because the threading is stripped.We had to have it towed to my mechanic and had it repaired for about $500.00 since Discount didn t want to touch it for lability reasons since Valvoline was the last company to touch my wife s tires. We had to get a rental car and it took a week to repair which was about $800 for the rental. I brought the receipt to the manager and only asked to be reimbursed for the repair on the vehicle but this time they denied any damages and left us with the bill.I think it s good they re able to do oil changes very quickly without getting out of your Car. I loved the convenience so much.I think the flaw is that the company is expanding so fast that they re not able to train new employees so that they don t make these rookie mistakes that are very expensive for the customer when all they asked for was a simple oil change. But the worst is when they don t own up to it and deny responsibility. I get that mistakes happen but it s just what you do after that matters to me when it comes to business.All in all it s just not worth going there. Sitting in my car is great but to have peace of mind I feel like I need to have cameras in my car that allow me to watch everything they re doing underneath it.Decent company, poor training for employees, and if anything goes wrong the liability is on you unless they feel like being fair and gracious.Get your oil changed with someone experienced, well trained, trustworthy, and who will guarantee their work if anything should go wrong.I may have wait longer with my mechanic but at least I know the job will get done right and that they ll stand by their work.Service: Oil change

1st time I have been impressed by an oil change service center. The young man Stefano attended us with the up most of manners and professionalism. They above and beyond their way to take care of my vehicle I decided to bring my 2nd car in for service and bought the team pizza as a thank you.

This place is a jokeTook my tundra there to get an oil change, they didn t even remove the skid plate. There was oil all inside the skid plate when I got home, which means they didn t replace my oil filter.Never again when I come here

This has been the easiest and quickest oil change I have ever gotten. I didn t even have to get out of my car, they did it right on the spot. Every mechanic I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. I will always come back to this location for my oil change!

Ive never had a bad experience at one. They even air up my camper tires and replace lightsfor me. Its fast, the synthetic oil keeps me clean and running smooth. The guys are always great!

2nd time going here for an oil change for my car. 55.00 kind of pricey but they show you how your car's old oil is being poured out and into a container and afterwards they just pour the new one in. All together about a 25 minute wait

Just like a previous reviewer mentioned, they stripped my oil pan as well. My car was perfectly fine until I went there for an oil change in April 26th. Two days later, I noticed oil leaking out. I took it back and the manager confirmed there is a crack in the oil pan that wasn't there before. Came from them tightening the drain plug screws too tightly. They refuse to take necessary accountability and it's basically your word against the managers, who will also back his workers. Had to come out of pocket for repairs while I "wait" for them to decide if they are at fault. RIDICULOUS, it's obvious who is at fault here. My car didn't arrive with that issue but left with it. Neither me or my husband will ever patronize this company again. They don't deserve honest dollars since they don't do honest work.Service: Oil change

Best thing about this place is the speed of service. You can literally stay in car the whole time while they service your vehicle. I got engine oil, transmission oil, battery replaced all in just 10min.Price is comparable to any other place

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!Worst place. Possibly ruined the motor on my 2022 Tahoe. These guys have ZERO clue what they are doing. Oil filter seems to be the root of the issue from what Westside Chevy is telling me. Paid for the oil change for you to mess up the filter? I m a secret shopper and this is the 2nd time I ve gone within the last 3 months and they said their system is down for State Inspections. I don t believe that. If it is truly down there should be a sign that says so before someone enters the company. I will be reporting this location to corporate.

I advise from going to this location. They broke off a piece of the oil extractor tool inside of the port, then actively tried to cover it up. Lied directly to me and tried throwing away/ hiding the broken tool. This involved every employee to the manager. Unprofessional and unethical behavior from this center.
