These guys took care of me! They were quick and even saved me money. They looked at my trailer and, in a matter of minutes, told me exactly what was wrong and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.

Dropped my trailer off on Tuesday around noon to get serviced and he told me it would be ready Thursday. Called him (Richard) Thursday and he said it would be ready Friday morning. I popped up Friday @ 3pm and noticed my trailer hadn t been moved. He saw me and I asked him what s going on and he proceeded to tell me that they checked my brakes, tightened them and everything was good on my trailer. He asked did I need it back today because he still had a little more work to do on it and I told him that I had to hit the road. He told me that I didn t have to pay for the work that he already did (he didn t do any work) and I said thanks. The most honest thing he did was not charge me for the work but the worst thing he did was lied to me and told me that he had checked and tightened my brakes, wheels and all of that knowing he didn t. Just imagine me thinking everything is good and my brakes fail or my wheel flies off driving down the highway. All he had to do was tell me the truth and I would ve understood, instead he put my safety, along with others at risk!! I m so disappointed because I heard this place was great but that s far from the truth.

Hot afternoon, roadside damage with trailer spring bracket in Houston I-10 traffic. Kudos to Katy trailer world for their kindness and understanding and helping me with this mini emergency in such an expedient manner. Large selection of equipment and expertise in the field. Richard helped get my trailer back on the road smoothly after a failed bearing. He made sure the parts needing replacement were; instead of just doing the minimum to get me out the door. Another thing I appreciated was keeping in touch to let me know what was going on.

Bad business ethics.I own a lawn and landscaping business in Katy and I contacted this place over a month ago inquiring about purchasing a custom trailer and the owner has shown no interest in selling a trailer. I sent them an email at their request and they never responded and I have called on several occasions trying to discuss our needs but I get the run around and they don't return calls.The owner is very rude. I strongly recommend that no one purchase anything from this business. With the horrible customer "service" I got they do not need to be in business.

I was travelling through Texas from Canada and had trouble with the lights on my motorcycle trailer. I called them up and they told me to come right over. They had it fixed and had me on my way in 45 minutes. They were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

We bought a Ranch King trailer but all of sudden they don t sell parts! We found Richard and he found the wheel bearings we needed. Our business is busy and we can t be down long!! Richard was so patient and he even FaceTimed us to help us with the install since we were doing it ourselves! We now are going to buy our next trailer here. Extremely happen customer!!

Not a bad selection of trailers, but don't expect to get any help from the sales department. Walked into the office and I think I must have interrupted a good conversation. Acted like they didn't want to help me and just waved me in the general direction of the cargo trailers.When I returned with questions it was even worse.Sorry, but there are too many other choices out there that I'd rather go to instead of giving these people my money .

Great experience here. Always willing to help and if they cannot do the work they refer you to someone who can. Have taken my trailers here for years now and have been very pleased. Highly recommend.

No good. Came to service our trailer and left a mess, terrible electrical taping job but the cost of the service was a professional price $205.

New owners or managers. Young couple, very friendly, technician very helpful, good price on a quality Max utility trailer. Highly recommend this trailer dealer. The stuff laying around is the result of the tornado. They lost their office in the tornado.

Fixed our emergency rv issue in 3 hours- Very kind. We had a leaf break on our 5th wheel camper in Brazo's Bend. We needed to be in Blanco the next day. This shop was recommended to us and we called them. At first they were not sure they could work us in that day because of numerous break downs they were committed to. But when they heard what was wrong and that we really needed to be in Blanco the next day they told us to come on over. When we arrived they took us immediately and had not one leaf done but all 4 leafs on each axil.( when they were inspected each one was in bad shape). The cost was very reasonable for the work we did and were were able to pull into Blanco that night by 8:00. Thank you so much.

Took my 12ft utility trailer to Trailer World Katy to get new boards on it. Very impressed with the fast service and quality of work. Talk to Richard he will take care of all your trailer needs

Richard went well above and beyond anything I could have expected even called me back after normal business hours on a Fri Its almost impossible to find customer service like that in today's world but at least I know one place where its possible

Large selection of trailers. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable and nice. They were very willing to help and answer questions. We were new to trailers and they made sure that we had everything that we needed. When we need our trailer serviced, I plan to return.

Whatever you do, don t take a trailer here to get it fixed, had it for 2.5 weeks and have me 3 pickup times. Never touched it. Buyer beware. The reason the place looks like a mess is because it s run by people that don t know what they re doing. You ve been warned.

I was looking for a trailer and gave them a call, they didn't have one but found exactly what I was looking for from one of their other customers. They brokered the whole thing, checked out the trailer for me and I feel went above and beyond to help me out. They will be my trailer guys from here on out.

Found a listing on line for a certain trailer, rushed over they had no idea what I was talking about, they had one like the one I'd seen for 8k more, my problem I know but didn't even have in stock , looked else where amazing what you find on line?

Talked to them they were too busy to handle my electrical wire issue but definitely wanted to tell me their price per hour of work and it would be a week out....called Trailer plus Houston in and out same day.
